ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence. Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

The paper mainly introduces a new apparatus (CHES-FY) to measure fabric surface friction. Compacted with the KES-FB system, the CHES-FY system has its own superiority. Through designing orthogonal tests, corresponding properties of 16 groups fabrics were measured by CHES-FY system. Based on the correlation analysis between KES-FB system with CHES-FY system, it indicates that the two systems have high correlations. Thereafter, regression equation that includes four parameters through multiple linear regression were achieved. It reports that CHES-FY system is feasible and accurate in measuring fabric surface friction performance.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the degree of influence exercised by the Key Account Manager in the provisioning management in the main companies called Staple in Peru, during the events of COVID-19. The research was of type quantitative, cross-sectional and temporal, with a non-experimental design, using a multiple linear regression model and correlation analysis to determine the impact that exists between the variables. The data belongs to the Industrias San Miguel company, distributed in a weekly period from June 2019 to March 2021, which gives 88 observations. The results allow us to conclude that the Key Account Manager is an important manager of the supply of goods during the crisis caused by COVID-19 in staple companies.

The title of this research "The Correlation Analysis of Inventory Valuation Method Implementation, Inventory Value, and Gross Profit margin to Manufacture Companies Market Value Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange'', which its objective is to provide the empirical evidences about the inventory valuation method implementation, inventory value, and gross profit margin to company's market value. The object of this research is the manufacture companies which are listed os Indonesia Stock Exchange on the period of 2007-2009. Research sample was selected by using the purposive sampling and obtained 45 sample companies which are consists of 8 companies which are implementing the average inventory method and 3 7 companies are implementing the FIFO inventory method. The hypothesis testing method used the multiple linear regression method. The result of this research shows that as collectively the inventory valuation method, inventory value, and gross profit margin significantly affected the market value. And as individually, the variable that significantly affects the market value is just inventory value while inventory valuation method and gross profit margin have no significant influence to the market value.

This study discusses the characteristics, constraints and factors of production of Trusmi written batik SMEs in Trusmi Wetan and Trusmi Kulon Villages, Plered District, Cirebon Regency. The objectives of this study are: (1) analyzing the characteristics of Trusmi handmade batik seen from business owners, the output/products produced and marketing, (2) analyzing the difficulties/obstacles experienced by Trusmi handmade batik UKM, (3) analyzing the influence of factors -factors of production against the amount of batik production Trusmi. This study uses statistical analysis tools both descriptive and inferential. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the characteristics, difficulties and obstacles experienced by SMEs in batik writing. Multiple linear regression is used to determine the effect of variable raw materials, wages, labour, education and business experience on the amount of Trusmi written batik production in Trusmi Wetan and Kulon villages, Plered District, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of owners/entrepreneurs of Batik Tulis Trusmi as many as 15 (50%) craftsmen started their business background from generation to generation/inheritance and as many as 15 (50%) the rest were independent business backgrounds. The level of craftsman education is dominated by high school and the average age of the craftsman is 51 years. Products produced by craftsmen in the form of hem/shirt, sarong, shawl and marimbist in their marketing crafters supply several showrooms in Trusmi and are sent to several regions, (2) batik artisans experience difficulties and obstacles in terms of capital, raw materials and human resources, (3 ) multiple linear regression using individual test (t-test) shows that raw materials and wages have a positive and significant effect on the amount of batik production, while the amount of labour, education and business experience does not affectt

Background: The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has posed a severe threat to international health and the economy. Clinicians, the main staff involved in fighting against the pandemic, are under great pressure. However, relevant mental stress studies are lacking at present. Objectives: This study aimed to explore the mental stress level and its influencing factors among Chinese pediatricians under the outbreak of COVID-19, aiming to provide a certain theoretical basis for relevant psychological intervention among medical staff. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 352 in-service pediatricians were selected from nine hospitals in Jiangsu province, China, in February 2020. The online survey was performed to collect general information. Meanwhile, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale were employed for assessment. Afterward, the stress level and influencing factors among pediatricians were analyzed through descriptive analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The mean score of PSS-10 showed moderate stress on the whole. Pediatricians from outpatient and emergency departments had significantly higher perceived stress than those from other departments. The perceived stress was significantly associated with age, educational level, professional title, work experience, and physical condition. Stepwise multiple linear regression showed that age, professional title, and physical condition had a linear relationship with the individual’s perceived stress. Besides, Pearson correlation analysis indicated that perceived stress was associated with anxiety level and sleep quality. Conclusions: Under the outbreak of COVID-19, pediatricians suffer from relatively high levels of mental stress. The influencing factors include education, age, professional title, work experience, and physical condition. Typically, the anxiety level and sleep quality are correlated with the mental stress among pediatricians.

Microfinance is one popular product of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The purpose of this study is to know factors that influence the realization of microfinance as well as the characteristics of microfinance debitors. Characteristics of microfinance debitors are dominated by male, age 31-40 years old, high school education, 2-4 people dependents family, over 2 years age of business, net income per month from Rp1,000,000 to Rp5,000,000, dominated by trading companies, 1-3 times of borrowing frequency, amount of financing is more than Rp20,000.000, value of collateral is more than Rp50,000,000, and purpose of financing is for productive activities. Using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test at α = 5% there are three variables affect the realization of microfinancing, namely type of business (trade), the amount of financing proposed and value of collateral.
