Abstract: This article explain the effect of controling function by school principal to student disciple. Controling function by school principal consist of determining regulation for student, monitoring of student behavior, and correction action. Data collection using questionair and the sample are students of 3th grade of Publict Senior High School in Mojokerto. The sampling system using proportional random sampling. Data analysis using desciptive analysis and regression. The?é?á research result shows that controling function by school principal is good and student discipline are hight. Controling function by school principal has significant effect to student discipline. The effective contribution of controling function by school principal to student discipline is 7,461 %. Further explation shows that there is no effect of determination of refulation for student to student discipline, there is no effect of behavior monitoring to student discipline, and there is a significant effect of correction action by school principal to student discipline. ?é?á Abstrak: Artikel ini menguraikan pengaruh fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa. Fungsi pengendalian ini meliputi penetapan peraturan bagi siswa, monitoring perilaku siswa, dan tindakan korektif/perbaikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas 3 SMA Negeri di Kota Mojokerto. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah adalah baik dan disiplin siswa sangat tinggi. Fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin siswa. Sumbangan efektif fungsi pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa sebesar 7,461%. Bila dijabarkan lebih lanjut, maka dapat diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh dari penetapan peraturan terhadap disiplin siswa; tidak ada pengaruh dari monitoring perilaku oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa; dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari tindakan korektif/perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin siswa. Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

This research is based on the author’s observation at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung about student discipline that is still less than optimal. This study aims to obtain information about: 1) the elements of the discipline that are applied. 2) the teacher’s strategy of applying student discipline. 3) what stages the teacher does in instilling discipline. 4) efforts to perevent student behavior who are less disciplined. Descriptive quantitative is a type of research. With a population of students of SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung as many as 956 students. To find out the sample in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling, a sample of 109 students was obtained. This research instrument is a Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: 1) student discipline in the SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung school was still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 2,85. 2) student discipline regarding the application of discipline at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung is still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 3,07. 3) student discipline about what stages

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on interest in entrepreneurship, the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on business productivity and the effect of interest in entrepreneurship on business productivity. The population in this study were 264 students participating in the entrepreneurship development program at Muria Kudus University. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula consists of 136 students, with a side technique using proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results showed that understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on business productivity and interest in entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on business productivity. interest in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence in mediating the understanding of entrepreneurship on business productivity. Interest in entrepreneurship has a positive influence to become an intervening in mediating entrepreneurship training on business productivity

THE ROLE OF PROMOTION ON THE SALE OF CHICKEN RACE EGGS IN THE SUPERMARKETS OF MANADO CITY.This research has been conducted in the supermarkets of Manado City. The res of this research is to what extent promotion plays a role in the sales volume of chicken race eggs in the Supermarkets of Manado. The purposes of this research are to know which promotional tools are used in Supermarkets of Manado and to know the role of promotion to the sales volume of chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado. Sample determination is done by Purposive Sampling. The sampling criteria of this research are : The supermarkets that sell chicken race eggs and the Supermarkets that have sold chicken race eggs for one year. The random sampling to 21 Supermarkets as the respondent from 121 supermarket total in Manado City. The data of research will be tabulated and analyzed. Data analysis model using descriptive analysis approach to study the role of promotions to the sales volume of chicken race eggs.From the research result obtained that the tools of promotions that used on sales proccess of chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado spesifically is packaging with the price and discount. From the data of research shows that the Supermarkets which not used sales promotion precisely the price is higher and the sales volume is very low. While the supermarkets that used the promotions, the price is lower and the sales volume is extremelly high. The sale of Chicken race eggs in Supermarkets of Manado, promotion tools become one of marketing strategy that increasing the sales volume. From the researh result conducted shows that more eggs sold when using the promotional tools. This is because the suppliers and supermarkets want to maintain their name, so that the quality must be maintained and the supermarkets already using the brand or mark, such as Telur Segar and Cap Manguni.Keywords : Promotion, Supermarket, Sales volume, Chicken egg race

This study aims to examine the factors that have an influence on tax compliance in PGS Surakarta because tax compliance in Surakarta is still low, especially for MSMEs. The independent variables used in this study are variables of tax understanding, tax awareness, tax amnesty, taxpayer attitudes, and tax sanctions on tax compliance. The population of this study were all MSMEs in PGS Surakarta. Meanwhile, the determination of the number of samples in this study used random sampling with 60 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire and data analysis methods using multiple regression with analysis tools using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of tax understanding and tax amnesty have an effect on MSME tax compliance in PGS Surakarta. Meanwhile, tax awareness variables, taxpayer attitudes, and tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance at PGS Surakarta.

This study aims to determine the differences in farming income for the cropping system of the patchouli cacao intercropping system and the cocoa monoculture system in the Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District South Konawe District. This research was conducted in Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District, South Konawe District in 2019. The determination of research respondents was carried out by proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data analysis using income analysis and t-test. The results showed that the average income of patchouli intercropping farmers was IDR 16,172,200 / ha and the income of cocoa monoculture farmers was IDR 3,904,783 / ha. The income of patchouli cocoa intercropping farmers and cocoa monocultures shows a significant difference where the income of patchouli cacao intercropping patterns is greater than that of cocoa monocultures.

The increase of wetland paddy production (Oryza sativa  L.) is influenced by the activity of counseling by Field Agriculture Instructor (FAI). This study aimed to know the role of FAI to increase wetland paddy production in Pulau Atas Urban Village, Sambutan Subcity, Samarinda City. This research was carried out during four months from August to September 2017. Determination of respondent number was done by proportional random sampling method with the number of respondents of 31 farmers. The role of FAI to increase wetland paddy production was known by  Chi Square test. The research results show FAI has role to increase wetland paddy production (Oryza sativa   L.) in Pulau Atas Urban Village, Sambutan Subcity, Samarinda City, based on the result of data analysis that showed  χ2calculate (36.07) > χ2table (5.59).

Discipline is one of life skills that is very important and needs to be owned by everyone in order to achieve success in life, not only success in learning but also success in living in a community. Discipline adheres to the order includes three aspects, namely: understanding of the applicable regulations, good mental attitude and sincerity in obeying the rules. The phenomenon in the field shows the disciplinary conditions of class VII A SMP Negeri 19 Kota Jambid in these three aspects are still low. The problem to be examined in this study is to know the description of discipline of VII A grade students in obeying the rules before and after being given content mastery services with modeling techniques. This type of research is experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class VII SMP Negeri 19 Kota Jambi. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling and class VII A which became the study sample with the number of respondents 32 students. The method of data collection in this study used a disciplinary scale instrument of 63 items. The instrument has been tested for use in research. The method of data analysis uses descriptive percentages and t-tests. The results of the study obtained, the level of discipline of students before getting content mastery services belong to the medium category with a percentage of 66.6% after getting mastery of content increased to 77.6% in the high category. Thus an increase of 11%. From the calculation of the t-test obtained t count = 10.67> t table = 2.04. These results indicate that content mastery services with modeling techniques can improve student discipline.

The school principal has been unable to carry out his duties as a supervisor optimally, Objective of this research is to find out why the head of the School is not optimal in carrying out duties as supervis or . Determination of the subject using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions, while checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations , observation accuracy, and triangulation. The findings in this study indicate that the principal considers the teacher to have professional competence obtained from his education, the principal considers that the implementation of supervision is not so important, and the principal himself does not know about optimal supervision. The conclusion is that the principal has not performed his duties as a supervisor optimally because the principal thinks the teacher already has professional competence obtained from his education so that the implementation of supervision is not so important. The principal should make a class visit to observe the learning process directly, then conduct individual talks to solve the problems faced by the teacher, and the principal programmatically conducts learning simulations for the teacher to observe.
