This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of officers in the service of making e-KTP introductions in Mamasa Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service.

The high workload can cause burnout. Burnout makes the worker not pay attention to the person he helped, thus reducing the quality of service. The research method used is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The informant consisted of 11 people, two medical social workers, three medical social worker partners, and six medical social worker patients. The result of the research showed that: a) medical social workers experiencing burnout with the most emerging aspect of emotional exhaustion, b) depersonalization aspects, medical social workers showed apathetically and acting callous at work, c) medical social worker feel they can't work optimally but in the reality, they have good performance based on Indeks Kinerja Individu (IKI), d) Medical social worker can keep working with good performance because of their love to the profession, e) The burnout shown by medical social workers has no effect to the helping process to the patient in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital. The main factors of burnout of medical social workers is a barrier in their career, which leads the medical social worker can't get their rights based on their performance and education.

This study examines the effect of performance audit of the government apparatus on the quality of public services in the Banjarsari sub-sub-district of Surakarta. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. As for the location of the study in Banjarsari sub-district, the research population consisted of 92 people, consisting of the sub-district apparatus and the community in Banjarsari Sub-district. The purpose of this study was to find out (a) the effect of quality audit on work results, audit the quantity of work and audit timeliness on the quality of public services partially; (b) Effect of quality audit on work results, audit quantity of work results and audit timeliness of quality of public services simultaneously; (c) Which performance audit variable is the most influential on the quality of public services in Banjarsari Sub-district. The data obtained from interviews, collected and processed using the SPSS 23 For Windows Program. The results of the study are (a) quality audit of work results and audit of timeliness have a partial effect on the quality of public services, while auditing the quantity of work is not; (b) quality audit of work results, audit of quantity of work and audit of timeliness simultaneously affect the quality of public services; (c) The most influential performance audit variable is the audit of work quality.

This studi aims to analyze the Public Satisfaction of Public Service Providing IMB in Jayapura City. Researchers analyzed using 14 indicators based on the KEPMENPAN regulation Number 25 of 2004 concerning Guidelines for Preparation of Comunnity Satisfaction Index consisting of service procedure, service requirements, clarity of service officers, discipline of service officers, responsibility of officers, ability of officers, speed of service, fairness of service, courtesy and friendliness of staff, the fairness of costs, certainty of costs, certainty of schedule, comfort of the environment and security of service. As for the type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that 14 indicators of SMIs used 5 of them identified the quality of public services in the DPMPTSP Jayapura City including service requirements, service ability, speed of service, certainty of schedule and comfort of the service environment. For this reason, there is still a need to improve and improve the quality of public services in DPMPTSP Jayapura City.

Barbershop business in Tasikmalaya District is increasingly prevalent, including in Singaparna District, but not all Barbershop in Singaparna District are visited by consumers. Competition between Barbershop is found in excellent service quality for consumers, the application of a quality service affects the development of customer satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data is obtained through direct interviews with owners of barbershop and consumers. Then the data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction or simplification, data presentation / presentation (Data Display), and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the quality of services provided in five Barbershop in Singaparna Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency was quite good, this can be seen from the efforts made such as prioritizing appearance, neatly arranged facilities, tools that are always ready to use and choosing a strategic place. The reliability and responsiveness of barbershop can be seen from the consumer's assessment of indicators of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance from Barbershop which is quite good.

Community empowerment is the effort to create and improve the capacity of the community both individually and groups in solving various problems related to efforts for improve the quality of life, independence and prosperity. Community empowerment can be done through the various ways and one of them through the growth and development. This research was conducted in Wisata Edukasi Imah Noong, Kampung Areng Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The method of this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection method used is field observation, interview and documentation. Primary data source obtained from purposive sampling. Then from the results of this research be obtained a conclusion of action or activities of the community in the implementation of the concept of community empowerment approach through development of tourism, namely strengthening the capacity and role of society, strengthening access and business opportunities, and strengthening of tourism awareness.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of building permit services in the investment service and integrated one door service of polewali mandar regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are, a study of the quality of IMB services in Polewali Mandar district has increased in terms of ease of IMB services, although there are still found obstacles from the community regarding the maintenance of IMB, namely in the file requirements. The conclusion of this research is DPMPTSP in facilitating the community in taking care of the IMB, namely by having a website where to facilitate the public to obtain information about the IMB requirements and IMB management flow. The suggestion this research is DPMPTSP district of Polewali Mandar in order to maintain the quality of services related to IMB so that the community judges good and does not think less well of the services provided by DPMPTSP.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

Leadership style is important in an organization, if a leader can adapt his leadership style to the existing situations and conditions, it can affect the performance of his subordinates. In Tanggamus Regency currently led by a woman leader, namely Dewi Handajani, different from previous periods in this period the first time Tanggamus Regency was led by a woman. Therefore, this study aims to determine the leadership style of Tanggamus Regency regional leaders and whether this leadership style affects the performance of employees in Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership style used by the local leaders of Tanggamus Regency, namely the feminine leadership style tends to be transformational and the style applied is able to influence the improvement of employee performance in Tanggamus Regency.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereformasi birokrasi dalam aspek pelayanan publik dan kebebasan informasi. Rendahnya kualitas pelayanan dan kebebasan informasi yang telah diselenggarakan di birokrasi membuat beberapa masalah dalam mencapai kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Peraturan tentang pelayanan publik harus menjadi acuan yang dapat dimaksimalkan dengan baik oleh regulator ketika diimplementasikan. Hal ini membuat pelayanan publik menjadi rumit, panjang dan mahal, Hal ini juga yg menjadi pemicu penyalahgunaan dan korupsi di berbagai tingkat pemerintahan. Ditambah dengan cara berpikir birokrasi yang tidak membuat masyarakat sebagai aktor yang harus dilayani. Agenda reformasi birokrasi juga cenderung tidak memiliki orientasi yang jelas dalam berbagai masalah birokrasi terutama dalam kinerja birokrasi Kata Kunci :  Birokrasi, Pelayanan Publik, Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.This study purposes to bureaucratic reform in terms of aspects of public services and freedom of information. Low quality of services and freedom of information that has been held in the bureaucracy make some troubles in attaining a good quality service. The regulations concerning public services should become a reference that can be maximized well by the regulator in the execution. This made public services being complicated, long and expensive, this also triggers an abuse and corruption in various levels of government. Coupled with the manner of thinking of the bureaucracy that does not make the community as an actor that must be served.
