This study examines the effect of performance audit of the government apparatus on the quality of public services in the Banjarsari sub-sub-district of Surakarta. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. As for the location of the study in Banjarsari sub-district, the research population consisted of 92 people, consisting of the sub-district apparatus and the community in Banjarsari Sub-district. The purpose of this study was to find out (a) the effect of quality audit on work results, audit the quantity of work and audit timeliness on the quality of public services partially; (b) Effect of quality audit on work results, audit quantity of work results and audit timeliness of quality of public services simultaneously; (c) Which performance audit variable is the most influential on the quality of public services in Banjarsari Sub-district. The data obtained from interviews, collected and processed using the SPSS 23 For Windows Program. The results of the study are (a) quality audit of work results and audit of timeliness have a partial effect on the quality of public services, while auditing the quantity of work is not; (b) quality audit of work results, audit of quantity of work and audit of timeliness simultaneously affect the quality of public services; (c) The most influential performance audit variable is the audit of work quality.

Currently, bureaucratic reform is a necessity for the government apparatus. Reform is carried out as an ongoing effort which at each process or stage is expected to be able to provide changes or improvements for the better. With the implementation of reform, it is hoped that it will be able to realize good governance and be able to bring changes to the delivery of public services that are able to meet the needs of the community. One form of service provided by the government is the fulfillment of public health needs. Health service is a concept carried out by the government to provide health services to the community as one of the basic rights that must be fulfilled. Therefore, this study focuses on looking at how primary health care reform is being carried out by Puskemas inpatient Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the service reform carried out by the Sukabumi inpatient health center has not shown optimal results due to efforts to improve the quality of public services both in terms of service performance evaluation, improvement of service procedure systems, and increasing personnel resources, some improvements still need to be made.

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of officers in the service of making e-KTP introductions in Mamasa Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service.

The use of internet technology in the government environment is known as electronic government or e-government. In simple terms, e-government or digital government is an activity carried out by the government by using information technology support in providing services to the community. In line with the spirit of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, e-government has a role in improving the quality of public services and helping the process of delivering information more effectively to the public. Over time, the application of e-Government has turned out to have mixed results. In developed countries, the application of e-Government systems in the scope of government has produced various benefits ranging from the efficiency of administrative processes and various innovations in the field of public services. But on the contrary in the case of developing countries including Indonesia, the results are more alarming where many government institutions face obstacles and even fail to achieve significant improvements in the quality of public services despite having adequate information and communication technology. The paradigm of bureaucrats who wrongly considers that the success of e-Government is mainly determined by technology. Even though there are many factors outside of technology that are more dominant as causes of failure such as organizational management, ethics and work culture. This study aims to develop a model of success in the application of e-Government from several best practice models in the field of information technology that have been widely used so far using literature studies as research methods. The results of the study show that the conceptual model of the success of the implementation of e-Government developed consists of 17 determinants of success..Keywords: Model, Factor, Success, System, e-Government

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

E-literacy and education are important components in improving the quality of human resources needed in an organization. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. With e-literacy and public policy education, it is hoped that the professionalism of the ASN bureaucracy will increase and the quality of public services will be better.

Under the background of government purchasing public services (GPPS), the development of NGOs faces new opportunities and challenges. To promote the development of NGOs and optimize the quality of public services. This paper analyzes the internal problems of NGOs undertaking GPPS, such as structural mismatch, low employee autonomy, high mobility and lack of professionalism, and government departments in the GPPS management loopholes, unclear regulatory responsibilities, inadequate supervision and other external factors. With the help of 7S model, this paper puts forward that the government provides a good cooperation environment for NGOs to undertake public service projects by changing management mode, strengthening system construction and training employees. NGOs define their own positioning by formulating strategic planning, matching the demand structure of public services, improving working methods, and updating service concepts. The government and NGOs work together to achieve the win-win goal of optimizing public service quality and promoting the development of NGOs.

The development of a paradigm in which the government no longer the only actor in charge of public affairs opens greater opportunities for the elderly to get attention. The elderly become a group with vulnerable conditions, from physical, social, mental, and spiritual aspects. The elderly school was formed through collaboration as a form of caring for the elderly in Bandung City. The elderly school is intended to improve the knowledge and behavior of the elderly towards health, increase the index of happiness, improve the quality of life and productivity, and increase independence from physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that drive collaboration, the collaborative process, and the benefits of collaboration. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results show that the collaboration in the elderly school program is driven by the same goals and interests related to empowering the elderly, having appropriate resources with their fields and functions, and getting benefits from their involvement. Then, the collaborative process begins with a dialogue to build trust among stakeholders to build commitment to this program. Collaboration in senior schools is not only beneficial for the elderly but also for the actors involved.

This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. The low quality of public services in Indonesia has long been a problem that people have always complained about. This is characterized by the complex and expensive price of services, as well as the difficulty of gaining access to public services. The need and demands for quality public services become the hope of the community is urgent to be met by the government. This is in line with the current globalization trend which is characterized by the rapid advancement of science and technology so that the world becomes limitless. Nowadays, people easily get access to information both through print and electronic media, so that people are more aware and aware of their rights in obtaining services. Bureaucratic leaders at various levels, must have the same understanding and awareness to realize shared vision through accuracy and ability to make changes, and continue to develop innovation and creativity and involve all components of bureaucracy in developing bureaucratic capacity to be able to improve the performance of public services. That to provide the best service to the community, it must meet the principles of public service implementation in accordance with the basic principles that become the basis of reference in organizing, reference work, and work assessment for each public service organizing institution
