THE ROLE OF PROMOTION ON THE SALE OF CHICKEN RACE EGGS IN THE SUPERMARKETS OF MANADO CITY.This research has been conducted in the supermarkets of Manado City. The res of this research is to what extent promotion plays a role in the sales volume of chicken race eggs in the Supermarkets of Manado. The purposes of this research are to know which promotional tools are used in Supermarkets of Manado and to know the role of promotion to the sales volume of chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado. Sample determination is done by Purposive Sampling. The sampling criteria of this research are : The supermarkets that sell chicken race eggs and the Supermarkets that have sold chicken race eggs for one year. The random sampling to 21 Supermarkets as the respondent from 121 supermarket total in Manado City. The data of research will be tabulated and analyzed. Data analysis model using descriptive analysis approach to study the role of promotions to the sales volume of chicken race eggs.From the research result obtained that the tools of promotions that used on sales proccess of chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado spesifically is packaging with the price and discount. From the data of research shows that the Supermarkets which not used sales promotion precisely the price is higher and the sales volume is very low. While the supermarkets that used the promotions, the price is lower and the sales volume is extremelly high. The sale of Chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado, promotion tools become one of marketing strategy that increasing the sales volume. From the researh result conducted shows that more eggs sold when using the promotional tools. This is because the suppliers and supermarkets want to maintain their name, so that the quality must be maintained and the supermarkets already using the brand or mark, such as Telur Segar and Cap Manguni.Keywords : Promotion, Supermarket, Sales volume, Chicken egg race

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

The current era, with fertile technology that is increasingly developing, certainly has positive and negative sides. One of the phenomena that shows the negative side of development technologies such as Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook is that many cildren use media gadgets as playmates, so that the child is not controlled is choosing content that is popular in cyberspace, as a reseult the child will further away from values religion, humanitarian values, values justice and moral values. In this article, the researcher describes the prevention of moral decadence for the younger generation, so it is necessary to increase the role of education, especially the role of parents in selecting entertaiment content that contains moral values for children. These efforts are made to prepare the next generation who have knowledge, faith and good character. The writing of this article uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The writer in this article uses Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis model known as “two order of signification”, namely by looking for the denotative meaning the connotation of each scene. From using this method the researcher foumd that the animated film Nussa and Rarra, the episode of prayer must contain values from the concept of Islamic teachings, namely Akidah, Sharia and Moral. If parents are able to nurture and guide by choosing content that educated and implements in life, it is hoped that the child will become a person with character according to the expectation of the nation and religion. Abstract: This article explain the effect of controling function by school principal to student disciple. Controling function by school principal consist of determining regulation for student, monitoring of student behavior, and correction action. Data collection using questionair and the sample are students of 3th grade of Publict Senior High School in Mojokerto. The sampling system using proportional random sampling. Data analysis using desciptive analysis and regression. The?é?á research result shows that controling function by school principal is good and student discipline are hight. Controling function by school principal has significant effect to student discipline. The effective contribution of controling function by school principal to student discipline is 7,461 %. Further explation shows that there is no effect of determination of refulation for student to student discipline, there is no effect of behavior monitoring to student discipline, and there is a significant effect of correction action by school principal to student discipline. ?é?á Abstrak: Artikel ini menguraikan pengaruh fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa. Fungsi pengendalian ini meliputi penetapan peraturan bagi siswa, monitoring perilaku siswa, dan tindakan korektif/perbaikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas 3 SMA Negeri di Kota Mojokerto. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah adalah baik dan disiplin siswa sangat tinggi. Fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin siswa. Sumbangan efektif fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa sebesar 7,461%. Bila dijabarkan lebih lanjut, maka dapat diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh dari penetapan peraturan terhadap disiplin siswa; tidak ada pengaruh dari monitoring perilaku oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa; dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari tindakan korektif/perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa. This study aims to find out 1) Influence of Student Perception on Financial Compensation and Work Environment On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students 2) Influence of Student Perception On Financial Compensation On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students and 3) Influence of Student Perception About Work Environment On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students. The population in this study was students of Economic Education Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang and the number of selected samples as many as 119 students. This type of research is descriptive associative research. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, analysis requirement test, multiple regression, F test, determinant coefesien and t test. The results showed that 1) Students' Perception of Financial Compensation and Work Environment  had a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession. 2) Student Perception of Financial Compensation has a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession. 3) Student Perception of The Work Environment has a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession.

The Impact

The business performance is influenced by various factors such as marketing strategy and production factor. Both have important roles to improve business performance. However, the number of Troso weaving cloth decreased gradually from 2013 up to 2016. This study aims at knowing the impact of marketing strategy and production factor to the performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth simultaneously and partially.  The population was 180 owners of Troso weaving cloth with the sample of 64. The sample was determined by using proportionate random sampling. Then, the variables for this study consist of independent variables that are marketing strategy (X1) and production (X2) factor; and dependent variable that is business performance (Y). Based on the percentage descriptive analysis. The marketing strategy variable has influence as many as 73% with good category, while the production factor influences business performance, 61% with the moderate category. This study has found that marketing strategy and production factor have positive and significant impact partially and simultaneously to the business performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth.

This research aimed for: describing factor that cause of the durating of student completing the thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang. The type of this research is descriptive cuantitative. Population of this researh is the student of Economic Faculty on State university of Padang generatin 2010-2013 where they are complete their thesis. Data collection’s technique with questionarie which use proportional random sampling technique. Sampel for this research is 81 student. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and exploratory analysis factor.The result from this reseach identify cause the length of the student completing their thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang, and  analysis factors being caused is psycological factors, campus environtment factors, family factors, interaction with friend factors, and  attention factors. The dominant factor of this research is psycological factors with variabels effective and efficient guidance, less discipline on guidance, more inquired, attention, guidance schedule, interested, motivation, and readiness. The dominant factor make student long to completing their thesis is quidance schedule. The aim of this research are (1) to determine the effect of knowledgeon the performance of rural family planning officer of Semarang District (PPKBD) (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Semarang District PPKBD (3) to deter mine the influence of knowledge on Family Resilience in Semarang District (4) to determine the effect of work motivation towards Family Resilience in Semarang District (5) to determine the effect of PPKBD's performance on Family Resilience in Semarang Regency. This study aims to test the empirical impact of the image of the brand, customer satisfaction and product & service quality on brand loyalty in territories of Pakistan. This study is applied research-based however there are many previous research studies related to the topic, but this research is different and unique as the data in this research is taken from the developing economy of Pakistan where there is a sharp dearth of these types of research investigations. The data was collected through secondary authentic sources. Moreover, the sample size of the study is 300. The data was analyzed through statistical softwares such as SPSS, AMOS and SMART PLS. The results indicate that there is a relationship linking brand awareness and brand loyalty with buying behaviour of the customer along with the mediation effect of sales promotion. The research is supported by descriptive analysis. This study is pervasive in nature as it enhances knowledge on the subject to help organizations, brand management and other related institutions.

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.
