ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam ekstrak n- heksana batang benalu pohon kakao Dendrophthoe falcata (L.f) Ettingsh, yang berasal dari Desa Cendana, Kec. Burau, Kab. Luwu Timur Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Isolasi dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi, partisi dengan n-heksana, fraksinasi, uji kemurnian dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian berupa isolat murni berbentuk kristal jarum berwarna putih dengan titik leleh 1400C. Hasil uji dengan pereaksi wagner membentuk endapan cokelat. Identifikasi dengan spektrum infra merah yang menunjukkan bilangan gelombang (cm-1) yakni: 3550,95 (N-H); 1696,36 (C=O); 1303,88 (CN), 2945,30 dan 2856,58 (CH alifatik), 883,40 (C-H aromatik), 1454,33 (C=C). Berdasarkan hasil IR dan Uji warna menunjukkan bahwa isolat diduga senyawa golongan alkaloid. Kata kunci : Isolasi Dendrophthoe falcata (L.f) Ettingsh, senyawa alkaloid ABSTRACT This study is exploratory research that aimed to isolate and identify the secondary metabolite compound contained in the n-hexane extract of D.falcata (L.f) Ettingsh from Cendana village, Burau district, Luwu Timur Regency of Makassar. Isolation is done in several stages; maceration, partitioning with n-hexane, fractionation, purification and dentification. The result was in pure needle crystal shape with a melting point of 140,2°C. The test result with the Wagner reagent test showed the formation of a brown precipited. Analyzing of IR Spectrum of Isolate showed Several wave numbers; 3550,95 (N-H); 1696,36 (C=O); 1303,88 (CN), 2945,30 dan 2856,58 (CH alifatik), 883,40 (C-H aromatik), 1454,33 (C=C). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam ekstrak n-heksana Daun Lannea coromandelica Houtt Merr. yang berasal dari kecamatan Cina, kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan. Isolasi dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi, partisi dengan n-heksana, fraksinasi, pemurnian dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh isolat murni berupa kristal jarum berwarna putih dengan titik leleh 140,20C. Hasil uji dengan pereaksi Meyer menghasilkan endapan putih dan Wagner menghasilkan endapan coklat menunjukkan positif alkaloid. Identifikasi dengan spektroskopi infra merah memberikan serapan pada bilangan gelombang (cm-1) : 3502,73 ; 2954,99 ; 2868,15 ; 1687,71; 1463,97; 1382,96; 1330,88; dan 1037,70 yang menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi -N-H, -C-H alifatik (CH2 dan CH3), -C=O, -C=C, dan -C-N. Kata kunci : Daun L.coromandelica Houtt Merr., Isolasi, Alkaloid. The results was obtained in pure needle crystal shape with a melting point 140,2°C. The test result with the Meyer reagent showed the formation of a white precipitated and the Wagner test showed the formation of a brown precipitated, there for it can be categorized as positive alkaloid. Identification with an infrared spectroscopy giving absorbance at the wave number (cm-1): 3502,73 ; 2954,99 ; 2868,15 ; 1687,71; 1463,97; 1382,96; 1330,88; and 1037,70 refers of function groups -N-H, -C-H aliphatic (CH2 and CH3), -C=O, -C=C, and -C-N. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam ekstrak n-heksana tumbuhan cakar ayam (Selaginella plana Hieron). Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu preparasi sampel, maserasi dengan metanol, partisi dengan n-heksana, fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Isolat diperoleh dalam bentuk kristal jarum berwarna putih dengan titik leleh 128 – 1300C dan memberikan hasil positif pada pereaksi Lieberman-Buchard. Dan spektrum IR isolat menunjukkan adanya gugus -OH (3425,58 cm-1), CH3- dan -CH2- alifatik (2958,80 cm-1; 2929,87 cm-1; 2895,15 cm-1; dan 2866,22 cm-1), C=C alkena (1641,42 cm-1), CH3- dan -CH2- tekuk (1462,04 cm-1 dan 1377,17 cm-1), C-O (1058,92 cm-1), =C-H (962,48 cm-1). Berdasarkan data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa isolat yang diperoleh merupakan golongan steroid. This research was carried out in several steps, they were preparation of sample, maceration with methanol, partition with n-hexane, fractination, purification, and identification. The isolate obtaned was white crystal needle shaped with melting point to 128-1300C and gave positive respon to the Liebermann-Buchard test. The IR spectrum of the isolate showed the presence of -OH (3425,58 cm-1),CH3- and -CH2- alifatic (2958,80 cm-1; 2929,87 cm-1; 2895,15 cm-1; and 2866,22 cm-1),C=C alkena (1641,42 cm-1),CH3- and -CH2- bending (1462,04 cm-1 and 1377,17 cm-1), C-O (1058,92 cm-1),=C-H (962,48 cm-1). Plant Rumput Mutiara (Hedyotiscorymbosa (L.) Lamk) is one of the family species of Rubiaceae which is used as a traditional medicine that is effective in healing boils, acne, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer. Research methods include maceration, fractionation, purification, class test and bioactivity test with Kirby-Bauer diffusion method using E.coli bacteria. The results of this research are pure isolates with white crystal needle shape with melting point 137-138°C. Pure isolates were analyzed using FTIR, and by the IR spectrum which showed the absorption band at wave numbers 3435.22 cm-1 indicated the presence of –OH, CH3 and-CH2- aliphatic groups (2956.87 cm-1; 2935.66 cm-1; 2893.22 cm-1; and 2866.22 cm-1), C = C (1641.42 cm-1), -CH3 and-CH2- bending (1462.04 cm-1 and 1377.17 cm- 1), CO (1056.99 cm-1), and = CH (964.41 cm-1). Based on the result, it showed that the isolate was steroid group which has low antibacterial activity againts E.coli with inhibition power of 10 mm.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak metanol Kulit Batang Kayu Jawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi dengan metanol, partisi dengan n-heksan, fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian berupa isolat murni berbentuk serbuk berwarna putih. Isolat memeberikan hasil positif terhadap pereaksi Wagner dan Meyer. Berdasarkan hasil uji pereaksi serta analisa data spektrum IR menunjukkan bahwa isolat yang diperoleh merupakan golongan senyawa alkaloid dengan titik leleh 138,1oC. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam fraksi metanol batang belajang susu (S. pictus Hassk). Sampel penelitian diambil dari kecamatan Mambi, kabupaten Mamasa, Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu ekstraksi (maserasi), fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Isolat murni yang diperoleh dengan cara rekristalisasi berupa kristal berwarna putih berbentuk serbuk dengan titik leleh 250-252oC. Identifikasi dengan spektrofotometer inframerah memberikan serapan yang khas untuk gugus fungsi OH, CH2 dan CH3 gem dimetil, C-O, serta =C-H. Berdasarkan hasil uji golongan dan data spektrum FTIR maka disimpulkan bahwa senyawa yang diperoleh adalah senyawa golongan triterpenoid. Kata kunci: Belajang Susu, S. pictus Hassk dan Triterpenoid ABSTRACT This research is an exploratory research that aimed to isolating compounds of secondary metabolite methanol fraction of Belajang Susu (Scindapsus pictus Hassk) stem extract. The sample of this research is taken from Mambi sub-district, Mamasa district, West Sulawesi. The research was done through several stages: extraction (maceration), fractionation, purification and identification. The pure isolates obtained by recrystallization in form of the white crystals, powder crystals with melting point 250-252oC. Identification with an infrared spectrophotometer giving wave number of functional groups OH, CH2 and CH3 gem dimetyl, C-O, and =C-H. Based on the results of the group test and FTIR spectrum data it was concluded that the compounds obtained were triterpenoid group compounds. Litsea is a important genus from Lauraceae family, found in the tropic and subtropic Asia, Australia and from North to South America. Related literature review with biology activity show that secondary metabolite compounds in the Lauraceae plants contained insecticide and cytotoxic activities. Insecticide activities show bioactive compounds such as alkaloid, terpenoid and flavonoid. Botanical insecticides by terpenoid groups that found is piretrin, camphene and azardirakhtin. This research do to analyze secondary metabolite compunds by five species Litsea extract from bole, bark and leaf. Analysis of phytochemical compunds using qualitative method. Based on test result can be known that five species positively contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, carbohydrate and coumarins.

Abstract Squid is one of the export commodities in Indonesia. In general, the use of squid meat, while the ink is only as waste. In fact, Squid ink contain bioactive compound that potential as anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, anti-diabetic,anti-microbial and anti-malaria agents. The purpose of the study is to determine the types of secondary metabolite compounds contained in n-hexane extract of Loligo sp. ink using maceration method to determine its antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli. The results of secondary metabolite compounds obtained from the n-hexane extract of Loligo sp. ink are alkaloid, saponins, glycosides and phenol. The results of antibacterial test against E. coli using the disc method obtained the average of inhibition zone diameter at the concentration of 4% is 6.3 mm (intermediate), concentration of 8% is 7.83 mm (intermediate), concentration of 16% is 14.5 mm (susceptible) and concentration of 32% is 10.83 mm (intermediate). The antibacterial activity in n-hexane extract of Loligo sp. ink is optimal at the concentration of 16% against E. coli bacteria.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak aseton daun tumbuhan tembelekan (Lantana camara Linn.). Daun tumbuhan ini diperoleh dari Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu preparasi sampel, maserasi dengan aseton, fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Isolat yang diperoleh berbentuk serbuk berwarna putih yang terdekomposisi pada suhu 222 0C dan uji pereaksi menunjukan hasil positif pada pereaksi Lieberman- Buchard. Data dari hasil Spektrum FTIR menunjukkan pada bilangan gelombang 3126.61 cm-1 mengandung gugus hidroksil (OH), alkil (CH2 danCH3)padabilangangelombang2956,80cm-1 ,C-Oalkoholsekunder pada bilangan gelombang 1039.63 cm-1dan alkena (C=C) tak terkonjugasi pada bilanagan gelombang 1678,07 cm-1. Berdasarkan uji titik leleh, uji pereaksi serta data spektrum FTIR isolat diduga senyawa steroid yang termasuk golongan sterol (steroid alkohol). Kata kunci : Lantana camara Linn., Isolasi, Aseton, Sterol ABSTRACT This exploratory research aimed to isolate and identificate the secondary metabolite compound in aceton extract of tembelekan leaves (Lantana camara Linn.). Samples were obtained from Wajo regency, South Sulawesi. This research was conducted in several steps; preparation, maceration with acetone, fractionation, purification, and identification. The result obtained pure isolate form white powder, melting point of 222 0C and reagent test showed positive of Burchard Lieberman. Data spectrum of FTIR showed wave number (cm-1) of 3126.61 cm-1 as a hydroxyl group (OH), alkyl (CH2 and CH3) at wave number 2956.80 cm-1, CO secondary alcohols at wave number 1039.63 cm-1 and alkene (C = C) unconjugated at wave number of 1678.07 cm-1. Based on the melting point test, reagent test and FTIR spectrum data showed that the isolate steroid compound as sterol group (alcohol steroid). As core skeletons of lamellarins: 5,6-Dihydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines are one of the important alkaloids that exhibit significant biological activities, in this study, an efficient synthetic route was described for two novel compounds, 5,6-dihydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolinesIandII. CompoundIwas synthesized from isovanillin with 28.3% overall yield by a six-step reaction whileIIfrom 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) ethanamine was with 61.6% overall yield by a three-step reaction. And the structures of these two compounds were confirmed by means of IR spectrum,1H NMR,13C NMR, MS, HRMS, and melting point measurements.

Tin (Ficus carica) is one of the plants that was mentioned in the Al-Qur’an (at-Tiin 1-3). The plant has the potential of its leaves that can be used as a medicine. In this research were done two tests that are histochemical test and phytochemical test. The method used is descriptive method and the data is processed by descriptive qualitative. Histochemical analysis aims to determine the profile of secondary metabolite compounds in Tin leaf (Ficus carica); among the metabolites were tested the alkaloid, terpenoid, phenol, flavonoid and lipophilic. The second test is the phytochemical test to the examine flavonoid aglycon present, among the tested it  is anthocyanin, flavones, flavonol and, biflavonil by thin layer chromatography method. The result showed that the histochemical analysis of Tin leaf (Ficus carica) contain secondary alkaloid, phenol, flavonoid and lipophilic. The phytochemical test result is flavonoid aglycon that show existence is anthocyanin, flavones and biflavonil.Keywords: Tin (Ficus carica), Histochemical profile, Phytochemical test, Flavonoid, TLC.ABSTRAKTin (Ficus carica) adalah salah satu tanaman yang disebutkan di dalam kitab suci Al-Qur’an (Surat At-Tiin 1-3) yang memiliki potensi pada daunnya dapat digunakan sebagai obat. Telah dilakukan penelitian analisis histokimia dan uji fitokimia daun Tin (Ficus carica). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif. Data diolah secara deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis histokimia bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam daun Tin (Ficus carica); di antara uji metabolit dilakukan uji alkaloid, terpenoid, fenol, flavonoid dan lipofilik. Uji fitokimia bertujuan untuk memeriksa aglikon flavonoid yang ada, di antara aglikon yang diuji yaitu antosianin, flavon, flavonol dan biflavonil dengan menggunakan metode kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis histokimia daun Tin (Ficus carica) terdeteksi mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder alkaloid, fenol, flavonoid dan lipofilik. Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan adanya senyawa antosianin, flavon dan biflavonil.Kata kunci: Tin (Ficus carica), Profil histokimia, Uji fitokomia, Flavonoid, KLT.
