Currently, amid the economic crisis associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, each enterprise, regardless of its structure and type of ownership, is in a continuous mode of choice: to reduce personnel costs and retain qualified personnel and jobs. At the same time, in order to preserve jobs and continue production activities, it is important not to preserve the employee’s contribution. The employee must be motivated to increase labor productivity and the quality of products, and this must be directly related to his salary.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan dalam rangka peningkatan produk yang dihasilkan, salah satunya adalah sumber daya pekerja. Pekerja dengan beban kerja yang berat akan mengakibatkan terjadinya kelelahan yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model kuantitatif manajemen kelelahan dan beban kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 45 pekerja penggilingan padi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelelahan kerja maupun beban kerja mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan produktivitas kerja. Model persamaan regresi yang terbentuk adalah produktivitas kerja = -4,188 + 0,027 kelelahan kerja – 0,100 beban kerja yang berarti bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 mili/detik kelelahan kerja akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 1 ton/hari dan setiap penurunan 1 kali/menit beban kerja maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 1 ton/hari.Human resources is an important asset for the company in order to improve the product, one is the labor resource. Workers with heavy workload will result in fatigue, which in turn can degrade the quality of products produced. This study aimed to develop a quantitative model of fatigue and workload management to improve productivity. The research method used eksplanatory survey with crossectional approach, using 45 sample. The results showed work fatigue and workload had a significant relationship with labor productivity. Regression equation model that is formed is productivity = -4.188 + 0.027 work fatigue – 0.100 workload which means that every increase of 1 millimeter/second job fatigue, it will increase labor productivity by 1 ton/day, and every reduce of 1 times/minute the workload it will increase labor productivity by 1 ton/day.

The current situation at Ukrainian enterprises is characterized by fail to meet the requirements of socially responsible nature, which is one of the economic crisis factors (lack of trust between employer and employees, transparency in conducting business processes and low level of responsibility resulted in economic disequilibrium). Therefore, a company must apply the social responsibility principles in strategic planning. The success of any enterprise depends largely on the quality and quantity of human resources. A significant competitive advantage that the company has over its competitors is the quality of talented and qualified professionals, which the company was able to attract to work. In order for recruitment to be more effective, it is necessary to apply methods of evaluating candidates that will allow to give a comprehensive conclusion about the quality and compliance with the requirements for an employee in a particular position. The issue of hiring highly qualified personnel is more relevant than ever before in Ukraine, especially in the conditions of developing social responsibility of business. The article deals with the social responsibility of enterprises, the features of socially responsible hiring of personnel and the expediency of its practical use. The main elements of socially responsible recruitment of personnel are analyzed, social responsibility directions are developed in personnel management, and elements for developing the strategy for socially responsible hiring are proposed.

The article, based on archival materials of the Kentau Regional State Archive (KRSA) and documents of the South Kazakhstan regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan from the funds of the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History (RSASPH), explores the organization and use of the industrial holiday in the identification processes of workers at the Achpolimetal combine in the early 1970s. The growing processes of alienation in Soviet society during the period of late socialism were reflected in labor productivity at the plant. The practice of preparing republican and all-union records and the subsequent honoring of production teams led to a "divided consciousness" among the working people, which influenced their attitude to work. The level of labor productivity and the cost of production have tended to decrease due to the unreliable quality of new self-propelled equipment and the actual lack of a proper repair base at the enterprise. Significant downtime and breakdown of equipment, violation of technological discipline, over-planned metal losses, and a decrease in the quality of products gradually increased. One of the ways to increase labor productivity was the holding of industrial holidays. The organization of industrial holidays, the analysis of the forms and methods of the holiday ritual for constructing a common social space that creates the conditions for a collective identity in the Soviet era were the object of study in this article, its subject is the actual ritual-participatory functions of the holiday and their influence on the construction of the professional identity of work teams of “Achpolimetal” combine.

Для повышения конкурентоспособности рыбохозяйственного комплекса в настоящее время в России происходят модернизация уже существующих предприятий отрасли и создание новых объектов с высококвалифицированным персоналом. Улучшить результаты деятельности таких предприятий позволит применение системы менеджмента качества - ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015. Ведь именно качество продукции определяет не только конкурентоспособность организации, но и дает возможность выбиться в лидеры. Проанализирована результативность действующей системы управления, ее способность добиваться нужных целей в компании; определен уровень соответствия требованиям стандарта ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015 и выполнению правил СМК, установленных в документации самой организации; проведена оценка качества выполняемых работ путем контроля соответствия результатов работ и требований, установленных в документации; оценена готовность системы менеджмента организации к сертификации; выявлены несоответствия и предложены корректирующие действия. To increase the competitiveness of the fishery complex, currently existing enterprises of the industry are being modernized in Russia and new facilities with highly qualified personnel are being created. The performance of such enterprises will be improved by the use of a quality management system - GOST R ISO 9001-2015. After all, it is the quality of products that determines not only the competitiveness of the organization, but also makes it possible to break out into the leaders. Analyzed the effectiveness of the current management system, its ability to achieve the desired goals in the company; the level of compliance with the requirements of the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard and the implementation of the QMS rules established in the documentation of the organization itself was determined; the quality of the work performed was assessed by monitoring the compliance of the work results and the requirements established in the documentation; assessed the readiness of the organization's management system for certification; nonconformities are identified and corrective actions are proposed.

Приведены результаты исследований по изучению влияния промышленной технологии возделывания картофеля на развитие, урожайность и качество продукции. Выявлена положительная реакция растений на подкормку K2SO4 в период посадки. Корреляционно-регрессионный анализ урожайности и качества клубней выявил высокую степень достоверности результатов опыта. Содержание нитратов и тяжелых металлов в клубнях было ниже допустимых величин.The results of studies on the impact of industrial technology of potato cultivation on growth, yield and quality of products. There was a positive response of plants to fertilizer K2SO4 in the period of planting. Correlation and regression analysis of yield and quality of tubers revealed a high degree of reliability of the results of experience. The contents of nitrates and heavy metals in tubers was below the permissible values.

In the article, the results of research on the methodology for conducting studies with corn culture under various methods of sowing and weather conditions. The aim of the research was to establish and evaluate the reliability and high accuracy of the experiment, with a decrease in the area's acreage and taking one plant per repetition. Based on the results of the analysis of biometric parameters and yields, the possibility of sampling from 5 to 108 plants was established statistically and mathematically to establish the accuracy of the experiment. The established parameters of sites in experiments with maize indicate the possibility of obtaining much more information from a smaller unit of area, that is, to increase labor productivity not only with tilled crops. This is the goal of further scientific research with other field crops taking 1 plant of repetitions, observing the conditions of leveling the experimental plot according to the fertility of the soil and sowing seeds with high condition. The data obtained give grounds for continuing research on the minimum space required and the sample in the experiments.
