This article focuses on the allocation of land resources to meet the socio-economic needs, diversification of land relations, the need for full and effective use of land resources. Diversification of land resources requires improvement of land allocation and redistribution. In improving the methods of land resource diversification, it is necessary to abandon old-fashioned methods. The growing number of people every year makes it necessary to prepare for the future. Regional development is primarily planned and prepared for the future. These processes should have high accuracy in predicting processes. It is crucial to ensure that all land categories are used efficiently, ensuring diversification of the lands, in a rapidly changing, diverse manner. Also important is the issue of socioeconomic protection of the population, creation of new jobs and the privatization of land use rights for the creation of comfortable life. Scientific research work is aimed at regulating land relations in the context of land restraint, identifying existing problems in meeting the needs of the society and the economy, drawing up a general scheme of land use in the district to predict the full and effective use of land, distribution of land resources between sectors and social spheres, distribution issues

Nations, village communities and individual land users need to make choices about land use in order to support development without risk of land degradation. Computerized land information systems (LIS) based on geographic information systems (GIS) have emerged as powerful tools for generating maps and reports to inform such decisions. Recently, FAO has been developing GIS/LIS systems in linkage with its agroecological zoning (AEZ) and other models, and using them to tackle issues of land, food and people at global, national and subnational levels. They have been successfully developed for land resource management at different scales, but practical difficulties have been encountered in making them accessible to the casual user in most developing countries, due to scarcity of data and poor training support.

The article outlines the main trends in the spatial development of agricultural land use and land tenure in the Non-Chernozem Economic Zone of the European part of Russia, which are summarized in several groups; worldwide trends, the most significant changes in countries, production and market phenomena, changes in the forms and types of ownership and land management. An assessment of the main problems that prevent the spatial development of agricultural land use is considered in the article paying the special attention to the areas unfavorable for agricultural production. The authors describe the existing problems in the field of land relations and administration of agricultural lands.

This article discusses the issue of land inventory. It is noted that land inventory is one of the main means of ensuring effective land management. In addition, the problems that can be solved by land inventory for the effective management of land resources are demonstrated. It is stated that land inventory is a certain tool for land policy through land monitoring, which allows to identify inconsistencies in land use and land condition. It was revealed that the main purpose of the inventory is to create an information basis for maintaining the state land cadastre, control over land use and registration of land plots. It is considered that the clarification of the legislative regulation of land inventory will contribute to the quality of state management of land resources of Ukraine. The article explored two objects. The current state of use of their lands is analyzed. As a result, ways to solve the problems that exist in the use of land of the State Enterprise «Experimental Farm «Victory» Volyn State Agricultural Research Station of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine» and the Experimental Station of Tobacco of the National Research Center «Institute of Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine».

In a successful college can not be forgotten the existence of this one factor is the lecturer. Lecturers are the key to success in universities to educate students and students to be useful for the nation and the nation in the future. Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools / applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods in an effort to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials / workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest & Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 80%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work.

Over the past 30 years, our country has undergone many changes in the field of land legislation. Many of them were aimed at regulating land relations in the field of rural land use and were expressed in the adoption of various types of amendments and changes to laws and tightening fiscal measures for the resuscitation of unused land. However, such regulation has not led to an improvement in the use of agricultural land, and their quantitative and qualitative potential has deteriorated, which has led to inefficiency of budget funds allocated for the implementation of targeted programs in the field of agriculture. Rational use of land resources in agriculture is one of the most important tasks of land management. This article analyzes the use of land resources in the agro-industrial complex on the example of Central Federal district regions. The main indicators of production and economic activities of the regions of Central Federal district in agriculture, such as investments in agriculture, value of gross output of agriculture, yields of major agricultural crops, productivity of the main types of livestock, profitability of production agriculture, as well as indicators of the intensity of agricultural land using: the proportion of acreage in the total area of land, use of fertilizers, volume of agrochemical operations, availability of improved lands, involvement in economic turnover of previously unused land.. Weight coefficients were calculated for all indicators, groups of regions were formed for production and economic activity in the agro-industrial complex and the intensity of agricultural land use, cartograms were drawn up and proposals were made for planning land use.

The conflict between economic growth and the environment favorable state preservation is now more complex and sharper ever. In the conditions of a market economy, economic mechanisms for regulating land use and land relations in cities come to the fore. Anthropogenic impact, which has grown to a global scale, has led to the formation of land plots with objects of the past or "accumulated" environmental damage in the territories of cities inhabited by more than half of humanity. The presence of such facilities leads to emergencies, adversely affects the health of the urban population, as well as pour into the possibility and using land resources cost-effectiveness. In existing assessing the effectiveness of urbanized areas use methods, the main importance attached to economic indicators, and there are no environmental indicators leading to an environmental component underestimation while planning the use of the territory.

Dosen merupakan kunci sukses dalam perguruan tinggi untuk mendidik mahasiswa dan mahasiswi agar dapat berguna bagi nusa dan bangsa dimasa yang akan datang. Beberapa tugas dosen diantaranya mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sering disebutkan dengan Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Dari tiga kewajiban seorang dosen tersebut dosen ditutut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam menulis seperti Laporan, Skripsi, Tesis, Disertasi, Buku, Artikel dan lain-lain. Namun, untuk dapat menulis dengan baik maka perlu latihan secara terus menerus serta mengetahui alat bantu untuk menulis salah satunyanya adalah alat bantu untuk kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat/aplikasi yang dapat membantu dosen untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Mendeley merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka namun tidak seluruh dosen dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Metode dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dosen lakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu ceramah  materi pelatihan/workshop tentang  dengan isi yaitu pengenalan aplikasi Mendeley dan video tentang mudahnya menggunakan applikasi ini, Praktek menggunkan aplikasi Mendeley, Memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau diskusi mengenai materi yang disampaikan, Melakukan survei untuk mengevaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisoner Pretest & dan Posttest dengan Indikator kerberhasilan tingkat pemahaman peserta pada program ini adalah 70 %. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dosen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka dan sangat positif bagi pengembangan keahlian dosen dalam membuat karya ilmiah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas dosen, Menulis, Kutipan, Daftar Pustaka

The rapid development of urbanization, population growth, and unreasonable use of land resources have made the contradiction between human beings and land increasingly prominent, and the carrying capacity of land resources has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of a city or even a country. Based on the carrying capacity of agricultural land, construction land, and ecological land in 31 provinces of China, this paper analyzed the spatiotemporal characteristics of the carrying capacity of land resources in 31 provinces of China from 2008 to 2016 by using single-factor carrying capacity evaluation and comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation methods. The evaluation results were divided into six levels (No pressure, Lower pressure, Low pressure, Medium pressure, High pressure, Higher pressure), and the ArcGIS10.2 software was used for visualization, and the carrying capacity prediction model was constructed to predict the development trend of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in 2020 and 2025. The results showed that China’s land carrying capacity is extremely unbalanced. Whether from the evaluation results of single-factor carrying capacity or comprehensive carrying capacity, we showed the characteristics of high pressure in the east and low pressure in the west, and that the regional land resources have a deteriorating trend. Through the prediction of the future land resource carrying capacity index, it was found that the comprehensive carrying capacity index of land resources in 31 provinces of China will still show an upward trend in the future.

Land resources are part of nature related to the availability of water, nutrients, and food that are dynamic and play an important role in the lives of living creatures, including humans. From time to time, land use experiences changes in response to human activities that benefit their lives. This research was conducted to determine trends in land use change in North Maluku Province, Indonesia, as well as to find out the land resource balance and land carrying capacity in the province. The methods comprised a simple descriptive and quantitative analysis along with spatial analysis using GIS. The results showed that land use in North Maluku Province for paddy fields was higher than that for non-paddy land use. However, the increase in non-paddy land use was greater every year compared with the increase in paddy land use. The land resource balance in North Maluku Province in 2010–2018 also showed a decrease in non-agricultural protected forest, by 150,895.79 ha, as well as an increase in 4,286 ha of irrigated paddy fields. Meanwhile, the land carrying capacity during this same period was found to be declining at a rate of 6% per year, based on the population increase each year within a permanent land area.
