Nepal Van Java is a tourism attraction that offers the beauty of local residences in Mount Sumbing slope located in Dusun Butuh, Magelang. According to a simple calculation of average visits up to a thousand visitors in one day, Nepal Van Java has a high visitors number according to a simple estimate of average visits. However, at this time, there are not many rural tourism products offered by Nepal Van Java because this destination is still in the planning stage where there is no planning for rustic tourism products. The purpose of this paper is to describe the planning process related to the village tourism product. Qualitative research methods have applied to this research, resulting in an understanding of the actual condition of village tourism products. Detailed planning related to Nepal Van Java tourism products includes planning on facilities, transportation systems, and introduction of visitors, with the idea of focusing on optimizing agricultural resources as agrotourism, potential aids for farm stays, and culture.

Despite the fact that Bandung boasts a large number of heritage buildings as tourism potentials which become one of priorities in Rencana Induk Pengembangan Pariwisata Daerah (RIPPDA) Kota Bandung 2007-2016 (municipal tourism development plans), such plan is assumed as less detailed and comprehensive. It also emphasizes only on supply and spatial aspect. This paper reviewed the planning process of heritage trails as tourism product in the tourism development plan. A comparative study between actual and ideal condition was conducted and was presented in descriptive way. It consists of introduction, theoretical background relating to tourism product planning process and heritage tourism, research methodology, actual conditions of heritage trails development in Bandung, critical review of heritage trails in Bandung, and conclusion andrecommendation. Such findings reveal the actual condition of heritage trails development as a growing tourism product in Bandung today, which lacks details, depth, and comprehensiveness, data from the past, and review from supply side in order to plan for a better heritage tourism activity.

Tourism is one of the important pillars of many national economies. Practicing the tourism has a multiplier effect on several industries, being interdependent with the food industry, communications, transport industry etc.Worldwide, all rural areas face the same problems: economic decline, environmental degradation, poverty of population or gradual loss of national identity. Its population is aged, young people preferring to migrate to cities. In this context, the villages are struggling to maintain its viability.Tourism is one of the sectors that can contribute to resuscitate villages. Practicing rural tourism was developed in response to human needs, subjected to daily increasing stress, to recreate the economic needs of these areas and the concern to preserve the environment and tradition.This paper aims to analyze the trends and changes rural tourism in Romania, namely how tourism activity has evolved, but the direction he is going, too. For this, we will use the existing data and studies.Studying this theme is justified by the actuality of the topic, given that attempts to maximize the benefits from tourism in a way that nature and heritage anthropogenic authentic to not suffer, but also the need to develop the localities and rural areas where only tourism and agriculture are productive domains. Rural tourism is a viable alternative in a society preoccupied with sustainable development which is moving increasingly towards forms of ecotourism. In addition to protecting nature, heritage conservation and preservation of tradition and stimulating the authenticity of the village, rural tourism brings the socio-economic benefits for the local population.Rural tourism can meet tourist needs without harming the environment. It appears as a suitable alternative for the daily man increasingly stressed and pressured economic and social. Rural tourism is a "strategy" viable recovery of the villages, from several points of view: attracting earnings in areas where it is practiced; generating employment; contributing to the development of rural areas; supporting the rejuvenating of villages population; preserving and protecting the natural environment; keeping alive tradition; meeting the needs of tourists.Tourism in general and in rural areas, in particular, is a springboard for other industries in that area, but also for society. Practicing this activity in rural areas can lead to economic development, but also to raising living standards and quality of life. Facing the challenges of globalization and with uncertain economic conditions, rural tourism can be a "lifeline", under proper capitalization and promotion of effective heritageAfter identification the best practices in rural tourism that held in other countries, we propose for adopting those practices which are fit for rural tourism in Romania.Development of rural tourism in recent years is not accidental. The village and the tradition create a competitive tourism product, bidder. Rural tourism is based on everything that is specific national identity, but also everything that involves cultural and human environment.Romania resourced rural tourism that involves a variety of activities. Given that they would be exploited properly, Romanian tourism could attract large numbers of visitors, tourists from all socio-economic and professional categories, and satisfying their preferences accordingly.

This thesis aims to examine the management process applied in the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. Beginning with the curriculum planning process, implementing the curriculum, and how to evaluate the curriculum of the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. This research aims to find out and describe the managerial process of the curriculum, and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of efforts to achieve the vision, mission that has been set.This thesis is a report on the results of field research using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study research approach that takes place at the Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang Boarding School.Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, then presenting data, and finally from the compiled data conclusions are drawn. Checking the validity of the data is done with credibility which includes Triangulation, peer checking, extension of observation time, increasing perseverance.The results of the analysis show that the curriculum management implemented by p Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 At the planning stage, the process carried out was planning the implementation time, the learning program, making the academic calendar, and how the evaluation was held. At the implementation stage, it starts with a new santri test, conducts learning and conducts an ascension test. The evaluation process is carried out at least 2x in one month, and 1 and after one semester.

Community based Tourism paradigm as a concept of alternative tourism has been able to provide distribution to community either in welfare or empowerment towards sustainable tourism. In relation to this paradigm, this study was conducted to analyze the impacts of rural tourism development in Pinge village. Pinge is one of the village in Tabanan- Bali which has been developed to be rural tourism destination.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive. Technique of collecting data was through interviewing with community leader and conducting field observations in order to find out positive and negative impacts to economy, socio cultural and environment to this village. The researcher found that the development of rural tourism provides positive and negative impacts to society in Pinge. From the result of data collection, there were found that economy of society was improved, the culture was preserved, and the environment was arranged well. The result of this study is expected to be a reference study in rural tourism development in Pinge village through controlling the negative impacts from this tourism destination development.

            The Village law has made the village the subject of development. Villages and villagers jointly initiate village development in order to create a better livelihood and village life. Village funds as village capacity in development have the potential to improve community welfare. This Research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach in order to analyze the planning and implementation process of village funds in improving community welfare from a sharia economic perspective. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The governments, community leaders and villagers became informants so that a broad perspective was obtained about village funds and their implications for walfare. The results showed that the planning and implementation of village funds was not yet participatory, the grassroots community had not been involved. Physical infrastructure became the priority of discussion during the planning process. In an effort to improve welfare in 2019 touching the aspects of health, education, and community residence. In 2020, village funds have a greater role in increasing community income in the form the cash assistance to the community in overcoming the covid 19 pandemic. In order to achieve a comprehensive development, in the process must apply sharia economic values. The value of integrity in the devekopment process in the form of justice, trust and fulfillment of reponsibilities as well as helping each other.

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the village midterm development planning process / RPJMDes and the village government work plan / RKPDes implemented by Sidomukti Village Government, Muara Kaman District, Kutai Kartanegara District, which was evaluated based on Permendagri No 114/2014 on village development guidelines. The study uses an evaluation method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection through documentation and interview studies, data analysis using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found that in the preparation of the RPJMDes and RKPDes, the village government had not yet fully implemented the stages as stipulated in Permendagri No 114/2014, in the preparation of the RPJMDes there were 3 stages not carried out namely aligning the direction of district policy, assessment of village conditions, and village deliberations, while in the preparation of the RKPDes there were no indicative ceilings, this was due to the lack of competence of the Village Government officials in preparing the RPJMDes and RKPDes, weak administrative management, and lack of community participation.

The key to successful and cost-effective activities of enterprises is the rational organization of the planning process, which concerns financial indicators and involves writing budgets. The article summarizes the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization and implementation of budgeting in industrial enterprises. The study of approaches of different scholars to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of budgeting allowed defining it as a complex economic process of the management cycle. It is developed at the discretion of the enterprise by determining the amount and composition of the costs of individual units of the entity and ensuring coverage of these costs by the resources of the enterprise to achieve the ultimate goal of the entity – to obtain maximum profit at minimum cost, taking into account both internal and external factors. The role of budgeting for industrial enterprises, its main purpose, the list of entities involved in budgeting, as well as the fundamental criteria for budgeting were clarified. Based on the generalization of a number of the most important criteria for the company, the possible types of budgets as well as their advantages and specifics of use depending on the objectives of the entity were generalized and described. The analysis of the basic stages of budgeting which are carried out in the course of activity of the is enterprise carried out, terms of writing and representation of budgets on an example of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial period are considered. It is determined that the budgeting system is a tool of internal financial planning and control, which significantly increases the efficiency of financial management of the enterprise, preventing the irrational use of financial resources both at the planning stage and at the stage of control over their use. Given the lack of established norms and rules for budgeting in the enterprise, optimizing the organization of the budgeting process and the effectiveness of financial planning are the tasks of the internal system of corporate governance.

<p>The purpose of this devotion is to train some of people in Batur<br />Tengah Village who work as merchants to make tourism products<br />independently. During this tourism products are sold in the Kintamani<br />Tourism Area such as clothing, sculpture or knick knacks such as key<br />chains are supplied from other places, both other areas that are still in the<br />province of Bali and outside Bali. The phenomenon is actually not good<br />for the sustainability of the efforts that are cultivated by some people in<br />the village of Batur Tengah. In addition to creating dependency, they are<br />also used by suppliers as marketers to sell their products as well as<br />understand the needs of tourists who visit Bali, especially to Kintamani<br />tourism area. Based on this phenomenon, then on this occasion, the<br />devotion done by trained on some souvenir vendor to create a souvenir<br />merchandise products independently, such as key chains and hangers that<br />can be installed in the car. It is expected that through this training which<br />held on in open space so that tourists can see it, then interested to buy, can<br />influence the people of Batur Tengah Village who work as souvenir<br />vendor to create tourism product independently that the result can be felt<br />better economically.<br />Key Words: Devotion, Create, Souvenir, Tourism Product</p>

The purpose of this community service activity is to support the Agro Tourism of Nggorang Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai to maximize the productivity of cattle farms by utilizing the availability of natural resources while empowering rice straw agricultural waste as the main source of feed by utilizing feed processing technology, creating a healthy environment in the village by supporting Agroeduwisata village and clean grazing center through the utilization of livestock feces waste into organic fertilizer using natural probiotics, which have an impact on environmental cleanliness. In achieving this goal, there are a number of methods for achieving the objectives, namely the active participation approach of the community in collaboration with the village component starting from the planning stage, including data collection and mapping of available resources; implementation phase; the monitoring and evaluation phase of the activities to ensure the achievement of all aspect of the objectives. Based on the results obtained in this activity, there is an understanding of the benefits and advantages of integrated grazing land that can be applied by farmers in Desa Nggorang village, Komodo District, West Manggarai in NTT  Keywords: Livestock centers; Agro-tourism; Komodo district
