The article discusses the experience of using competence-oriented tasks in of the educational process of the discipline "Metrology, Standardization and Certification in Geodesy and Cadastre". The advantages and problems of the competence-based approach, the need to develop didactic and methodological support, and the importance of competence-oriented tasks in the formation of students' competencies are noted. From the position of a systematic approach, the activities of students in the framework of competence-oriented tasks are reviewed. As a result, it was revealed that the current level of competence formation depends on the correctness of the comparison of the basic elements (levels) of competencies with the substantive part of the discipline. This creates the problem of choosing competencies for the discipline. To solve this problem, an approach was proposed within which the following concepts were introduced: the indirect and direct influence of the discipline on the formation of competence and criteria values are proposed. Based on the analysis of the experience of organizing and conducting practical classes in the discipline "Metrology, Standardization and Certification in Geodesy and Cadastre", the effectiveness of complex competence-oriented tasks was proved. Recommendations on the improvement of methodological support and organization of independent work of students are given. The proposed criterion values in justifying the choice of competence for the discipline and complex competence-oriented tasks will allow achieving a high level of competence formation at the undergraduate degree, i.e. the ability and readiness of students to be efficient and productive in various professional situations. Further research in this area may be related to the search for an optimal combination of types of tasks in a complex competence-oriented task.

The educational process of future coaches in sports requires the use of effective approaches to the organization of practical classes. Purpose. Finding ways to optimize the learning process of students in athletics. Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological sources; generalization; concretization. Results. Contradictions in the process of teaching athletics to higher education students engaged in various sports are identified, and ways to level them are presented. Conceptual approaches to teaching athletics were considered on the example of higher education students who are involved in various sports. Conclusions. Adaptation of educational concepts for players involves taking into account both the characteristics of physical fitness in relation to specialization, and the current level of physical fitness in relation to motor physical activity being studied. This will create an opportunity to harmonize these levels and allow for the formation of effective curricula. We believe that the previously acquired skills and features of sports specialization give players the opportunity to learn quality athletics sprint. Further research will be aimed at the applied application of the presented ways to optimize the educational process of higher education students in athletics. The organization of the educational process of higher education seekers should ensure the formation of a single educational space. The inclusion of the student in the process of forming this space takes place in practical classes and in the organization of independent work. Instead, the differentiation of the educational process should take into account the individual and group characteristics of higher education. The presented approaches allow to involve students in the educational process to a greater extent.

Today, the educational process is closely related to informatization, digitalization and visualization of educational information. The article discusses the role of graphic design in the training process, especially in the agro-industrial complex. The task is to track how the effectiveness of pedagogical activity depends on the quality of visualization of the submitted material, especially handouts. There are also considered the issues of structuring educational material for training future staff of the agricultural complex. As a successful factor in training future specialists, the principle of visual and graphic accessibility of educational material, the principle of a harmonious set of text and illustrative materials that provide a high level of training, including in the process of independent work of the student, should be laid down. The article deals with the issue of interactive communication through a handout, which also develops the communicative ability of students. Training is a dialogue between the teacher and the student, which is also influenced by the quality of the design of the submitted information, especially illustrative information. The use of interactive, multimedia and visual technologies allows us to take into account the personal and individual characteristics of students

Currently, the main trends in the reform of higher education naturally lead to a significant reduction of the part of classroom studies in the educational process, which is extremely negative for the study of the mathematical cycle disciplines due to their abstraction and often cumbersome presentation of the material. Thus, there is a need to increase the effectiveness of contact work and to strengthen the role of students’ independent work. One of the factors contributing to an increase in the effectiveness of contact work is independent propaedeutic consideration of the material under study. The approach to organizing extracurricular independent work in the propaedeutic study of the mathematical cycle disciplines by students of natural sciences and engineering should include the following steps: recalling the facts previously studied, presenting the natural science (engineering) applications in their historical retrospective and presenting the main ideas of this section. The latter is supposed to be performed the most clearly, with the maximum use of interdiscipline relations. To increase the effectiveness of propaedeutic independent work, it is advisable to use appropriate methodological support. As the latter (depending on the section under study), you can use interactive study guide integrated with applications written in various high-level languages, presentations, educational films and study guide in written form. Thus, the preliminary acquaintance with the new mathematical section should be during extracurricular independent work with the widespread use of interactive teaching technologies.

The Covid-19 epidemic has had a strong impact on the implementation of the entire educational process due to the closure of public life and schools. Physical education (PE) teachers were faced with the challenge of conveying at a distance the learning content that they would otherwise teach in the sports hall. Our research aimed to determine which PE distance learning models proved to be the most effective during the epidemic, resulting in a high level of pupils’ activity despite participation from home. In the process of data collection, we included 33 PE distance learning lessons at the lower secondary level, where six pupils (3 girls and 3 boys) wore accelerometers in each lesson (n = 198 pupils). The results showed that the most effective model was the flipped learning teaching model, where pupils were given an overview in advance of the different forms of teacher video recordings. Then they also actively participated with their ideas in the performance of the online lesson. A statistically significantly less efficient version of the flipped learning teaching model had prepared interactive assignments and games. This was followed by a combination of online frontal teaching with station work and frontal teaching. The least effective was independent work carried out by the pupils according to the instructions prepared by the teacher. Although the two flipped learning teaching models were the most effective in terms of exercise intensity, it is very difficult to implement them in practice because they require too much teacher time.

The article discusses the issues of digitalization of education, the technologies for its implementation in higher educational institutions. First of all, we note that mastering the content of education and, on its basis, the inculcation of educational technologies and teaching methods - is the basis of the educational process. In this process innovative teaching technologies play a special role. In particular, it means the implementation of mixed education using online technologies. Learning motivation plays an important role as the independent work of applicants for higher education is based on it. Nowadays, dual education has become widespread, it is carried out in higher educational institutions according to certain models and technologies. Under modern conditions in the labor market this actualizes the demand for specialists with a high level of awareness and the ability to master new knowledge and solve professional problems.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. The site for self-management of user independent work is available at the link: http://msbx.ru. The materials of the article are of practical value for teachers who use e-learning tools in the educational process.
