Butterfly captivity can be successful if there are artificial environmental conditions that are suitable for the life and reproduction of butterflies. Apart from the technical side, the success key of the captivity also determined from the side of site plan. Site planning is the ability to collect and interpreting data, project into the future, identify problems and provide a reasoned approach to solving existing problems. The purpose of this study was to design a captive development site for the IPB Dramaga butterfly captivity based on the conditions and characteristics of the area. The method used in this research consists of literature study, interview and observation. Data analysis consisted of six stages, consists of: preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis, planning and design. The results of this study were the IPB Dramaga butterfly captivity site was designed into three zoning systems according to the needs of captive management, namely an office zone (0.37 ha), breeding zone (1.75 ha) and a tourism zone (2.13 ha).

This research enables the design of a pop-up storybook about cooperating while learning and about social skills. This pop-up storybook is made to remind the importance of cooperation for children age 4-6. The research is made because of the decline in cooperation among children which is the result of lack of social interaction, development in technology, and parenting issues. The research covers data collected about children age 4-6, interviews with child psychologists, literature study, dan direct observation. Data results were then processed to build story, visual, and paper engineering techniques. Keywords: storybook, pop-up, social skills, cooperation, children

Article 2 of Law Number 30 Year 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement indicates that dispute settlement or disagreement among parties in a certain legal relationship shall be the authority of the arbitration institution, if it has been agreed in an arbitration agreement. This research tried to criticize the concept of absolute nature of the arbitral decision in the settlement of business dispute in the perspective of the theory of justice. Method of data retrieval used in this research was by collecting literature study by studying data and analyzing the entire contents of library by linking to existing problems. The final and legally binding arbitral decision, if associated with Aristotle's corrective theory of justice, does not at all reflect the basic value of justice. This is indicated by not giving an opportunity for another party whose position is higher to correct the decision, whereas in the judicial system, the court as an ordinary court having legal status (legal statue) and legal authority (legal authority/legal power). Verdict the panel of judges can still be corrected through the usual remedies (appeals) and extraordinary reviews.

Indonesia is an agrarian country. Many Indonesians work as farmers. The agricultural sector has a great function in maintaining national food security, especially in maintaining the welfare of farmers. Interim data in 2013 show that the agricultural sector is in second position in contributing to GDP. With the existing data then the farmers should be able to live prosperous. But in reality farmers in Indonesia have problems that cause their quality of life is still far from the word worthy, such as low income and productivity, difficulties in credit applications, low education and irrigation systems that have not been optimal. Judging from the existing problems it is necessary to establish a management system that can overcome them. The purpose of this research is to optimize the potential of agricultural sector in Indonesia by using Sharia Agraria Management Organization (SAMO) by synergizing Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) with Local Government and Central Government. This research was conducted by Meta Analysis method, based on observation and literature study, the authors conclude that with the existence of SAMO, farmers can improve their standard of living, increased productivity, and easy in the application of farming credit. It is expected that with this system can maintain the quality of the community environment and achieve the implementation of sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to assess the human resources sectors of transport, telecommunications and tourism in a global perspective. This study is a literature study with descriptive analysis method to describe the existing problems and provide recommendations to anticipate the world’s rapidly growing trend. The results show that the increasing mastery of foreign languages and technology has become an absolute requirement that Indonesian human resources can compete on a global level. However, the state, business, and society must work together in forming a mental attitude, promote an understanding of the religion, and raise the nation ideology since early stage so that it can minimize the negative impacts of globalization.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present site planning and design (SPD) relevant variables and items in practice for practitioners to better understand and implement SPD in green building projects. Design/methodology/approach The research methods include questionnaire survey and case studies in the context of China. A questionnaire survey was adopted to identify the importance of 13 variables and the corresponding 38 items in SPD of green residential buildings. Three green residential projects including one in Hong Kong and two in Mainland China were selected to investigate the SPD considerations in practice and to discuss the necessary improvement. Findings The results show that 12 out of the 13 variables of SPD in green buildings are involved in the three case projects to some extent, thereby underscore the importance of these variables. The potential improvement in real-life SPD of green buildings is also discussed such as adopting design-build and integrated project delivery methods and preserving and protecting cultural characteristics on site. Originality/value The research findings may serve as a reference for practitioners to better conduct SPD in green building projects.

The economy growth has improved the development of cities. In cities' continuous development and construction process, carbon emissions are also gradually increasing, causing serious environmental pollution and energy shortage. At present, low-carbon urban planning and design has become the demand of contemporary urban construction, and sustainable low-carbon economy has become the inevitable choice of urban planning. Based on this, this article briefly introduces the concept of low-carbon city planning and the principles of urban design from the perspective of low-carbon city. By analyzing the existing problems in current urban planning, this article proposes urban design strategies from the view of low-carbon city planning, seeking to make contributions to the improvement of urban planning levels.

This study aims to describe the impact of environmental pollution, the causes of rejection from the Medali village community, and to evaluate the pollution violations in terms of environmental law. Furthermore, an analysis of the handling of pollution, the impact on the environment, an assessment of the location of the factory was conducted to criticize the existence of a rubber factory. This thesis research uses Law Number 32 Year 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management including handling and overcoming the risk of environmental pollution. This study uses the socio-legal method, using primary data and secondary data which are then analyzed using the juridical-empirical writing type specification, field observation data collection, interviews, and literature study. The results show, in the implementation of waste management by PT Bumi Nusa Makmur there is a mismatch with the proper standard of waste disposal, a violation of the establishment and expansion of company land, as well as environmental impacts in the form of environmental pollution related to air and liquid waste which affects the environment and communities around Medali village

Gedebage integrated vocational high school (SMK) is a school which accommodates the concept of technopolis. The school has four programs: building engineering, family welfare education (PKK/food service), mechanical engineering, and tourism - which produce skilled and ready-to-work graduates. This article aims to recommend the sun exposure toward the building of the school, which is related to site planning and design strategies based on the duration of solar radiation on vegetation, and building facades as well as the distance between buildings through the use of Chronolux plug-in on Sketch-up Software. From the measurement, it is found that vegetation can reduce sky view factors (SVF) from 76.4 to 38.87%. For the building façade, it is able to reduce sun exposure from 4 hours 51 minutes to 3 hours 19 minutes with SVF from 47.26 to 38.11%. Meanwhile, the building distance of 9 m receives sun exposure from 9:00 am to 3.42 pm.
