In the tyred machinery chassis dynamometer control system, a fuzzy PID controller was used to adjust the exciting current of a DC dynamometer in order to change the resistance load torque, so the requirement of roller load for simulating the run resistance from the road surface was satisfied. A fuzzy PID arithmetic was designed to control the resistance loads, the system performance was improved by simulation. The software of the detection line measure-control system was designed in VB, the technical parameters of the machinery chassis could the automatically detected.

Dunn which stating that to measure the success of an evaluation of the program can be measured through six variables: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The method used is descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used is by using the calculation of Weight Mean Score (WMS). Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies. The study population are 1,857 students from two schools. While the sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling (stratified proportional). The samples using Yamane formula thus obtained sample are 180 respondents. The results of Program Evaluation Research Road Safety Partnership Action Police Goes To School in SMA 6 and SMK Pembangunan Bogor City obtained a score of 3.64 (in scale of 5) which, according to the interpretation of the criteria that are in “good” categories, although it is still the number of violations that occurred among students. This happens due to the lack of awareness of students in traffic, do not care about the safety and ignore the socialization conducted by the police about the ethics of a good drive to support traffic safety and reduce the number of traffic violations or accidents. Data on the daily activity of private cars form the basis of many studies in the field of transportation engineering. In the past, in order to obtain such data, a large number of collection techniques based on travel diaries and driver interviews were used. Telematics applied to vehicles and to a broad range of economic activities has opened up new opportunities for transportation engineers, allowing a significant increase in the volume and detail level of data collected. One of the options for obtaining information on the daily activity of private cars now consists of processing data from automated vehicle monitoring (AVM). Therefore, in this context, and in order to explore the opportunity offered by telematics, this paper presents a methodology for obtaining origin–destination flows through basic info extracted from AVM/floating car data (FCD). Then, the benefits of such a procedure are evaluated through its implementation in a real test case, i.e., the Veneto region in northern Italy where full-day AVM/FCD data were available with about 30,000 vehicles surveyed and more than 388,000 trips identified. Then, the goodness of the proposed methodology for O-D flow estimation is validated through assignment to the road network and comparison with traffic count data. Taking into account aspects of vehicle-sampling observations, this paper also points out issues related to sample representativeness, both in terms of daily activities and spatial coverage. A preliminary descriptive analysis of the O-D flows was carried out, and the analysis of the revealed trip patterns is presented.

Commercial buildings in the Bassura Mall area (Jalan Jenderal Basuki Rahmat) have resulted in congestion in the area. Vehicles use road bodies to park their vehicles, sidewalks that are used as trading places by street vendors, and the position of the entrance / exit of Bassura Mall for four-wheeled vehicles that is not strategic. These things have caused the author to choose a location in the Bassura Mall area (Jalan Jenderal Basuki Rahmat), East Jakarta which is a local route, where East Jakarta as one of the big cities in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta also experiences high vehicle growth, p. This can be seen on roads in East Jakarta which often experience congestion during rush hour. The purpose of this research is to determine the traffic performance in the area. The method used in this research is direct observation method at the research location and field data collection in the form of parking volume data, pedestrian volume, vehicle volume entering / exiting Mall Bassura, traffic volume, and road performance. Observations were made on weekdays and holidays. The results of the analysis of the performance of the road sections show that the traffic volume on the roads around Mall Bassura is 32,433 SMP / hour on weekdays and 22,577 SMP / hour on holidays, with the service level index being in the F category on weekdays and holidays. Thus, the congestion factors mentioned above have resulted in a decrease in road capacity which has an impact on road performance.

The method of this study used descriptive analysis, spatial analysis, and air quality analysis used the CITYgreen 5.4. The ecological function evaluation of Pajajaran Bogor road side trees in reducing the air pollution shows there are 958 trees which very appropriate to absorb the air pollution, 238 trees which appropriate to absorb the air pollution, 70 trees which less appropriate to absorb the air pollution, and there is no tree which not appropriate to absorb the air pollution. While the function of absorbing particles evaluation shows there is one tree which very appropriate in absorbing the particles, 1136 trees which appropriate in absorbing the particles, 101 trees which less appropriate in absorbing the particles, and 73 trees which not appropriate in absorbing the particles.
