Ecological civilization is the inevitable route of human development. However, the practice of ecological civilization is not as positive as expected, especially for college students. Hence, the aim of this research is to investigate how to strengthen the practice of college students towards ecological civilization in China. Based on the Triandis’ Interpersonal Behavior Model, a questionnaire survey is performed to explore the status quo of factors affecting college students’ ecological civilization behaviors. Results reveal that society does not provide enough facilities for ecological civilization. Thus, as personal interests conflicting with the environment, some college students would not carry out the concept of ecological civilization. Meanwhile, though most of college students have the right attitude and good habits of water saving and waste batteries proposal, the guidance of ecological civilization for the habits of takeout and online shopping has not been formed. Also, college students could not actively participate in ecological civilization construction. Therefore, to strengthen ecological civilization practice, it is indispensable to acquire joint efforts from individuals, government, families, universities and social organizations. The practice of ecological civilization is inseparable from the efforts of every college student. Besides, the government, every social organization, every family, and every university should create appropriate facilitating conditions, so that college students could form ecological civilization habits consciously. At the same time, universities, society and family should form good social reference standards to directly and indirectly educate college students so as to help them identify their roles and self-concept.

Balochistan has witnessed rapid social change since the 1970s. These changes were augmented by the national and international political situation. The traditional, tribal, and largely pastoral nomadic society of Balochistan gradually transformed into a modernizing agrarian society. On 1st July 1970, when ‘One Unit' was dissolved, Balochistan gained the status of a province and the bureaucratic expansion required educated work force. Thus, the Government of Pakistan expanded educational facilities in Balochistan, but this expansion continued at a very slow pace. Unfortunately, Balochistan is still the most backward province in terms of socioeconomic development in Pakistan. Though, it is the largest province in Pakistan, almost 44% of Pakistan's total area. It also possesses one of the largest blocks of juniper forests in the world. Along with it, Balochistan is rich in biodiversity and possess natural resources in abundance, like copper, gold, lead, zinc, iron, coal, and marble. This article focuses on the various factors affecting the socioeconomic development in Balochistan.

The presence of the digital industry is driving changes in the modes of public transportation from conventional to modern using online applications. The positive impact of the presence of the digital industry especially on line transportation for the community is the existence of new jobs and sources of income. But on the other hand, the presence of on line transportation also presents various problems. This study uses mixed methods with a qualitative main approach and supported by a quantitative approach. The results show that there are problems in social welfare and social protection for two-wheeled online transportation riders which caused by a legal vacuum in the status of the partnership pattern. Therefore, the researcher proposes a partnership agreement model involving the government as the party that has the right to determine the regulation, and in the agreement process requires a bargaining process so that the welfare of two-wheeled online transportation riders as informal sector workers can be fulfilled

This article analyzes structures within which interpreters are deployed in the healthcare sector in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. It pays particular attention to the status, conditions, and guidelines that guarantee the provision of interpreting services. The first part also explains some important concepts that are closely related to healthcare interpreting, including language brokering and natural interpreting. Despite the fact that funding for interpreting services was stopped by the government (2012), it is a developed field in the Netherlands. As a reaction to the abolition, there was a wave of protests; many parties believe that this has compromised one of the human rights (the right to access to care). In the Czech Republic, a new law was introduced (2011), the Health Services and Conditions of Provision Act, which guarantees patients the right to communication that is understandable to the patient. Since then, certain facilities were introduced that should make communication with non-native speaking patients effective. Nevertheless, more experience and knowledge should be brought in to be able to speak of a good organizational structure and quality.

The Government of of Indonesia plans to move the Capital City from Jakarta to East Kalimantan Province. The problem is what is the status of the administration of Jakarta Province after it no longer bears the status as the capital city of Indonesia. Does Jakarta Province still have the right to obtain status as a provincial region even though the government structure is not divided into municipal and regency areas, or the existing administrative area must be made an autonomous region and then legally qualify as a provincial region ?. Research Methods using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the politics of decentralization contained in the 1945 Constitution, regarding the formation of special regions and reviews several laws which form the legal basis for granting special regions in Indonesia, or what is theoretically known as asymmetric decentralization. If the national capital is moved to East Kalimantan, the ex Jakarta Province still qualifies as a province that has special autonomy as the Province of Jakarta Special Region, because the history and role of the city of Jakarta on national government in the past cannot be forgotten. Therefore, the governance structure in the form of one level of autonomy is maintained, and the central government can surrender or delegate greater authorities for the management of economic, trade and service sectors, such as the Nusantara Bonded Zone, including the establishment of special economic zone, so that it can play a role as a locomotive of the national economy.

In this paper, we analyze the interactions among workers, employers, and the government in the Iranian labor market using game theory. For this purpose, different games among the factors affecting the labor market are analyzed in both static and dynamic situations. In each case, intervention and non-intervention of the government are also examined. Thus, four different types of games are studied, including a static game between worker and employer, without government intervention; a static game among workers, employers, and the government; a dynamic game between worker and employer, without government intervention; and a dynamic game among workers, employers, and the government. In the first three games, Nash equilibrium implies low productivity of worker, low employer’s profits, and high unemployment rate in which players want to maintain the status quo. However, in the dynamic game among workers, employers, and the government, the sub-game perfect equilibrium of the game can provide some conditions in which the labor market gets away from the low productivity situation
