Javanese language is very important to students learn since early childhood. Where through Javanese language children can understand the positive value in the self-character. While learning Javanese etiquette in RA Miftahul Ulum and MI Miftahul Ulum 02 is still not optimal. So it is necessary to conduct training for teachers in RA Miftahul Ulum and MI Miftahul Ulum 02 in the lower classes related to the method of learning Javanese etiquette. Through this activity, the team provided training with demonstration methods about interesting learning methods, interactive and can be used to teach Javanese language especially “Krama”  to early childhood. In this case early childhood is a low grade RA and MI student and training is given to teachers in RA Miftahul Ulum and MI Miftahul Ulum 02 in the lower class. This service activity has several stages which include, briefing and direction, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of this training received good appreciation from the partners. Partners actively participate in training activities. In addition, through practical activities, participants can practice the learning methods provided, so that participants are able to provide problems solving in the difficulties experienced by teachers in learning Javanese language for early childhood

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

It is a scientifically and developmentally undeniable reality that the educational activities that guide education and training activities and aim to raise the nation according to the requirements of the age and keep up with the necessary arrangements for this purpose. With the periodic developments in the world, the transformation in the philosophy of education and understanding of education has brought along the application of new approaches and understandings in education. The constructivist approach that started to be applied in education with these developments is also one of the new educational approaches. Constructivist understanding is defined as a process in which students are actively involved in educational activities and new information is built on pre-learning. Constructivism is a contemporary understanding that covers all kinds of practices that the student can actively engage in the learning process, and it emphasizes that education can be successful to the extent that it can serve individual differences. It has been fifteen years since the practices on constructivism started to be implemented in our country. During this period and as a point reached, it is a question of how much this understanding is applied. With this research, it is aimed to examine the self-efficacy beliefs of Turkish language and literature teachers towards applying constructivist approach in terms of various variables.

(CD), including technical assistance (TA) and training, is one of the three core pillars of the Fund’s work. Its main objective is to help member countries build institutions and capacity necessary to formulate and implement sound economic and financial policies. The Institute for Capacity Development (ICD) was established in 2012 with a specific mandate to further define and develop the Fund's strategy on capacity building and provide a clear institutional framework to bring the coordination and oversight over TA and training activities under one umbrella, while building on partnerships with donors. The Fund’s capacity development strategy was last discussed by the Board in June 2013, and the Board subsequently endorsed the 2014 statement on IMF Policies and Practices on Capacity Development. The 2018 review of the CD strategy will include backward- and forward-looking components: The backward-looking component will consider the prioritization, funding, monitoring and evaluation, and delivery of CD as set out in the 2014 statement. The forward-looking component will provide the opportunity to outline reforms to increase the impact of CD. Emphasis will be on making CD more effective and efficient while building on its existing strengths. Conclusions from the 2018 review will be reflected in a revised statement on IMF Policies and Practices on Capacity Development.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. ABSTRAKTujuan  umum  kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  adalah  menstranfer  ilmu berupa  cara  pembuatan video pembelajaran pada guru MA Al-Istiqomah NW Bedus. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini sebagai langkah awal terjalinnya kerjasama antara kampus IKIP dengan pihak mitra secara  berkelanjutan dan  tidak  terpisahkan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di MA Al-Istiqomah NW Bedus, Desa Bangket Parak, Kecamatan Pujut, Lombok Tengah, dengan sasaran kegiatan adalah guru-guru sekolah sebanyak 20 orang. Pelaksanaan  kegiatan  dilaksanakan  selama  6  (enam)  bulan  meliputi  survei  lokasi,  diskusi penentuan  jadwal  kegiatan  dengan  pihak  sekolah  (mitra),  sosialisasi  kegiatan  kepada  calon target  binaan,  pelatihan pembuatan media, monitoring,  dan  evaluasi  kegiatan.  Indikator  keberhasilan  kegiatan  terukur>  90% kehadiran peserta datang tepat waktu dan berada dalam ruangan hingga kegiatan berakhir. Respon  kebermanfaatan  kegiatan pelatihan meliputi sebesar 85,0 % (kategori sangat bagus)  dan 15,0 % berkategori cukup bagus;  dan  tingkat  motivasi  menjadi guru modern sebesar 80,0  % tertarik dan 20,0% berkategori cukup. Kata  Kunci:  pelatihan; video; media pembelajaran.  ABSTRACTThe general objective of this community service activity is to transfer knowledge in the form of making instructional video media for MA Al-Istiqomah Bedus teachers. It is expected that the results of this activity will be the first step towards establishing cooperation between the IKIP campus and partners in an ongoing and inseparable way. This dedication was carried out at MA Al-Istiqomah NW Bedus, Bangket Parak Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok, with the aim of the activity being 20 school teachers. The implementation of the activities carried out for 1 (one) month includes a location survey, discussion of determining the schedule of activities with the school (partners), socialization of activities to the target target, training in media development, monitoring, and evaluation of activities. Measured indicators of success of activities> 90% attendance of participants arrive on time and stay indoors until the activity ends. The response of the usefulness of the training activities covered 85.0% (very good category) and 15.0% was quite good; and the motivation level to become a modern teacher is 80.0% interested and 20.0% is in the sufficient category. Keywords: training; video; learning media.

Jamu (herbal medicine) is included in traditional health drinks that its processing is often less hygienic. The purpose of this community service program is to improve the cleanliness of the herbal medicine-making process in the herbal medicine group in Malang through the provision of hygienic herbal medicine processing machines. Community service activities were carried out in 2018 by involving herbal medicine groups in Tegalgondo and Jetis Villages, Malang. The community service activities included analyzing the conditions and needs of partners, designing herbal medicine machines as needed, as well as assisting the use of machines. The implementation methods in this service program were discussion and training. The result of this service activity was an increase in partner knowledge regarding the importance of hygiene and the use of appropriate technology in herbal medicine processing. After the training was carried out, service partners began to be moved to process jamu more hygienically. Furthermore, assistance and technology-based marketing training activities also need to be carried out.

ST. Kertha Budi Luhur is the youth organization of the Kayumas Kelod traditional banjar which was founded around 1995. One of the social activities of the Sekaa Teruna is to focus on environmental and waste issues. Related to the issue of waste ST. Kertha Budi Luhur plans to establish a waste bank. The waste bank is an alternative solution that can be done by the community in terms of waste management or management. Waste banks can increase public participation to care more about the waste they produce daily, besides that, with the existence of waste banks, the community can get economic value feedback. Therefore, in this community service, socialization and training were carried out on how to form a waste bank. This community service activity is broadly divided into initial socialization activities aimed at providing initial information about waste banks and technical training activities aimed at providing a more detailed explanation of the waste bank operations, from sorting waste to working with garbage collectors. Increased awareness of waste management by 85% of ST members Kertha Budi Luhur after the training.

Aims and methodThis study used data collected to describe the activity, case-load characteristics and outcome measures for all patients seen during a 6-year period.ResultsThe service reviewed 2153 patients over 6 years with referral rates and case-load characteristics comparable to those described in a previous study period. The team saw 82% of patients on the day they were referred. Data and outcome measures collected showed significant complexity in the cases seen and statistically significant improvement in Health of the Nation Outcome Scales (HoNOS) scores following service input.Clinical implicationsThe outcome measures used were limited, but the study supports the need for specialist liaison psychiatry for older adults (LPOA) services in the general hospital. The Framework of Outcome Measures – Liaison Psychiatry has now been introduced, but it remains unclear how valid this is in LPOA. It is of note that cost-effectiveness secondary to service input and training activities are not adequately monitored.Declaration of interestNone.

AbstrakPada masa pandemi yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran harus melalui sistem PJJ (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh), pihak KB Flamboyan membutuhkan arahan serta masukan agar pembelajaran tetap berlangsung dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang cocok. Mengingat dalam kondisi pandemi dan usia dini rentan terhadap penularan viruz, namun juga mengingat pembelajaran harus tetap berjalan, pihak mitra berharap arahan dari tim dosen dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran jarak jauh yang cocok untuk anak usia dini. Oleh sebab itu KB “Flamboyan” bekerjasama dengan tim dosen Unitomo untuk mengadakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi pembelajaran prasekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dari identifikasi KB “Flamboyan”, kesepakatan penentuan objek pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi bersama. Hasil yang telah dicapai adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru-guru (SDM) KB “Flamboyan” dalam berkreasi membuat strategi pembelajaran yang aman dan nyaman bagi siswa, baik secara luring maupun daring dengan dalam koridor keterbatasan orang tua siswa.  Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, pandemi, daring, luringAbstractDuring the pandemic, which resulted in learning having to go through the PJJ (Distance Learning) system, the KB Flamboyan team needed direction and input to keep learning going by applying appropriate learning strategies. Considering that in a pandemic condition and at an early age, they are vulnerable to virus transmission, but also considering that learning must continue, the partners hope for direction from the lecturer team in developing distance learning strategies that are suitable for early childhood. Therefore, KB "Flamboyan" collaborates with the Unitomo lecturer team to provide counseling and training on fun learning strategies for preschool learning. This service activity starts from the identification of the KB Flamboyan, an agreement to determine the object of training, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results that have been achieved are an increase in the skills of KB "Flamboyan" teachers in creating safe and comfortable learning strategies for students, both offline and online within the corridors of the limitations of parents.Key Word: learning strategy, pandemy, online, offline

Introduction and training of “Fast Math Tricks” for elementary school students in GMIT Petra Kefamenanu congregation aims to develop students' thinking skills and interest in mathematics. This community service activity is carried out for one month, with a meeting duration of 90 minutes per meeting. Students who take part in the activity are students who are considered capable of participating in the training, come from the sixth grade of elementary schools in the GMIT Petra Kefamenanu congregation. The method of implementing this activity is the method of testing, lecturing, and practice. The activity began with an introduction to "Fast Math Tricks", followed by training on "Fast Math Tricks". With the introduction and training of "Fast Math Tricks", students understand and like mathematics more and will become provisions for students for education at the next level. Student response is very good in implementing activities because "Fast Math Tricks" is a new thing for them, in addition to the introduction of "Fast Math Tricks", it can provide benefits and convenience for elementary school students in doing calculations. From the introduction and training activities of fast math tricks, it was concluded that students were 87.50% helped, 8.33% was quite helpful, and 4.17% were not helped by the application of fast math tricks in calculating multiplication and division.
