The aim study was to identify the development strategy of the Mount Nona area of Tanete Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Although it is located in a strategic location that connects Makassar and the Toraja Destinations, this region faces several challenges, so efforts are needed to uncover the development of a sustainable tourism industry. The approach used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection by field survey and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with stakeholders. The results showed that the Mount Nona Region was in quadrant I, which is a rapid growth strategy. Quality improvement is important, optimizing land use and developing innovative and up-to-date promotional brands. The strategy used to achieve this is with Ecotourism and the preparation of tour packages. It is expected that the findings of this study will be followed up by stakeholders in order to optimize the tourism industry in the Mount Nona tourism area.

Ubud is one of the famous tourist destinations in Bali apart of Kuta, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. The Ministry of Tourism proposed Ubud as first Gastronomic Destination in Indonesia with standard UNWTO. Aim of this study to design strategy developmnet of Balinese cuisine based on local tourists’ perception in Ubud. This study was conducted in 2018 by qualitative descriptive approach, the data were obtained through observation, interview, and questionnaire to local tourists have enjoying local cuisine at restaurant in Ubud. The data analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with theory Cultural Tourism and Perception theory. The study conclude is showed tourists’ perception of local culinary good with varietes menu, unique, nice presentation, strategic location, and hospitality staff as expectation but price was high no discount for customer, limited promotion and parking area of restaurant not comfortable. The development strategy strategies offered based on tourists’ perception are 1) holding street food, 2) increasing promotion, and 3) arranging the physical evidence of restaurant. The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).

Break Even Point Analysis is an analysis that is used by the company to find out or planning on what the sales volume. The purpose of this study is to determine how determaining Break Even Point CV. Uul Anugerah Surabaya in 2011-2015 and to investigate the extent to which the role Break Even Point to the CV profit planning. Uul Anugerah Surabaya. The Conducted research approach is qualitative descriptive study, with data collection procedures used are interviews and documentation with data processing using descriptive analysis. Break Even Point has a significant role in the company, namely Break Even Point as a short-term planning tool, as a minimum sales information company, and as a tool for the development strategy to achieve the company's earnings. CV. Uul Anugerah management needs to maintain the achievement in 2011-2015 as well as the necessity of making a sales and costs per month as a material evaluation of progress made and the need for more promotions, more heavily in the consumer interest.

<p>Indonesia implements Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which are enforced per region based on the severity of the outbreak and the assessment is determined by the central government through the Ministry of Health. Restrictions on activities for traveling have a great impact on areas that utilize the tourism industry. Restrictions on activities lead to a decline in the economy of the community, especially in areas that rely on the tourism industry. Infrastructure has an important role in efforts to recover the economy and tourism after the pandemic. The infrastructure used as the object of research is the project Port Munjul Bias, which is one of the ongoing port projects on Ceningan Island. The purpose of the study was to look at the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive data presentation. The approach used is a SWOT analysis to see the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results obtained are the construction of the Port Bias Munjul in prime condition (SO), which shows that the existence of the Port Bias Munjul project will play a very important role in the recovery of tourism and the economy in Nusa Ceningan or its surroundings. Strategies that can be carried out are in the form of cooperation between local governments and the private sector, empowerment of local communities and improvement of logistical support facilities.</p>

Pantai Batu mejan (Echo Beach). Beach Echo Beach is located in the village of Canggu, northern district of Kuta, Badung regency. Distance traveled to this location approximately 14 km from the city of Denpasar. Many foreign tourists come this beach for sunbathing, swimming and surfing while enjoying the beautiful scenery at sunset (sunset). The beach is famous as a sport surf for foreign tourists. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of Echo Beach and to determine the development strategy in Echo Beach.                        The method of research is qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT approach. The technique of collecting data is divided into four: observation, in-depth  interview, documentation and literatureFor informants using purposive sampling technique. Results from this study is the tourism potential held in Turkish Echo Beach as a tourist attraction is the natural potential as sport surfing. Cultural potential that there is a sacred place (temple) and the Rejang Dance and Mask Dance. In anticipation of threats and weaknesses and increase the opportunity and power to develop the potential of Echo Beach Beach this to be sustainable, then reviewing the SWOT approach for Coastal Development Strategy in Echo Beach.   Key words: StrategyDevelopment, Potential Tourism, Coastal Tourism

Tourism in the MICE sector is one of the fields that increases the income of the tourism sector. Business visitor/MICE expenditure in Thailand 3.5 times leisure visitor. This study aims to determine the quality and strategy of human resource development for the MICE Event Organizer in South Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There were four informants in the study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data classified and analyzed with theories related to the object of research. The results of the research are the quality of MICE Human Resources at the Event Organizer in South Sulawesi Selatan is quite good and the MICE Event Organize HR Development Strategy in South Sulawesi, namely 3 main strategies, namely development through internships and guidance, development through education and training and career development.

Lemang is one of traditional food made from raw material of sticky rice (black and white) wrapped with banana leaf and put into bamboo container from Bangkala Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency. This study aims to: (1) Describe the strategy in maintaining relationships with providers Lemang Dg Awing in District Bangkala (2) Describe the strategy in maintaining the relationship with the business of Lemang Dg Awing. (3) Describe the strategy in maintaining the quality of lemang in the business of Lemang Dg Awing. (4) Analyzing the business continuity hole in the case of Lemang Dg Awing business. This study used qualitative descriptive, participatory analysis tools and in-depth interviews, with research locations in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi. The results concluded that: 1. Strategy built by Dg. Awing with suppliers With suppliers for suppliers Invites suppliers to make events, Presents lemang to suppliers. Provide additional bonus through channeling for purchases of lemang 2. Dg Awing always maintains relationships  with  its  employees  such  as:  Always  work  in  the morning,  Invites employees at the time of the event, Provides support during times of big days, Provides money support, Prepares cold food and drinks on the part burning, especially during the day, Inviting vacation together. 3. Dg Awing Always pay attention to 6 basic components to maintain the quality of lemang remain stored, such as aroma, shape, size, taste, texture and color lemang 4. Dg. Awing continues to control 3 aspects for business continuity related to raw material suppliers, Maintain and maintain good relationships to its workers. Keep maintaining the quality of the lemang itself to continue to increase sales volume and increase consumer loyality in buying lemang.Keywords: lemang; traditional food; development strategy.

Tourism sectors can be develop as a source of local income, it is expected to support economic development. The tourism development can be acquired from every tourist attraction revenue. This study aims to describe the condition of Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; Identify the internal and external factors to develop Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; and Explain the development strategy in developing Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. The result of SWOT analysis in Matrix Grand Strategy indicates that Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency supporting diversification strategy. Diversification in Kartini Beach Recreation Park can be carried out with renewal of the rides that do not exist yet, augment some events, souvenir shops and food stalls typically from Rembang accompanied by an increasing in promotions advertised in television and through social media.

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix and development strategy which is applied to the agroindustry of Coffee Powder of Intan Brand in Bandar Lampung City.  This research was conducted purposively in the agroindustry of Intan Brand Coffee Powder in determined Bandar Lampung City of Lampung Province.  Data collection of this study was conducted from March to April 2017.  This research is a case study, employed 14 people as respondents.  The research data is analyzed by qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis.  The results of this study indicated that the marketing mix applied to the Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry were (a) good quality product, (b) price determined by competitor price, (c) located at strategic place, and (d) promotion activities that have been applied by Intan Brand Agroindustry Coffee Powder was by face-to-face sales and sales promotion.  The development strategy of Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City were (a) the owner of agroindustry was determining the policy on utilizing the technology, (b) utilizing the location in the market and continuing to cooperate with PTPN 7 in order to have a bigger opportunities (c) maintaining good quality product so that the product could still competing with similar business at the market, (d) empowering the ability and human resource skills to resolve the limitations of capital in following technological developments.Key words: coffee powder, development strategy, marketing mix
