This study aims to see where the relevance of the spatial management study program curriculum to restaurants in South Sulawesi specifically chooses 3 regencies/cities that have a 3A visit level and tourism concept. By using quantitative descriptive. Based on research results found in the existing curriculum relevant to restaurants this can be used from the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. Besides that the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months.

The curriculum has a position and a very important position in the education process, the curriculum is a requirement and an inseparable part of the education itself. Through the curriculum can provide the competencies needed by the world of work to students, so it is necessary for students to graduate they will be easily absorbed in the world of work in accordance with the competencies that they got during college. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the curriculum in the management of study programs for restaurants in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the existing curriculum is relevant to restaurants this can be measured by the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. in addition, the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months. Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work. Materials that are highly relevant to the needs of work must be maintained or improved because competition in the workforce is very fierce.

Tourism as one of the priority sectors that is developing in Indonesia has an impact on increasing number of air travelers in Indonesia. Air travel actors consist of various elements, one of which is tourists. During air travel, tourists need to go through the check-in process at the airport before they arrived in destination. This study aims to analyze the punctuality of the check-in counter service of Citilink Indonesia airline at Ground Handling company in PT Gapura Angkasa using the queuing theory and FIFO. Counter check-in services will refer to Ministerial Regulation Number 38, 2015. The quantitative descriptive method was chosen as the approach to this research. Services at Citilink Indonesia's check-in counters are analyzed using the multiple line queuing theory. In calculating the data, the queue observation is calculated, the queue time is recorded, and is equipped with an interview with the check-in counter frontliner. Based on the research results, Citilink Indonesia's counter check-in service at El-Tari Kupang Airport shows that: 1) The waiting time for air travelers in the queue is <20 minutes. 2) Service time for air travelers at the counter check at Citilink Indonesia per person is <2 minutes 30 seconds. The results of this study conclude that the Citilink Indonesia counter check-in service at El-Tari Airport, Kupang is in accordance with Ministerial Direction No. 38 of 2015. According to the result given, Check In Counter Citilink Indonesa has always been commited to give the best service quality for passenger, and obey health protocol while check-in process happens.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of students to choose the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Academic Year 2019/2020. As one of the factors influencing students' decision to choose a study program, promotion is one of the most important variables in the marketing mix undertaken by a company or educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between promotion of student decisions in choosing the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Institute of Islamic Religion in the Academic Year 2019/2020 using Pearson's product moment formula. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the results of the questionnaire were about promotion with 53 respondents classified as very good with the percentage of 88.60% (2) the results of the questionnaire about the student's decision were classified as very good with a percentage of 88.86%. (3) Effect of Promotion on Students' Decisions to Choose Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of Islamic Republic of Darussalam Academic Year 2019/2020 shows an effect of 90.63%, with the results of t count then 0.935 is between 0.80 - 1,000 Very strong.

Online classes are the main means of lecturing process during the Covid-19 Pandemic. No exception for the management economics Department of Persada Bunda College Pekanbaru which utilizes online applications, such as Zoom, Whatsapp groups, Google classrooms, and other application media to carry out the online class process. This research was conducted to find out what the effectiveness of online classes were like for the Management Study Program students of the Persada Bunda Economic College Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that brought an online survey method via google form. The obtained test results were that the majority of students from the Management Study Program of the Persada Bunda Pekanbaru have carried out the online class process from home using a cellphone / smartphone by utilizing a fair internet data connection. The online class process shows a general picture that the students' understanding towards the material provided was less than optimal and the increasing number of assignments given to students had an impact on the class process which was less effective. Other results show that students are not ready to face the new rule set by the government, "the new normal life" if online classes continue. Another result also show that the effective lecturing system during the Covid-19 pandemic should be both online and offline that are carried out alternately while still paying attention to health protocols in order to prevent Covid-19 from spreading.

IAIN of Pontianak Dakwah Management Study Program is currently doing online learning. The implementation is surely difficult, especially for the new students. They need to be prepared in following the online learning. This condition is attracting the interest to evaluate the preparation quality. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the preparation quality of online learning the new students in IAIN of Pontianak Dakwah Management Study Program using the quantitative approach. The population of this research is all students from in IAIN of Pontianak Dakwah Management Study Program. The sampling technique used in this research is the total-sampling, where all the populations are used as the sample of research. Data collecting use the instrument for online learning preparation scale. Data analysis is conducted in two stages, where the data analysed in percentage quantitative descriptive and comparison with achievement category criteria. The results of this research show the median value of confidence dimension in using computer or the Internet for learning is 8,77. Median value for independent learning is 17,77. 8,95 are for students’ control dimension in the online-context. The learning motivation dimension in the online-context with 14,41 value, and confidence dimension in communicating online is 10,28 value.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Flores Management Faculty of Economics. This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Flores in the class of 2015-2016 who had passed the entrepreneurship courses of 170 people. Samples taken in this study were 105 respondents, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 1.060 + 0.594X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.421X3 + e. The coefficient of determination R2 for the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.675, which means that entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment by 67.50% and the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors including factors of education, skills, motivation and others. F test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (28.442> 2.69) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of the Faculty of Management Study Program Students The economy. Partial test results (t) show 1) Emotional intelligence factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 2) Family environment factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 3) Independent attitude factor has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the D-3 Marketing Management Study Program for Citizens with Special Needs (MP WNBK) Accounting Department at the Jakarta State Polytechnic, was moved to carry out service activities related to screen printing training to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of alumni. This activity aims to help alumni affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to get alternative businesses in the screen-printing sector such as t-shirts, mugs and goody bags. In an effort to improve the competence of screen printing, the team conducts training in collaboration with partners as observers of disability. Through intensive mentoring by a trainer, 17 training participants have produced screen printing products in the form of t-shirts, goody bags, and mugs.

Abstrak: Penciptaan dan pengembangan material pembelajaran dalam situasi ketidakpastian saat ini merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi pendidik. Tantangan tersebut terjawab seiring teknologi Augmented dan Virtual Reality (AR dan VR) mulai diterapkan di kelas praktikum. Pengembangan modul praktikum mata kuliah Kualitas Udara dan penilaian keberterimaan modul bagi mahasiswa Prodi D3 Teknik dan Manajemen Lingkungan merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian ini.  Modul terdiri dari buku panduan, marker AR, aplikasi KU-AR dan kuisioner formatif yang diisi oleh responden 28 mahasiswa. Analisis formatif menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa dapat menerima modul dan menjadi termotivasi untuk mempelajari desain alat pengendali pencemar udara lanjutan. Pengenalan alat pengendali pencemar udara melalui modul AR dapat memberikan pengalaman yang berguna bagi mahasiswa, khususnya vokasi. Kata Kunci: alat pengendali, aplikasi KU-AR, modul praktikum, pengembanganAbstract: The creation and development of learning materials in today's uncertainty is a challenge for educators.  Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR and VR) technologies responded to this challenge since they began to be applied in practicum classes. The development of the practicum module for the Air Quality course and the assessment of module acceptance for D3 Engineering and Environmental Management Study Program students are the objectives of this research. The module consists of a guidebook, AR markers, the KU-AR application, and a formative questionnaire filled out by 28 student respondents. The constructive analysis shows that most students can receive the module and become motivated to study advanced air pollutant control design. The introduction of air pollutant controllers through the AR module can provide a useful experience for students, especially vocational students.Keywords: air pollutant controller, development, KU-AR application, practicum module

The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).
