This study aims to determine the types of parenting for the families of fishermen and Female Migrant Workers (TKW) as well as the driving and inhibiting factors in the formation of religious character in children. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: First, the parenting styles used by several mothers in fishermen families are authoritarian, militaristic, democratic, purposeful, and paternalistic. The parenting styles used by fathers in TKW families are role-transfer, laissez-faire, transactional, and affiliation. Second, there are several driving and inhibiting factors in the formation of religious character in children. These factors are the structure of the physical environment, social environment, educational environment, psychological atmosphere in the family, socio-culture in the family, and parental control of their children. The success of these factors is influenced by parent’s attention. Parents who care about their children tend to have success in all elements of environmental structures. On the other hand, parents who are indifferent to their families tend to fail in all elements of structures.

The goal of the research is to examine the behavior of migrant workers and PADMI. The research islocated in Eastern Malaysia and East Lombok Regency by using case study method to explore theobjects deeply, detailed and complete. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviewwith the migrant workers and PADMI. The research showed that Ringgit or Malaysian currencycontribute significant influence to the migrant workers’ behavior, which showed by the change of theirfashion style, pattern of consumption, increasing entertainment needs and also the augmentation ofconsumptive life style. The consumptive life style is a new reality and relatively common, while to fulfillsexual needs the workers opted to marry the other female migrant workers because it was consideredmore save, more economical and also could prevent them from the contamination of sexual disease.At the other side, PADMI has not only principal role in fulfilling the family life needs but also mustattempt to maintain the completeness and harmony of the family/household. The inclination of havingseductive and sexual discomfiture from the other man is experienced often by PADMI, and sometimescould be ended in court. Without considering the economic impact, the high number of sued divorce inhometown of migrant workers gave evidence that migration activity ruin the family life of the migrantworkers.

The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. Ironically, not a few generations of Muslims who terpedaya with the trend. They make Western values ​​as their standard of behavior and morals. Meanwhile, Islamic morality is increasingly felt strange and difficult to practice in the midst of society facing such problems plural and complex. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. Based on the exposure of the analysis of data sources can be concluded that: 1) Steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Morals and Morals in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto is the first institution to make a mature planning, then applied with the pattern pembiasaan. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto consists of internal factors (consisting of heredity, gender, physical character, personality, intelligence and talent) and external ( consisting of education, religion, culture, environment and socio-economic)

This paper focuses on interpersonal communication in interfaith families. Interfaith families are smallunits of society whose members are of different religions. Differences are often a source of conflict between husband and wife, including religion. In the way of life of interfaith couples, different opinions about beliefs cause problems. Differences are still unavoidable in families married to different religions. Religious differences can lead to prolonged conflicts. Although different religions, of course, the family has the right to live in peace and happiness as a family in general. However, it is undeniable that interfaith families cannot last long. Therefore, efforts are needed for families to be able to live with each other accepting differences in terms of different religions. Communication is one of the efforts to maintain family harmony. Lack of communication can cause rifts in the household. The purpose of the study was to describe the effectiveness of interpersonal communication for families of different religions. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach seeks to find problems and solutions in the field. Research results in interpersonal communication are communication between individuals or between groups. Interpersonal communication will be more effective if the atmosphere is equal. That is, there must be a tacit acknowledgement that both parties are equally valuable and valuable. Husbands and wives have something important to contribute. In an interpersonal relationship characterized by equality, disagreement and conflict are seen as an attempt to understand differences. This communication helps in avoiding and reducing various problems and can share knowledge and experiences with family members. There are five general qualities of interpersonal communication effectiveness for interfaith families: 1) Openness, 2) Empathy, 3) Supportive Attitude, 4) Positive Attitude, 5) Equality.

Arabic language influences Indonesian vocabulary in term of borrowing words from Arabic, thus adding vocabulary to Indonesian. Vocabulary address form in Arabic are: ummi, abi, jid, jiddah, khale, khalati, amme, ammeh, ane, ente, antum, ustadz, ustadzah, mu'allimah, habib, bin, binti, akhi, ukhti, buya and the other. This is a field research and literature study aimed to explore terms of address in Arabic at the Arab community in Medan city and their influence in the Indonesian language development in Medan. This is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach that reveals facts, circumstances, phenomena which occur. This research conducted and presented data as it was, especially regarding to addressing terms used in the Arab Community city of Medan.

A harmonious family is the most beautiful treasure in the life of the world. A harmonious family can be a wonderful spirit to do everything. But sometimes life in the family will find problems. So that harmonious family atmosphere is often eroded by these problems. Actually, every problem will find the right solution if a family can communicate intensely.This study focuses on family disharmony in terms of communication intensity. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The subjects of this study were DT, WI, LL, SG, LM, ES, and HT. The data presented is obtained by doing field observation directly with the support of interviews to the related subjects. The data is presented in the form of words, then analyzed to be taken conclusion as the result of research.After the researcher conducted the initial observation and found the family who in the disharmonic condition in Karangpucung village, Purwokerto Selatan subdistrict, the writer do deeper observation and interview related to family disharmony in terms of communication intensity.The results showed that the intensity aspects of communication in DT and WI families were: 1) attention during communication, 2) regularity, 3) message width, and 4) message depth. In addition, the intensity of communication factors in DT and WI families are 1) self-image and image of others, 2) psychological atmosphere, 3) physical environment, 4) tendency to lead together, and 5) dislike trust as a telling place between DT and WI

<p><em>In this study, researchers examined the role of the Village Care for Migrant Workers (Desbumi) program in mentoring female migrant workers in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. This research is field research with data collection steps, namely interviews, documentation and observation. Therefore, this research aims o find out female migrant worker assistance patterns through the Desbumi program in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. The results and discussion in this study are that the Desbumi program has three roles. First. Information center provides information to migrant workers about safe and legal migration (safety migrations). Second is the mobility data center, which assists prospective migrant workers in arranging migration filings at the village office. Third, the center for case advocacy, namely the role in providing protection and assistance to migrant workers who experience problems abroad.</em> <em>Meanwhile, the pattern of assisting female migrant workers in the Desbumi program approach is namely. First, pre-work mentoring, namely conducting socialization to the community by bringing migration flyers that have been given by Migrant Care and from the BNP2TKI office in Central Lombok Regency. It then provides an opportunity for people to ask questions about safe migration. Second, after work assistance, the Desbumi program can carry out consolidation and integration with Migrant Care, PPK and BNP2TKI if they encounter problems with migrant workers abroad. Furthermore, they confirm through social media with the Desbumi program in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. Third, post-work mentoring, where former migrant workers are empowered in the village with various empowerment approaches. These approaches included making crackers, chips, sewing training and soft skills activities supported by the village government, Migrant Care, the Mataram City Panca Karsa Association (PPK), and BNP2TKI Central Lombok Regency </em></p><p> </p><p>Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji peran dari program Desa Peduli Buruh Migran (Desbumi) dalam pendampingan buruh migrant perempuan di Desa Darek Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan langkah pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Oleh karenaitu, tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola pendampingan buruh migrant perempuan melalui program Desbumi di Desa Darek Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini yakni, bahwasannya program Desbumi memiliki tiga peran seperti. Pertama. In a general way, the division of community property in divorce at Religion Justice of Kediri utilizes the aught rule on Section 97 Islamic Law Compilations, where is division in that section names that widow or divorce widower lives each get half of community properties. But then available a case where Judges in the Religion Justice of Kedir establish another, which deviates from aught rule in Section 97 Islamic Law Compilation which is, each one third part for husband, and two third part for wife of the community property. This research focuses on 1) What do become the judge’s judgment in deciding matter Number 0168 / Pdt. G / 2014 / PA. Kdr in contrast to aught order in Section 97 KHI; 2) What implications of be applied contra legem in that verdict. In this research, the writer utilizes qualitative approach and field research. Meanwhile, in data collection utilizes interview and documentation. Data analysis uses content analysis of verdict through theory which is available with its practice at the site. This observational result concludes that there is three prime factors of the judge’s judgment in deciding the division matter of the community property Number 0168 / Pdt. G / 2014 / PA. Kdr variably diffrent of section 97 Islamic Law Compilations, which is: 1 ) Since wife while parted by divorces by husband not charge iddah’s earningses, mut ’ ah and past earnings; 2 ) Since wife have greater contributions in render community property; 3 ) as patriarch that ought to meet the family needs, husband has pointed out accountability heaving full as head of family. So if Judge applies rule of law ground, which is by applying Section 97 Islamic Law Compilation are assessed wrongful. Judge moring to advance to perceive justice than rule of law. Therefore of that, Judges in deciding a matter don’t be glued on written order only. Contra legem is form Judge as enforcer of law and justice that not only advance rule of law ground but also utilize justice ground judgment and benefit. A cooperation is an agreement between two or more people to do business and achieve common goals. Cooperation can be necessary for human life, considering that humans are social creatures who need each other. People in various circles have practiced cooperation in various fields. In various cooperation practices, there are often deviations from the agreement when initially making cooperation. This article explores the problems of implementing the cooperation agreement at the Semoyo Jaya welding workshop in a review of Islamic law. By using a qualitative approach and field research methods. Meanwhile, for data collection, using observation and interview techniques. This research concluded that the implementation of the cooperation agreement at the Semoyo Jaya welding workshop was not following the principles and elements of the agreement, namely, not fulfilling any of the rights and obligations contained in the contract. Meanwhile, the profit-sharing does not meet one of the syirkah inan requirements because one party is arbitrary in providing profits to the other party. This research can contribute practically to the parties that carry out cooperation to fulfill the agreement's terms based on Islamic legal values.Kerjasama adalah kesepakatan antara dua orang atau lebih untuk melakukan bisnis dan mencapai tujuan bersama. Kerjasama dapat diperlukan bagi kehidupan manusia, mengingat manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan. Orang-orang di berbagai kalangan telah mempraktikkan kerjasama di berbagai bidang. Dalam berbagai praktik kerjasama, seringkali terjadi penyimpangan dari kesepakatan pada saat awal melakukan kerjasama. Artikel ini mengupas permasalahan pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama pada bengkel las Semoyo Jaya dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian lapangan. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama di bengkel las Semoyo Jaya tidak sesuai dengan prinsip dan unsur perjanjian yaitu tidak memenuhi salah satu hak dan kewajiban yang tertuang dalam kontrak. Sedangkan bagi hasil tidak memenuhi salah satu syarat syirkah inan karena salah satu pihak sewenang-wenang dalam memberikan keuntungan kepada pihak lainnya. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi para pihak yang melakukan kerjasama untuk memenuhi syarat-syarat perjanjian berdasarkan nilai-nilai hukum Islam.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana fenomena keluar-masuk Malaysia oleh para tenaga kerja migrant (TKI) yang menempati wilayah Desa Kalijaga Selatan, Desa Kalijaga Baru dan Desa Sukarema itu terjadi. Perilaku ini ternyata bukan sekedar kebetulan atau pun asal-asalan melainkan menjadi suatu keharusan yang dilatarbelakangi dengan kondisi sulitnya perekonomian keluarga yang harus segera diatasi. Penelitian ini sifatnya deskriptif di mana fakta-fakta yang terjadi di lingkungan para TKI dapat diungkap sebagaimana mestinya dan apa adanya. Sehingga penelitian ini memilih menggunakan metodologi pendekatan kualitatif karena menurut peneliti data data yang bisa dihimpun dan didapat secara gampang adalah dengan mewawancari responden selaku pelaku langsung. Simpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa perilaku keluar-masuk Malaysia ini dilakukakan karena keinginan yang kuat untuk memperbaiki keadaan perekonomian keluarga, baik yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan langsung seperti untuk konsumsi saat ini, maupun berupa investasi di masa depan, seperti dipakai membangun rumah dan biaya studi lanjut bagi anak-anak mereka. Dan hal ini oleh ekonomi syari’ah dipandang sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang bernilai ekonomis dan bernilai ibadah. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know how the phenomenon of in and out Malaysia’s by the Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) in the area of South Kalijaga Village, Kalijaga Baru Village and Sukarema Village. This behavior is not just a coincidence or even arbitrary but becomes a must motivated by the difficult conditions of family economy that must be addressed. This study is descriptive in nature where the facts occur in the TKI’s environment can be expressed as it should and what it is. So this research chooses to use qualitative approach methodology because according to the researcher, data can be collected and obtained easily by interviewing the respondent as the direct perpetrator. The conclusion of this research is that in and out of Malaysia’s behavior is due to the strong desire to improve the family economy, whether it is related to immediate needs such as for current consumption, as well as future investments, such as building houses and fund for further study for their children. This activity by the economics of shariah is seen as economic activity value and worth of worship.

In this study, it examines children with special needs and their problems. The problem experienced by one crew member was that parents did not provide education to ABK, parents abandoned ABK and also parents did not provide good service to ABK. Although parents receive ABK in the family, parents do not provide education for various reasons. One family does not provide education on the grounds that the school specifically ABK does not want to accept children with ABK with Palsy. The schools that want to accept children with special needs are far from their homes. This study aims to determine the problems experienced by ABK in the Water Fence Settlements of Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study the problems experienced by ABK are not properly educated, not taken care of as other children and neglected. But on the other hand, ABK has the potential and expertise even the potential it has exceeds other normal children. Parents in Islam are required or make sure their children are normal or not normal to not be weak children. In every Pagar Air Settlement Village, there are different crew members.Keywords: Children with Special Needs, Problems
