The article reveals the activity for health in education of future teacher personality in the healthy environment of high school as a nature-appropriate motor activity of the future teacher; it provides development and improvement of health processes of vital activity, support and strengthening of physical, mental, social and spiritual health of the future specialist.The discipline «Sports and pedagogical improvement» is described, which provides students with a set of knowledge, skills and abilities for the development of activity for health and experience of educational and training work, which will allow to conduct classes at a high professional level in the chosen sport. Studying the discipline is a necessary component of future teacher training. To a large extent, the implementation of the proposed discipline is facilitated by practical classes, which aim to deepen the knowledge, skills and abilities of students in certain sports through the use of active methods of educational and training process. The specificity of the discipline is that the methods of the subject involve the use of classical methods, forms and means of higher school pedagogy; there is an accumulation of knowledge about the chosen sport, necessary for the development of physical qualities, increase activity, self-esteem and correction of student behavior.

In deciding what mathematics should be taught at any grade level it is necessary to know the mathematical needs of the students. However, unless we subscribe to the doctrine that no one should learn more about anything than he will need to live at that particular age level, we must also consider the future needs of the students as well. I do not subscribe to this doctrine, hence in this discussion considerable weight will be given to the mathematical needs of adults in deciding what shall be taught to children. This seems especially necessary at the high school level, since, in the case of mathematics, the student is often taking his last course in the subject.

The article considers the content and methods of training of pedagogical high school student to interact with the schoolchild’s family, purpose of which is to enrich the base of his theoretical knowledge, mastering their techniques and skills of professional interaction with children and members of their family. The author presents a developed model of training of the future teacher in the process of realization of the special course “Family problems and family education”, orienting the teacher to the psychological and educational support of children, resolution of complex conflict situations in different types of families, help parents in creating a friendly family atmosphere.

The article is based on the idea of conjugation between social and personal factors in the preparation of a teacher of Physical Education (PE). It creates the conditions for building a harmonious relationship with the surrounding world, finding one’s place in society, vocational orientation, formation of readiness for adaptability and mobility in the future vocational activity. The conditions, ensuring the formation and development of vocational mobility of the future teacher of PE in the socio-cultural educational space of high school, are dialogization, taking part of the future experts in project activities at various levels.  We have considered the process of formation and development of vocational mobility of the future expert in the social and cultural educational space of high school within the framework of the continuing education system. The concept of continuing education involves the inclusion of dialogue relationship, which contributes to the formation and development of vocational mobility of the future teacher of PE at all levels: knowledge, skills, creativity, experience in value and emotional orientation. The transition from one level of formation of vocational mobility to the other one in the socio-cultural educational space of high school is provided by the realization of the complex of strategic conditions and pedagogical tactics (pedagogical support, educational accompaniment, enhance social and vocational values), which contribute to the development of the readiness of the future teachers of PE to changes, innovations in the process of vocational activity. We consider system and subsystems of spiritual and effective relations of the future teacher of physical culture to the surrounding objective and subjective reality, including relations to yourself. We give a structural and substantive characteristic in the course of education in a secondary or higher educational institution, in which such specialists are trained. In structuring the spiritual and effective relations of students - future teachers of physical culture on subsystems we use philosophical and psychological methodology: systemic and structural, activity, subjective, personal-oriented and relative approaches. We identify in the system of relations, which include the future teacher of physical culture at the educational institution, the following subsystems of spiritual and effective relations: the first subsystem of spiritual and practical relations is the attitude of the subject to various types of student life activity, the second subsystem of the spiritual and effective relations of the future teacher to the mass media, the third subsystem of spiritual and effective relations of the future teacher of physical culture to other people, the fourth subsystem of the student’s spiritual and practical relations to social groups, the fifth subsystem of the subject’s spiritual and effective relations to material reality, the sixth subsystem of relations to subjective reality, the seventh subsystem of spiritual and effective relations of the subject to his Self, to his inner world.

The article presents the characteristics of the subject "Fire and rescue protection" carried out at the Faculty of Management at the Czestochowa University of Technology in the field of "Work Safety and Hygiene". The modified program consists of lectures and exercises and also presents a practical way of implementing the selected issues in a given building. Next, the methodology of research and the results of questionnaire surveys conducted in the target group of students are presented, referring to the improved content and methods of education and training in the field of fire protection. The article ends with conclusions from the conducted research and the proposed concept of activities for the future.

<p><em>Kubang Jaya village is located in a low land peat swampy area and often suffers from the flood in the rainy season.  Swampy peat area generally has a high groundwater level; thus, it can immerse the septic tank in the housing in the area.  The height of the groundwater table is approximately 50cm from the surface level, while the depth of the septic tank is 150cm.  When the septic tank below groundwater level, this could cause a mix of soil water and septic tank waste.  This community development activity aims to educate the community about sanitation and give lecture and training of installing bio-porta septic tank (bacterial portable septic tank) for housing in high groundwater level area. Bio-porta septic tank consists of two drums as sediment tank and aeration tank. Bio balls were used to speed up the decomposition by aerobic bacteria in the tank.  An aerator was added to the installation to increase the proliferation of bacteria. The community development activities were pre-test, lecture, post-test, practical and cadre training.  Results show that there was an increase of understanding and knowledge of community from 24% to 62% about the septic tank in high groundwater level area.  The community also agreed to replace the conventional septic tank into the bio-porta septic tank in the future.  The activity also has a positive impact on educating and changing the mindset and attitude the community of Kubang Jaya village in improving the sanitation with an intention to the bio-porta septic tank in the future. </em></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN):</strong> Desa Kubang Jaya merupakan kawasan dataran rendah rawa gambut dan sering mengalami banjir saat musim hujan. Lahan rawa gambut umumnya memiliki muka air tanah tinggi sehingga dapat merendam tangki septik pada perumahan yang terdapat di kawasan tesebut. Rata-rata tinggi muka air tanah sekitar <em>±</em>50 cm, sedangkan kedalaman tangki septik warga sekitar <em>±</em>150 cm dari permukaan tanah. Apabila tangki septik terendam, maka hal ini dapat mengakibatkan pencampuran air tanah dengan limbah tangki septik. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai sanitasi lingkungan dan memberikan penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan tangki septik bio-porta (<em>bacterial portable septic tank</em>) untuk rumah di lingkungan dengan muka air tanah tinggi. Tangki septik bio-porta terdiri dari dua drum yang berfungsi sebagai tangki pengendapan dan tangki aerasi. Untuk mempercepat proses penguraian oleh bakteri aerob di dalam tangki maka digunakan <em>bio ball</em> atau rumah bakteri. Aerator ditambahkan pada instalasi untuk mempercepat perkembangbiakan bakteri aerob. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari <em>pre-test</em>, penyuluhan, <em>post-test</em>, praktek, dan pelatihan kader. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dari 24% menjadi 62% tentang tangki septik di lahan dengan muka air tanah tinggi.  Masyarakat juga sangat setuju untuk mengganti tangki septik konvensional dengan tangki septik bio-porta di masa mendatang. Hasil kegiatan sangat berdampak positif untuk mengedukasi dan mengubah pola pikir serta sikap warga desa Kubang Jaya dalam memperbaiki sanitasi lingkungan tempat tinggal dengan keinginan untuk menggunakan tangki septik bio-porta di masa mendatang.</p>
