This article examines the actual problem of organizing the workflow in a pandemic. The author identifies a number of trends that have a certain pattern, substantiated by a number of studies. The author highlighted the advantages of remote work, the difficulties associated with rapid rotation from the office to the external environment, managed to identify the factors of reducing and increasing the efficiency of remote work.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of psychological support of the transition of office workers to remote work. The purpose of the article is the definition of psychological and socio-demographic determinants of the activities of managers in the context of junior personnel transfer to virtual / home office. This problem is considered on the example of IT-professionals (n = 182) from four countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It is proved that the basic dispositional features that contribute to the realization of the activity potential are conscientiousness and openness to experience. Among the value orientations such predictors are the orientations towards competent and tolerant leadership. Another important thing is the value orientations of altruism and independence. The author makes conclusion that duing formation of uncertainty in their actions, individual personal traits play a great role, especially such traits as: ease of occurrence of negative emotions, individualism, preference for independence, disorganization, spontaneity, low level of purposeful behavior. Therefore, an orientation towards social support makes it difficult to implement an orientation towards quality in an activity and reinforces the lack of self-confidence feelings. It was revealed that under conditions of restructuration dispositional factors begin to play a major role, and the degree of value regulation decreases. In addition, the author suggests that a low level of integrity promotes creativity. This can be explained by the fact that an individual, who has such low level, remains open for longer to various possibilities of thought and action. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that value orientations act as a kind of basis. They head the realization of the personal characteristics of a specialist in professional activity and they are important qualities in everyday life. In the article it is determined that the desire for success decreases in the specialists who get older, and the value orientations for support and leadership contribute to this aspiration. The author has shown that openness of experience, combined with tolerant leadership, is a prerequisite for determination in promoting organizational change.

The article focuses on the behavioral strategies of citizens of pre-retirement age in the conditions of modern reality, the complexity and specificity of which is explained by the presence of a number of objective circumstances considered as factors of influence of the external environment. It is noted that the most significant of them for the representatives of this social group are: an increase in the duration of the period of labor activity in connection with the adoption of a new pension reform and an increase in the retirement age in Russia; the introduction a year ago of a regime of social isolation due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences, which affected the state of the economy, the labor market and employment of the population, creating social tension due to an increase in the number of unemployed; on changes in the daily lifestyle, conditions and nature of work, including on the requirements for the qualifications of employees transferred to the format of remote work. Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific works, the process of adaptation is show as gradually replacing each other stages, to pay attention to the variety of types of adaptation and the possibility of their combination; consider the features of active, passive and active- passive strategies of adaptive behavior the need to use an integrated approach when assessing the effectiveness of adaptation.

It is noted that the issues of introducing new approaches to the organisation of labour of employees are acute on the agenda today. The conventional approach, when the vast majority of employees in Ukraine worked at workplaces within enterprises, institutions, organisations, taking into account the quarantine restrictions introduced in 2020, ceased to correspond to the modern realities. Modernity requires the development of the telework. The paper provides a scientific study of the actual problem both for the science of labour law and for rule-making activities regarding the current state and trends in the legal regulation of remote work in Ukraine. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the importance of remote work for the sustainable development of the national economy and the state, as well as ensuring the interests of employees and employers in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to provide scientifically sound conclusions and suggestions for improving the legal regulation of remote work in Ukraine. Using general scientific and special methods of scientific cognition, the study considers the essence of remote and home work; the provisions of the Labour Code of Ukraine are compared with the provisions of the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 4051 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts On Improving the Legal Regulation of Remote Work” dated September 04, 2020 and the Draft Labour Code of Ukraine. A general conclusion is made regarding the need to develop and adopt a modern comprehensive regulation in the field of labour – the Labour Code of Ukraine, which makes provision for a separate structural division (for example, a book) covering the specific features of regulating labour relations of certain categories of employees, within which a chapter should be placed with the title: “Features of Regulating Labour Relations of Employees Engaged in Remote Work”. The articles of such a chapter should make provision for the definition of remote work, the specifics of concluding, changing, and terminating an employment contract on remote work, the features of working hours and rest times of employees engaged in remote work, the features of labour protection of employees engaged in remote work, guarantees of labour rights of employees engaged in remote work

The purpose of this design and analytical work is to develop practical recommendations on the implementation of the principles of "remote work" in the FMCG company, providing a higher level of resistance to changes in the internal and external environment. Microprobe analysis of biological tissue is now in the end phase of transition from instrumental and technique development to applications pertinent to questions of physiological relevance. The promise,implicit in early investigative efforts, is being fulfilled to an extent much greater than many had predicted. It would thus seem appropriate to briefly report studies exemplifying this, ∿. In general, the distributions of ions in tissue in a preselected physiological state produced by variations in the external environment is of importance in elucidating the mechanisms of exchange and regulation of these ions.

Periplasm of bacteria is the space outside the permeability barrier of plasma membrane but enclosed by the cell wall. The contents of this special milieu exterior could be regulated by the plasma membrane from the internal, and by the cell wall from the external environment of the cell. Unlike the gram-negative organism, the presence of this space in gram-positive bacteria is still controversial because it cannot be clearly demonstrated. We have shown the importance of some periplasmic bodies in the secretion of penicillinase from Bacillus licheniformis.In negatively stained specimens prepared by a modified technique (Figs. 1 and 2), periplasmic space (PS) contained two kinds of structures: (i) fibrils (F, 100 Å) running perpendicular to the cell wall from the protoplast and (ii) an array of vesicles of various sizes (V), which seem to have evaginated from the protoplast.

This study aims to analyze how strategic management in the Firta Collection Boutique to develop its business, especially in providing services to customers. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that includes Marketing Mix (4P Analysis) and SWOT Analysis, to find out what external factors are opportunities or threats to the Firta Collection Boutique. The results of the study show that the strategies adopted by the Firta Collection Boutique are still inappropriate and need to use other strategies. Changes in the external environment have continued to increase so that it is an opportunity and anticipates threats by utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses by innovating and improving approaches and gaining customer trust in product quality, in order to compete in the fashion sector.

This paper shows the diversity and significance of relations of duality among different economic systems. The composition of the principles underlying the system economic theory used for the analysis of duality in the economy is investigated. The concept of the economic system is clarified and the equivalence of three basic concepts of the economic system is shown: a) as a space-time volume (“black box”); b) as a complex of elements and connections among them; c) as a tetrad, including object, project, process and environment components. In a new way, the concept of the tetrad is revealed. The actual interpretation of the interrelationships of its components, based on the mechanisms of intersystem circulation of spatial and temporal resources and the transmission of abilities from one economic system to another, is proposed. On the basis of the obtained results, the most essential aspects of duality in the theory of economic systems are considered. It is shown that the interaction of internal content and the nearest external environment of economic systems lies in the nature of the relations of duality. A new approach to modeling the structure and to functioning of the economic system, based on the description of its activities in the form of two interconnected tetrads (the first tetrad reflects the intrasystem production cycle and the second one — the external realization-reproduction cycle) is put forward. It is shown that the concept of duality in a system economy creates prerequisites for adapting the functioning of local economic systems (objects, projects, etc.) in a market, administrative and functional environments and, as a result, harmonizing the economy as a whole.

The analysis presented here offers a possible framework for understanding when sub-state actors behave prudently and more strategically in their foreign relations, and when other priorities might instead heighten the chances of seemingly irrational, erratic, or dangerous, foreign policies. Using a case study of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq to illustrate the argument, the author attempts to show how “regime consolidation” plays a key role in allowing such actors to prioritise policies aimed at grappling with external challenges, threats and opportunities. Internally legitimate, consolidated regimes can better present “one face” to the outside world and behave more strategically in the international arena.  Political systems lacking consolidation or internal legitimacy, in contrast, turn to the external environment in search of resources to help them with domestic threats and challenges. This may lead to seemingly erratic, unpredictable and risky foreign policies on their part. Choice of profession is a social phenomenon that every person has to face in life. Numerous studies convince us that not only the well-being of a person depends on the chosen work, but also his attitude to himself and life in general, therefore, the right and timely professional choice is very important. Research about factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions in Ukraine shows that self-determination is an important factor in the socialization of young person, and the factors that determine students' career choices become an actual problem of nowadays. The present study involved full-time and part-time students of Institute of Philology and Mass Communications of Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" in order to examine the factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions (N=189). Diagnostic factors of career self-determination of students studying in the third and fourth year were carried out using the author's questionnaire. Processing of obtained data was carried out using the Excel 2010 program; factorial and comparative analysis were applied. Results of the study showed that initial stage of career self-determination falls down on the third and fourth studying year at the university, when an image of future career and career orientations begin to form. At the same time, the content of career self-determination in this period is contradictory and uncertain, therefore, the implementation of pedagogical support of this process among students is effective.
