The research to determine the discipline of students through scouting. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population used in this study were 81 Scouting Scout students. Sampling using a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were scouting questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely using the correlation test, significance test and test coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data processing it can be seen that student discipline are in a fairly good category with a percentage of 66.67% and scouting is in a fairly good category with a percentage of 66.67%. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it is known that the discipline of students through scouting is 0.398. Based on the results of significant tests obtained t-count value of 3.853. Then based on the test results of the determinant coefficient there is the influence of the contribution between variables at 15.8%. This means that there is a scouting contribution of 15.8% towards student discipline, while 84.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

The study was to see the effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with statistical analysis techniques used is simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all class VIII with the research sample consisting of one class which was taken using a random sampling technique. The technique used for data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and rehabilitation and test results taken from the achievement test and a questionnaire from the sample class. Prerequisite tests were carried out including normality tests, linearity tests. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant influence between scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This is evidenced by the value of and the significant value is, so accept. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang.

This study aims to determine the effect of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), inflation, and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study only 14 years were taken. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a deliberate sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. The formulation if the problem of the influence of MSME growth on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, the influence of MSME, inflation and, unemployment rates on economic growth in Indonesia. Partial results (T test) the influence of MSME (X1) of 0.010 <0.05, inflation (X2) of 0.029 <0.05, unemployment (X3) of 0.013 <0.05 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 meaning that MSME, inflation, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.656 or 65.6%. The magnitude of these results can be explained by the MSME variables,

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

In an organization, one of the most critical assets is human resources. Human resources are one of the main factors that play a role in determining the success of an organization to achieve predetermined goals. The employees very much learn the achievement of organizational goals. Many factors can influence the achievement of organizational goals. One of them is emotional intelligence. This research aimed to determine how much influence emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT WKR. The method used is quantitative by using an explanative approach, which has a population of 138 people. In comparison, the sample is 42 people because the samples taken vary in position, the researcher used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient analysis in this research are r = 0.424, which means a moderate relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance at PT WKR. The result of the coefficient of determination calculation is 18%, meaning that emotional intelligence has an influence of 18% on the performance of employees at PT WKR. The remaining 82% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher. The results of the calculation of the correlation significance test in this research obtained the t-test results of 3.269; therefore, t count is greater than t table, emotional intelligence has a significant impact on employee performance at PT WKR.

Every company wants the goals set can be achieved in a timely manner. Therefore, it is necessary to have good management of human resources owned by a company. In this study to determine the effect of variables with the title "Effect of Work Compensation and Discipline on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on the employees of PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya with 30 respondents and using a saturated sampling technique so the sample used is all populations, namely 30. Analysis techniques using correlation and regression analysis and hypothesis testing t and f as well as the coefficient of determination R2 with data processing using SPSS26.             Based on the results of data analysis from the test the value of t count 2,192> 2,052 t table. And the sig value of 0.037 <0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected then Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. While work discipline has a value of 5.074> 2.052 t table and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the f test results the f value of 12.704> 3.35 f table value and the value of the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. With this, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means Compensation and Work Discipline together - positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya. The coefficient of determination is 0.485 which means that compensation and work discipline have an effect of 48.5% on employee performance. The remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study.

The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

This study aims to see whether there is an influence of learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City. The research method uses quantitative research types using correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were all State Madrasah Aliyah students in Pekanbaru City totaling 2,042 people. The sample in this study was taken by proportionate random sampling technique with the Slovin formula of 335 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique, the data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or R Square of 0.298 or 29.8%. This value can be interpreted that changes in student achievement by changes in the value of independent variables learning motivation and learning creativity by 29.8% while 70.2% is determined by changes in other factors. The tcount for the learning motivation variable is 8.126 with sig. 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, this means there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement and the tcount for learning creativity variable is 7,326 with sig. 0,000 less than 0.05, this means that there is an influence of learning creativity on student achievement. It can be concluded that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of the research conducted at the Polytechnic of LP3I Jakarta, Sudirman Tangerang Campus was to find out whether there was a billiard effect (cover building) made on the interest of new students to study at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, Sudirman Campus, Tangerang. Research is associative research to determine the relationship between two variables, the approach used is the method of data analysis quantitative research using statistical methods .. Using a questionnaire instrument with respondents of the students of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Sudirman Tangerang. in it is a closed question of measurement using a Likert scale. In this study the sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, especially Purposive Sampling technique, which uses census techniques. In this research at the Polytechnic of LP3I Jakarta Sudirman Campus, the sample was determined only by the polytechnic students of LP3I Jakarta Kampus Sudirman all levels 1 (one), 20 student respondents in the academic year 2018 - 2019. From the results of data analysis, interest in the average cover building interpretation number 3.62 is included in either the criteria or cover building, according to them, interesting and visible results of the average interest in studying at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Sudirman Campus, the average interpretation rate is 3.67, including the criteria of good or interest. to study at the Jakarta Polytechnic LP3I Sudirman Tangerang campus is high. Correlation test results obtained only 0.03 and refers to the product moment correlation table of the relationship or the influence of billboards (cover building) on the interest of new students to study at the Politeknik Lp3i Jakarta Sudirman Campus in Tangerang, the effect is very low. From the results of the determinant coefficient, the effect is only 0.09% while the remaining 99.91% of students' interest in studying at the Jakarta Polytechnic LP3I Sudirman campus in Tangerang is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The level of correlation and determinant is very low but the significance test shows that t count is smaller than t tabl, the t count value &lt;t table (0, 126 &lt;2,086). then the research hypothesis can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. That is, there is no variable influence. This research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. This study aims to determine the relationship between religious and happiness in students class XII SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo with a sample of 220 students who were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Data  collection technique in  this study used two psychologycalscales with Likert models, namely the scale of religious and  happiness. The hypothesis in this  study is that there   is a  positive relationship between religious and happiness in SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo. Data  analysis was carried  out with Spearman Rank correlation  technique using SPSS 22.0 for  Windows program. The results of  the data  analysis showed a correlation coefficient  of 0.863 with significance  of 0.000 < 0.05. this means that is a positive relationship between religious with happiness.
