Illuminating assessment is used in this examination since it will ensure the minimization of reason and expansion of resolute nature of data accumulated. For this assessment sorted out survey was used. Hypnotizing investigation is essentially drawn in with studies and truth finding enquires of different sorts. Methodical studies are most useful for testing a speculated connection between two factors. The essential inspiration driving precise research is to intuition or acting from apperception of the parts and interrelations of a subject. The test size builds up 100 respondents. The study is driven among the online customers in TAMBARM..

One of the most influential arguments in international relations is that international institutions influence states' behavior by monitoring their compliance with treaties, which in turn facilitates reciprocity. Empirically, however, many treaty organizations are not mandated to monitor compliance. The article develops a parsimonious theoretical framework to address the empirical diversity of monitoring arrangements. By mapping strategic environments onto monitoring arrangements, it accounts for who detects noncompliance and who brings it to light. In particular, two factors—the interest alignment between noncompliance victims and their states and the availability of noncompliance victims as low-cost monitors—largely shape the organizational forms of information systems. This simple theory sheds light on a wide range of substantiveh/important treaty regimes.

The main objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness of a low cost toothbrush ("monoblock") to that of a conventional toothbrush with and without addition of dentifrice with respect to the removal of dental plaque. Thirty-two 4- to 6-year-old children took part in this study: they were evaluated under four experimental conditions defined by the combinations of the values of two factors, toothbrush (conventional or monoblock) and use of dentifrice (with or without). The effectiveness of the treatments was defined in terms of the reduction of a bacterial plaque index evaluated before and after toothbrushing. No statistically significant differences were detected between the two types of toothbrushes with respect to the reduction of the bacterial plaque index. Similarly, there were no statistical evidences that the use of dentifrice improves the mechanical control of dental plaque. These results are important from a public health point of view, specially in developing countries, where the dissemination of educational and preventive techniques of low cost are fundamental.

The advents in technology through continuous innovations have supported to improve the quality of the human life in the society. One of the innovation due to the invention of ICT based online/mobile high-speed internet is e-business which allowed the development of online shopping/purchase of both intangible and tangible commodities online. The major advantage and benefit of this online model is its ubiquity, convenience, and low cost to the customer. The online shopping/purchase model is now becoming popular especially among youngsters. One variation of this e-purchase model is online pharmacy model where a consumer can purchase the prescribed drug online to take some of the advantages of this model. In this paper, we have studied the customer’s attitude, views, and concern on this new channel of drug distribution using the data collected by online questionnaire from the general population. The data obtained from this survey is analysed, assessed and interpreted. Based on information collected and focused group study, the online pharmacy model is analysed using ABCD analysis framework. The various issues related to online pharmacy, affecting factors are studies under ABCD constructs using ABCD listing methodology. Based on the outcome of the study, many recommendations are suggested for developing proper controlling mechanism/regulations for drug control authorities of the country to avoid misuse of the online channel for the drug purchase.

Smart phones & other portable devices have dominated Semiconductor growth, and drive IC packages smaller, lighter & thinner, and they continue to integrate more functions in that smaller volume. Besides SOC solutions driven by design houses or system companies, we have seen more packages of Quad Flat Non-lead (QFN), wafer level CSP (WLCSP), and system in package (SIP) being widely used in these smart phones & mobile devices.. Fan out WLCSP (FOWLP) has great potential to be the next new package for the smart phone mobility application. Two factors have driven fan out WLCSP (FOWLP) package technology in the last few years. The first is the advancing technology nodes which allow the shrinkage of die, allowing more die per wafer. However this comes at the cost of reduced package area for I/Os such as solder ball interconnects. The second and potentially more important factor relates to the demand of the market for more functions. Not all silicon functionality benefits from these advanced nodes, and merely adds to the cost of the die. This has driven the designers to partitioning of desired functionality into multiple die, which in turn requires effective interconnection of these separate die. The packaging technology that has evolved to solve these two situations has been Fan Out Wafer Level Packaging (FOWLP). Up to date FOWLP used chip first processing, in which the bare die was molded into a wafer shaped carrier with die pads exposed. Typically sputtering is used to provide interconnects to the die pad followed by patterned electroplating of redistribution lines (RDL) to “Fan Out” the next level interconnect pads to regions that can extend on to the molded material beyond the die perimeter. These processes require the use of relatively expensive semiconductor front end classes of equipment and are tailored to handle the reconstituted molded plastic wafers. We will describe a new alternative to chip first FOWLP, an alternative which meets the needs of a large percentage of the applications requiring a packaging technology such as FOWLP. This new package has been in production in ASE for over a year, and uses a “Chip Last” approach to the problem of increasing useable interconnect pad area. Die which have been bumped with Copper(Cu) Pillars are mass reflowed onto a low cost coreless substrate, followed by over molding which also serves as the die underfill. The Cu pillars allow direct connection to die pads at 50 μm pitch or below, negating the requirement for RDL formation on the die. The use of embedded traces allows for fine lines and spaces down to 15μm or less, and bonding directly on to the bare Copper. The Cu Pillars are bonded to one side of the Copper trace, and the solderballs or LGA pads are directly on the opposite side of the Copper. This makes the substrate to be effectively only as thick as the Copper used in the traces, and allows the final package to be as thin as 400μm. Since this uses existing high volume packaging infrastructures, more complex assemblies including multiple die, inclusion of passive components, and 3D structures can be easily implemented. We have designated this package structure “Fan Out Chip Last Package (FOCLP)” For higher end applications we will show the ability to use a high density substrate process for use in more demanding chip last fan out packages

Internet has an important role to support the development of e-commerce to make online transaction. Many online shopping stores open and making people more often make the purchase decision for a product. Social media has played a critical role in the evolution of online shopping. Consumers turn to social media for help and decided to bought something because they saw it on social media. In the purchase decision there are several factors that support is trust and social media, with these two factors a person is able to take the decision to purchase the product or not. This type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are the consumers of Hijup.com but it is not known exactly how many Hijup consumers so that the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Methods of data collection are done by giving questionnaires online. Data processing conducted with technique of multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis simultaneously and partially. The results showed that significantly influence of trust toward buying decisions on Hijup customer and media social significantly influence toward buying decisions on Hijup customers.

AbstractExpress delivery services are booming in both developed and emerging economies due to their low cost, convenience, and the fast growth in online shopping. The increasing environmental impacts of express delivery services and mitigation potentials, however, remain largely unexplored. Here we addressed such a gap for China, a country which is expanding online retail sales and express delivery rapidly. We found a total of 8.8 Mt of scrap packaging materials were generated by the express delivery sector in China in 2018. Its transportation-related GHG emissions surged from 0.3 Mt in 2007 to 13.7 Mt of CO2-equivalent (CO2e) in 2018, with an average of 0.27 kgCO2e per piece. Over 80% from online shopping deliveries. We predict these emissions will reach 75 MtCO2e by 2035. Nevertheless, it is possible to mitigate such GHG emissions by 102~134 MtCO2e between 2020 and 2035 if a suite of policies is adopted, including a slowdown of delivery speed, fuel system upgrades, packaging materials reduction, logistics optimization, and carbon pricing.

Abstract The use of organic waste as components of substrate to produce fruit plantlets provides alternative materials, easily available and low cost. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of substrate and biofertilization with cow urine on the growth of cupuaçu plants (Theobroma grandiflorum) in an organic production system. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 12 replications including four types of substrates (base mixture; base mixture + coconut fiber; base mixture + cocoa shell and base mixture + sand) with or without biofertilizer application totalizing 96 experimental units. Substrate and biofertilizer influenced the gas exchange and growth of T. grandiflorum plants. The interaction between these two factors significantly affected the dry matter, relative growth rate, net photosynthetic rate, and content of P, K and Mn in the leaves. Each factor, substrate and of cow urine application, independently, influenced the chlorophyll index, the leaf area, diameter, and height of the cupuaçu plants and the contents of N, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe and Cu in the leaves. The base mixture substrate (composed by soil and organic compost) and fertilization with 1% of cow urine can be indicated to T. grandiflorum plantlets organic production.

The article aims to study the arrival of coffee to Mexico and Chiapas and to analyze how coffee production increased in the southern state, thanks to two factors: the cheapness of land and the arrival of foreign investment, mainly from the United States and from Germany. The hypothesis of this work is that the increase in coffee production in Chiapas, between1893-1920, was due to the sale of land at cheap prices and the arrival of foreign investment essentially of German and American origin. The methodology used was the historical one. This type of research seeks to reconstruct the past in the most objective and exact way possible, through examining documents and periods of the past. This method, instead of directly observing facts, acts indirectly by studying documents and newspapers, in this particular case we rely on Mexican and American newspapers of the time. It is concluded that Chiapas positioned itself as one of the main coffee producing states in the country due to two reasons: the low cost of land to plant and the arrival of foreign investment.
