The aim of this research is to find out how much influence learning resources have on learning motivation. The school that was the object of this study was Islam Darussalam High School. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach that is to determine the effect of learning resources on learning motivation. The population in this study were grade X students in Depok's Islamic High School, totaling 103 samples, found 82 people were done using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were through a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a total of 30 items. Through calculations obtained a rxy of 0.545 which means there is sufficient influence between learning resources on learning motivation. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the contribution of variable x (learning resources) of 29.70% and the remaining 52.6656% is determined by the contribution of other factors not examined in this study. These effects have been tested using statistical hypothesis testing which obtained the results of tcount 5.816> t table 1.664. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the variable x (learning resources) and the y variable (learning motivation).

This thesis was concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of the seventh grade students at State Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Sub-District of Muaraenim Regency. The problem of the study was to investigate the correlation among students’ learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability. The total number of the population were 474 students. The sample for this study was 83 students taken through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for learning motivation, self-confidence, and test for writing ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. Finding showed that: (1) there was significant correlation between learning motivation and writing ability; (2) there was not any significant correlation between self-confidence and writing ability; (3) there was not any significant correlation between learning motivation and self-confidence; (4) there were significant correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of seventh grade-students at state Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Muaraenim.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. <p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia pada lingkungan. Perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya melalui ecoliteracy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 45 Jakarta pada semester genap bulan Mei  tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji prasyarat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,171 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,029, artinya ecoliteracy berkontribusi terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta sebesar 2,9%.</p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Kata kunci: Ecoliteracy, perilaku pro-lingkungan, peserta didik.</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Pro-environmental behavior is a conscious act to reduce the negative impact caused by human activity on the environment. Pro-environment behavior in students can be improved through ecoliteracy. This study aims to determine the relationship of ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior in students of junior high school. This research was conducted at 45 Jakarta junior high school on May 2017-2018. The method used is descriptive method with correlational study. Total of sample are 168 students selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of prerequisite test known that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The correlation coefficient is 0.171 and the significance value is 0.026, it means there is a significant correlation between ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School. The coefficient of determination is 0.029, it means that ecoliteracy has determine pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School equal to 2.9%.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Ecoliteracy, pro-environment behavior, student.</em></p>

This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

This study analyses the relationship between student' learning motivation and student learning independence on dynamic electrical material in class IX SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya. The research method used is descriptive, with a correlative form of research. The population is 117 student from all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya, the sample used in this study was 89 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Values used for independent and bound variables use a questionnaire. The Values analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and correlations with the coefficient of determination at a significant level of 5%. The result of research found that (1) student motivation in class IX SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya in the good category; (2) the independence of student learning was in a good category;  and (3) there was a positive and significant relationship between student motivation on student learning independence. So it can be concluded that the greater the student's learning motivation, the greater their learning independence.

The base student achievement was the background of this study. The ignoble scores on student achievement, especially in entrepreneurship subject was influenced by the external and internal factors. Learning model could have developed by teachers in the school environment that certainly have a profound influence on learning achievement. SMK Negeri 1 Bandung teachers apply the discovery learning model in entrepreneurship subjects to improve learning achievement of learners. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the application of the discovery learning model in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 2) learning achievement in class XI AP and UPW SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 3) The amount of influence discoveries learning model on achievement learning in class XI AP and UPW of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Discovery learning model as the independent variable (X), and the dependent variable is learning achievement (Y) with descriptive and verification analysis. The method used in this research was explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique with 124 respondents used linear regression technique. The findings in this study are as follows: 1) the application of learning model discovery learning in class XI AP and UPW in either category, 2) learning achievement in AP classes and UPW in the high category, 3) learning achievement positively influenced by discovery learning model with a coefficient of determination 21.3%. The Result based on the research, discovery learning model with indicators and different objects recommended as a basis for other studies. Keywords: discovery learning model, academic achievement

This study aims to determine the relationship between trust and organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 91 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using questionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained t count equal to 22.62, which means bigger than t table 1.99. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, confidence contributed 85.19% to organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. Then, based on the results of the research, it is known that the higher the confidence, the higher the level of organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humansare encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do goodlearning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with adescriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire anddocumentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentageof the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value ofTcount&gt; Ttable namely 3.731&gt; 1.9915 and Sig &lt;0.05, namely 0.000 &lt;0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect oflearning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.KEYWORD. This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.
