The object of this study is to understand the gap between the performance of management graduates and employer’s expectations from them. It is measured through KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes) approach for the services industry. The questionnaire was distributed to 210 Human Resource Professionals from different spectrum identified through convenience sampling method. Data analysed using Chi-square test, U-test and Weighted average rank. The findings indicated that to reduce a gap institute should increase an institute Industry interactions through Industrial visits, Lectures, etc., The Industry expectations are quite high so, the universities and institutes design curriculum based on the Industry expectations and review the knowledge imparting strategies.

Background: Stress ball is a new favourite gadget people like to use to fight stress, reduce tension. But there are not many scientific reports on the benefits of stress ball exercises. Objective: the present study aimed to investigate the level of stress among student population and the effectiveness of the use of stress ball exercises among student population. Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted through a convenience sampling method. The participants were administered with a self developed questionnaire consisting of 17 questions. The responses were collected using google forms. Descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and chi square test was used to analyze the data. Results: Males are more stressed than female in college environment and after stress ball exercise students feels reduced irritability and nervousness thus using stress ball exercise during stress management is more significant. Conclusion: The study concluded an innovative finding that Majority of the student population were stressed due to academic reasons and respondents feel that stress ball users showed a satisfactory recovery from their stress.


The trend of fashion apparels is growing rapidly. Women consumers are spending more across products and are obsessive about trendy apparels. The study focuses to examine the consumer preference and satisfaction with reference to women apparel at Max store. Primary data is obtained from survey questionnaire using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis is framed to analyse if there is a significant influence of age and income on consumer preference and satisfaction towards women apparels at max store at A S Rao Nagar. Primary data is collected from 150 respondents using convenience sampling. Chi square test is used to analyze the data. Results have indicated that there is no significant influence of age and income on consumer preference and satisfaction.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

This study is an empirical attempt to understand parental communication about bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea with adolescent girls. It examines the barriers of communication from the adolescent girls' perspective. The study was conducted in a couple of taluks of ballari district, i.e., Sandur and Hospet. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive research design was adopted. The data was gathered using the interview schedule from 260 adolescent girls adopting a random sampling method. The findings of the study reveal that the mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.34 years. It was found that the parents' behaviour and educational level impact communication with adolescent girls with reference to bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea. The Chi-Square test has been done to assess the relationship between communicational barriers and education. The ANOVA test has been applied to understand the relationship between parents' behaviour, educational level and communication barriers.

The behavior of alcohol consumption among street children is a serious health problem, because the behavior can have a negative impact. This behavior occurs due to imperfect social interaction in the community and life within the family of street children. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of alcohol consumption in street children in Kediri. This research method using quantitative approach method. The population in this study is all street children in Kediri with the criteria of adolescents ie age 10-19 years. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents, using accidental sampling method. The variables used are alcohol consumption behavior, attitude, knowledge, affordability, and peers. Data were collected using questionnaire and data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that of 30 street children respondents 76.7% consumed alcohol. The result of Chi-square test shows that the level factor of knowledge, attitude, affordability and environment of peers who have many opportunities to perform alcohol consumption behavior is the affordability factor with OR = 15.8. This means that the easier a person to get an alcoholic drink the greater the chance to behave alcohol consumption.

The division of a general public into castes is a worldwide wonder not solely honed inside a specific religion or conviction framework. In South Asia, caste discrimination is generally established in the Hindu caste framework, as per which Dalits are considered 'pariahs'. Most Dalit understudies who go to a college are original students. The main objective of the study is to understand the caste discrimination in higher education with special reference to Chennai, and to identify the difference between caste discrimination in one’s educational life. Descriptive research is used and convenience sampling method is used to collect the samples. The statistical tools used here is ANOVA, independent sample t test, and chi-square. The sample size is 1860. The paper concludes that more awareness is needed among the public about the abolition of caste discrimination in higher education.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to understand the views of employees about the application of distributed ledger database technology blockchain, in area of human resource management (HRM) of organizations. The current study aims to understand the views of both HR and non-HR employees of how they assess the current scenario of HRM in their organizations, their awareness about the blockchain technology and their opinion about the scope of application of blockchain in HRM.Design/methodology/approachA sample of 158 employees was collected consisting of employees working in both HR and non-HR profiles across various organizations. Chi-square test of homogeneity, log-linear analysis and basic frequencies were used to analyze the data.FindingsThe results revealed that there was no difference in viewpoints of HR and non-HR employees across all contexts related to blockchain in HRM. The study also analyzed the opinion of employees regarding advantages, organizational barriers and probable usages of blockchain in HRM.Research limitations/implicationsThe study will provide an insight to the organization decision-makers who are willing to roll out Industry 4.0 technology blockchain in HRM and beliefs of employees regarding acceptance of such change in organization.Originality/valueThis study will be a novel attempt to understand the scope of application of blockchain technology in HRM of organizations in Indian context.

The research paper sought to analyze the interest and awareness of Nepali people on government securities with one specific objectives of to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. The descriptive and analytical research design has been adopted in the study. The target population was the all investors of government securities in Nepal. The judgmental sampling method has been used to select the investor and 200 respondents were taken as its sample size. The data were collected using structured questionnaire. Chi-square test was done to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. It can be concluded that both educated and uneducated people are interested in government security. Thus, the research paper draws the conclusion that both poor and rich people are interested in government security. The income is the major factor of investment on government security.

Introduction: Postpartum depression (PPD) is the most common psychiatric condition after childbirth. PD has adverse long-term consequences for the mother, the infant’s development and the family environment symptoms-the core symptom of sadness or low mood, as well as fatigue/sleep disturbance and irritability. The aim of the study is to determine the Knowledge and awareness about postpartum distress among the students of saveetha dental college. Materials & Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the study population with a sample size of 100. A self administered structured questionnaire was prepared and consisted of 15 questions. It was circulated to participants through an online platform (google form). The statistics were done using SPSS software, chi-square test was used to check the association and P value of 0.05 was said to be statistically significant.The pros of the survey is that the students of different lifestyles and cultures were surveyed . Children and adults were excluded from the survey.  Simple random sampling method was the sampling method used to minimise the sampling bias. Results: Women during postpartum go through a lot of hormonal changes which lead to mood swings etc.They become very self conscious about their body .Mothers can also be depressed due to financial trouble, lactation etc.  Chi square test: p-value=2.98>  0.05 hence significant. Conclusion: In summary, this study demonstrated an honest level of data and positive attitudes towards women with postpartum depression. However, negative beliefs, stigma, and misconceptions still prevailed among the relations.

Virus corona merupakan virus berbahaya yang menyerang saluran pernapasan dan menyebabkan demam tinggi, batuk, flu, sesak napas serta nyeri tenggorokan. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tertularnya Covid-19 yaitu menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Di Kabupaten Aceh Utara masih banyak masyarakat tidak patuh untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan tersebut. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak masyarakat belum begitu mempercayai penyakit Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quantitative dengan desain korelasi analitik dengan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah 175 responden. Analisis data secara  uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 67,4% responden memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dalam kategori tidak percaya dan sebanyak 82,9% responden tidak patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Ada pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat di Desa Lueng Bata Kecamatan Baktiya Kabupaten Aceh Utara (p=0,000). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan terutama perawat lebih optimal dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 sehingga masyarakat patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kata kunci: covid-19; kepatuhan; protokol kesehatan; tingkat kepercayaanThe Effect Of  Community Trust Regarding Covid-19 On The Compliance Of Health Protocol Implementation During Covid-19 PandemicsAbstractCorona virus is a dangerous virus that attacks the respiratory tract and causes high fever, cough, flu, shortness of breath and sore throat. One way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to follow health protocols. In North Aceh District, there are still many people who do not comply with the health protocol. This is because many people do not really believe in the Covid-19 disease. This study was aimed to identify the effect of the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was quantitative analytical correlation design with cross sectional. Sampling technique used convenience sampling technique with a total of 175 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-Square test. The results showed that 67.4% of respondents had a level of trust in the distrust category and as many as 82.9% of respondents did not comply with health protocols. There is an influence on the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lueng Bata Village, Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency (p = 0.000). It is hoped that health workers, especially nurses, are more optimal in providing health education to increase public trust about Covid-19 so that people obey in carrying out health protocols. Keywords: covid-19; obedience; health protocols; level of confidence
