The title of this Research is the Influence of Academic and Clinical Administration Service of the Organization to the Student Satisfaction of Faculty of Health Sciences at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences University of Muhammadiyah with the object of the researchers are all students of the Faculty of Health Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Academic and Clinical Administrative Services on Student Satisfaction Faculty of Health Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. Research is a quantitative study using the method of causal survey, this method uses path analysis (goal analysis) whose purpose is to determine the effect of service Academic administration, and organizational climate with student satisfaction of Faculty of Health Sciences UMT. In order to answer the above problem formulation, this study was conducted with the total population of 528 students, samples taken as many as 228 students by distributing questionnaires to respondents. From the results of research conducted showed that there is a significant influence between academic administration services with student satisfaction with coefficient value 0.801, and there is significant influence between organizational climate to student satisfaction with coefficient value 0.733; And there is a simultaneous influence between academic administration services and organizational climate on student satisfaction.Keywords: Academic administration services, organizational climate, student satisfaction.

This research has problem formulation as follows whether product attribute have an effect on student satisfaction in STIE "KBP" padang. In this research of type data used is quantitative data. The populatiion in this students study STIE "KBP" Padang which amounted to 538 people and samples 85 people using the formula slovin. Based on the results of research show that attribute product have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction because t-hitung value (9,678) with significant value 0,000 smaller than level of significance 0,05. While the F-test value of the resullt test is 93.656, and the significant value f for the product attribute variable 0.000 this means significant f smaller than 0.05 This indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the product attribute to consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate student satisfaction with their program, academic environment and administrative services in terms of its effectiveness on their professional attitudes, lives and career. A total of 261 students of allied health sciences program at King Edward Medical University, were examined in terms of personal satisfaction by means of a specifically designed student satisfaction survey. A qualitative analysis approach was used to interpret the data generated by a three‐part survey form circulated to the four proceeding sessions of allied health sciences program and satisfaction of students in 12 major disciplines was evaluated. The data was entered in statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 22 using quantitative variables and descriptive statistics including frequency distribution tables and diagrams. The study revealed a student satisfaction of only 22.1% with their program with different levels of recommendation in different sub-disciplines. A total of 20.9% students agreed to the library facilities, 53.9% with computer lab, 35% with administrative support, 29.6% with sports facilities and 49% with teaching methodologies. The present study concludes that most of the students had little satisfaction concerning their field of study. So, it is necessary to make an attempt for continuous development of quality services.

This research was conducted to find out, describe and explain about the quality of academic administrative services in the Pontianak State Polytechnic by using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation, interactive data analysis models of Miles, Huberman, & Saldana (2014). The results showed that the quality of academic administration services in Pontianak State Polytechnic has not been going well, improvements need to be made by academic staff in terms of service quality. a) Improving academic service infrastructure; b) Leaders of the Pontianak State Polytechnic should provide training/ workshops on services prime; c) Control employee performance through measuring student satisfaction index activities; and d) Able to be consistent in providing services in accordance with academic service hours so that the services provided can run well.

This study aims to determine empirical influence perceptions of salary and organizational climate on employee motivation at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pruadvance Medan. The population of 56 people and the sample is the total population of 56 people.The methods of data collections are the scale of perception of salary, the scale of organizational climate and the scale of work motivation. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is significant influence of perception of salary to work motivation with R2 = 0.539 (p = 0.000). (2) There is significant influence of organizational climate to work motivation R2= 0.601 (p = 0.000). (3) There is significant influence of perception of salary and organizational climate to work motivation R2 = 0.640 (p = 0.000). Specifically, it is known that in this study, perception of salary is classified as positive, organizational climate is classified as conducive and work motivation of employees is high. the whole hypothesis can be declared accepted. The total efecvtive contribution of perception of salary variable and organizational climate to work motivation is 64%. It means there are still 36% influence from other factors to work motivation

Abstract To find out the level of quality of service that has been given to consumers or their customers, student and community satisfaction as users of academic administration services waws used as an indicator. The student satisfaction surveys conducted in this study aims to know the level of Madura Trunojoyo University students’ satisfaction on the quality of academic administration services throughout the year 2021. This study used quantitative approach with survey method. The survey was carried out by making a closed questionnaire using Google form to investigate students’ satisfaction. The questionnaire were then distributed online to students who previously used academic administrative services of the academic bureau and the student council of the Madura Trunojoyo University in 2021. The obtained 100 respondents represented an entire population that used the academic administration services of the academic bureau and student affairs in 2021. Results obtained in this study suggest that the quality service variable, especially in Financial Administration Bureau, has a significant impact on the satisfaction of the student Trunojoyo Madura University. Abstrak Untuk mengetahui level kualitas servis yang diberikan kepada konsumen, kepuasan mahasiswa dan masyarakat, sebagai pengguna jasa administrasi akademik, digunakan sebagai sebuah indikator. Survei kepuasan mahasiswa pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada kualitas jasa administrasi akademik, selama 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup melalui Google Form untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Kuesioner tersebut kemudian didistribusikan secara daring kepada mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan jasa layanan akademik dan dewan mahasiswa di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada 2021. Sebanyak 100 responden yang terkumpul mewakili seluruh populasi yang pernah menggunakan layanan biro akademik dan dewan mahasiswa pada 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, khususnya Biro Administrasi Keuangan, memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas trunojoyo Madura.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. Indonesia has different types of educational institutions including a state owned institution and a private one. However, recently, several types of educational institutions in Indonesia have some attention from the society in terms of the development of behavioral character of the youth that tend to be degrading. Effective communication of dakwah(preaching) at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng (MQ Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School) as well as akhlak(behavior) education is believed to be able to improve the behavior or so called akhlak of the Indonesian youth to be better. It can be seen from this study, a study at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng aimed at finding the influence and correlation between the effectivity of communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students. This study is a Quantitative study. The data in this study are obtained through survey using a proportional stratification sample tehnique towards 172 students at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng. The study shows that there is a simultaneous influence between an effective communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students where Fcount of 18.009 > Ftable  of 3.05. However, there is also a correlation with r value of .749. According to Priyato, the r value of .60 - .799 shows a strong correlation, i.e. between the effectivity of communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students. Indonesia memilki bebearapa lembaga pendidikan, yakni lembaga pendidikan milik pemerintah dan lembaga milik per orangan, sedangkan sekarang beberapa  lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia mendapat sorotan dari masyarakat mengenai pengembangan karakter tingkah laku generasinya yang mulai menurun. Komunikasi dakwah yang efektif di Pesantren MQ Tebuireung dan pembinaan akhlak  diyakini dapat meningkatkan tingkah laku atau akhlak generasi di Indonesia menjadi lebih baik. Terbukti hasil penelitian di Pesantren MQ Tebuireung dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan  efektivitas komunikasi dakwah dan pembinaan akhlak terhadap akhlak santri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melaui survei dengan teknik sampel stratifikasi proporsional terhadap santri di Pesantren MQ Tebuirung berjumlah 172 santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dengan F Hitung 18,009> F Tabel 3,05, komunikasi dakwah yang efektif dan pembinaan akhlak terhadap akhlak santri, dan terdapat hubungan atau korelasi dengan r sederhana dengan nilai 0,749, menurut Priyato nilai 0,60-0,799 sangat kuat hubungannya dari efektivitas komunikasi dakwah dan pembinaan akhlak terhadap akhlak santri.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

The research aims to: examine the quality of academic service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) influencing student satisfaction at the Malang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The subjects in this study are Business Administration students, there are 2 (two) academic services, namely Academic Administration for D3 Business Administration Program and DIV Marketing Management. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. The results show that the influence of the variables studied is 72.2%. and each Service Quality variable, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Assurance and Emphaty has a significantly positive effect on Student Satisfaction, but for the Responsiveness variable it shows a significant negative effect on Student Satisfaction.
