Abstract: One of the most critical resources in management is human resources. The importance of this human resource requires being apprehended by all levels of management, as well as in management education. Although the emergence of sophisticated technology today, the human factor still strikes an essential role in the success of an association. Human resources are an indispensable constituent in an organisation because humans are the first and primary element in management before the other aspects. Accordingly, human resource management has a vital role in administering and accomplishing organizational goals, not least in educational institutions. Human resources must be appropriately regulated by its function so that these human resources can execute a role in the duties and functions of the institutions that they involve. The pattern of  leadership is a style or model of leadership used by leaders to influence subordinates so that organizational goals are achieved or it can also be said that leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are preferred and often applied by a leader. A leader in an educational institution must have a style or model in order to influence his subordinates in order to achieve goals at the institution. The transactional leadership pattern can be interpreted as the method used by a leader in moving his members by offering rewards/consequences for each contribution made by members to the organization.                 The focus of this research is to find out the leadership pattern of a madrasah principal in his efforts to develop human resources, in this case educators and education staff. Because in reality, madrasas are still seen as educational institutions that are less good than public schools. The progress of an educational institution cannot be separated from the participation of the principal, educators, teaching staff and parents of students. The author sees the leadership pattern of the head of MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin with a transactional leadership pattern This study uses a descriptive method which is carried out through data collection in the field, which provides an overview of the leadership of the madrasah principal. This research approach uses a qualitative approach. The data of this research are in the form of quotes, words, phrases, and story sentences.  From the research conducted, MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng has not yet fully implemented the pattern of transactional leadership, because the exiting human resources tend to stagnate and do not develop in terms of academic graduates who are generally reluctant tot continue their studie at a higher level.

Total quality Management (TQM) is a form of organization management approach that emphasizes quality, with the aim of achieving success in the long run, as well as providing satisfaction to its customers. This paper aims to provide an illustration that the management of an educational institution requires the concept of integrated quality management in an effort to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals maximally. Because in this quality management there is a mature, measurable and realistic planning concept in accordance with the available resources. Educational institutions as institutions whose outside targets are in the form of increased human resources with complex aspects, namely intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Clearly it really needs the concept of Total Quality Management in an effort to produce graduation in accordance with the vision and mission of national education objectives. This study is a library research, so that the main data sources are books, journals and other reading sources. Its conclusion is that educational institutions as institutions that create human resources. It is said to be successful if implementing the concept of Total Quality Management with the main objective on customer satisfaction, namely students, parents, community, nation and country. As for the main movers are the principal with all other personnels in that  institution the education.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). This research is motivated by quality human resource planning that can be created through Madrasah educational institutions as formal education providers.  Madrasah gains the public's trust in preparing and delivering the nation's generation of children to be able to compete in global competitions whose impact is increasingly being felt in social life.  Educational human resource planning is the most important element in every educational institution, the success of the institution in achieving its goals and various targets as well as its ability to face various challenges, both internal and external, is largely determined by the ability to manage human resources as precisely as possible.  This proves that Madrasahs need human resource management in the field of education, with their managerial and operational functions, and supported by competent educators and education staff, so Madrasahh will have the power to grow, be productive, and competitive. The approach in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Checking the validity of the data by using triangulation methods, data sources, and theories. The findings of this study indicate that education human resource planning in developing superior Madrasah has carried out internal and external analysis with a needs analysis model, recruitment system, and selection system based on Khidmah.

Pondok Pesantren  (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the oldest pedagogical institutions in Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Assyafiiyah is one of Islamic BoardingSchools located in the area of Madura. To be a productive Islamic Boarding School (i.e.a boarding school which fits the need of pesantren), Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School needs to measure the performance of the employee. In this case, it is known as Board Performance which involves human resources, strategy, and performance. To produce a superior educational institution, the implementation of Human Resource Scorecard method that has a positive and significant effect on the institution of Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School is very necessary. It is used as an analysis of human resource performance. It is expected that this kind performance measurement system (i.e. Human Resource Scorecard) is able to provide the best solution in improving employee performance. Try Out is given and conducted on the institution to measure the performance system achievemet of its human resources. Therefore, the Key Performance Indicators which does not reach the target can be discovered. In other words, such kind of Try Out can be used to analyze the necessary refinement and improvement of the Key Performance Indicators previously mentioned. Based on the status quo, there are two major problems in this research: 1) how is the mapping of Human Resourse Scorecard?; and 2) what are the factors influencing the optimalization of Board Performance in Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School through Human Resource Scorecard?

Abstract: The term management has many meanings, management is directing / leading something of effort through planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling human resources and materials aimed at achieving predetermined goals. In the science of management there is the concept of problem solving that is placed in the workplace, namely the P-D-C-A approach as a process of solving problems with a continuous and systematic pattern. While management can also be defined as a process of organizing and utilizing the resources of the organization through the cooperation of members to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The practice of organizing education can be analogous to the production process in a company (industry). It's just that the products produced by educational institutions in the form of services. Therefore educational institutions can be said as service companies. From this perspective, the quality and quality of services (services) produced is a measure of the quality of an educational institution. Namely the extent of customer satisfaction with the services produced. What is meant by customers here are internal customers, namely teachers and other education personnel, and external customers, namely students and related parties outside the educational institution. Thus, schools are said to be of good quality if they are able to provide services according to or even exceed the expectations of teachers, employees, students, and other related parties such as parents, funders, the government or the world of work of users of graduates. Human Resource Management (HRM) problems are familiar at all educational institutions, such as the Islamic Basic Educational Institution. This study aims to reveal and introduce the concept of HRM in improving the quality of teachers at the SDI (islamic elementary school) Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung, Indonesia, to show the importance of HR in improving the quality of teachers in Islamic Primary Educational Institutions. Furthermore, this research involves ten informants, including a school principal, teachers, committees, parents, and community leaders. Subsequently, data were collected through in-person interviews (via telephone and online by WhatsApp messaging services), participant observation, and documentation. The results show the process of human resource management in improving the quality of teachers through planning, training, and evaluation. Firstly, the planning strategy is conducted through pre-service education or recruitment, while the training strategy is conducted by making on-the-job and off-the-job training programs. Lastly, Every week, semester, and year, the evaluation is completed, and rewards are given. In conclusion, the findings imply that human resource management has an important role in determining the quality of teachers.

<p>Education is a significant factor in building civilization. A civilization or a country will advance rapidly when its education system gives such a significant contribution to the development of Human Resources. The advancement of a nation determined by the extent of the educational institution which has succeeded in building its human being into a superior human being to be a dignified world citizen. Hindu civilization dramatically emphasizes the importance of education. In the history of <em>Sanatana Dharma</em>, training gets an enormous portion along with the building of the concept of <em>gurukula</em>, where teachers and <em>sisya</em> are living together in an educational institution. Moreover, when the West has not found an established educational system, India has built the world's earliest university Thaksashila or Taxila with a highly developed teaching system. But the progress of civilization in the past has not always been well inherited in the next era. Currently, Hindus, especially in Indonesia, are faced with Hindu-based education that can answer global challenges. Not only prosecuted to build superior human resources but educational institutions required to master technology as a worldwide phenomenon. Hindu educational institutions were requested to be capable of becoming a modern <em>gurukula</em> as well as capable of realizing superior human resources. Therefore, to answer the requirements of global challenges, students in gurukula must be able to overcome the language barrier. They have to be able to communicate well in English. Hence, the EFL(English as Foreign Language) Teaching becomes an essential part of the Hindu Gurukula Modern system.</p>
