Imereti region has been involved in the production and sales of agricultural products for a long time (e.g. grapes, tea, cheese, herbs, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) that have been widely popular throughout the country. The research has shown that various products produced in Imereti region (especially: cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, wine, cheese, tea) are quite in demand in the hotel food service, however, there is still no adequate supply of hotels with the products produced in Imereti region.

The article covers the study of structural processes in the economy of Ukraine, transformations in the agribusiness in accordance with current trends in the development of the market of agricultural products, which have a significant impact on marketing and logistical processes of domestic enterprises and shape the need of agricultural enterprises to expand trade relations with foreign countries. The article explores the structural processes in the economy of Ukraine over the period 2017-2019, transformations in the agricultural business in accordance with current trends in the development of the market of agricultural products. The domestic market of agricultural products by commodity groups "10 Cereal and puls crops", "15 Fats and oils" are explored on the basis of analysis of the indicators of structural statistics of agricultural production, sales and consumption of agricultural products, characteristics of export-import operations of domestic agribusiness enterprises. It is determined that structural transformations in agribusiness have a significant impact on the marketing and logistical processes of domestic enterprises and shape the need of agricultural enterprises to expand trade relations with foreign countries.  It is substantiated that in 2020 domestic agricultural enterprises would have to work to expand exports to different countries around the world.  However, owing to recent turmoils of international markets by the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, large stocks of agricultural products of the commodity groups "10 Cereal and puls crops" and "15 Fats and oils" have emerged at the warehouses of domestic enterprises, so we believe that such situation requires the improvement of marketing and logistical management of their business activities.

Problem setting. Agrobusiness in Ukraine is one of the stimulus of stable economic functioning, social status, state’s food safety. Its sustainable development depends on various factors including in particular the introduction of innovations into the economic sphere of a specific agricultural producer. Latest research analysis. Economists and lawyers research the issues of agricultural innovations. We can outstand the scientific works by Kot O., Larina S., Oliynyk О., Mazurenko O., Semchyk V. These works consider agricultural innovations as an economic phenomenon without taking into account the legal aspect. This approach seems to be somewhat narrow. Discussion. Agricultural innovations are the result of the realization of the entity’s intellectual property (inventions, useful models, new kinds of plants) in the field of agrobusiness that is aimed at obtaining economic, social, environmental effects. In agricultural production agricultural innovations can be found in the area of crop growing, animal husbandry, fishing industry, agricultural engineering, organic production. Conclusions and prospects. Innovative legal relations in the field of agrobusiness are the relations that arise between specific entities and the ones in agricultural business concerning the order, the use of a new agricultural product, the technologies of agricultural products’ production, the maintenance of digital agricultural production in the field of agrobusiness for making profit, gaining positive social ecological effect. Agricultural innovations as an object of innovative agrarian relations are the important factors in the formation of national agrobusiness. Their use leads to an innovative model of agricultural production. The demand for innovative products allows to make an innovative chain of agrobusiness and it includes: the development of innovation, its commercialization, the operation of agricultural production, consumers’ offer for agricultural products, including innovations.

The article is focused on the analysis of costs involved in agricultural production, by case of agricultural enterprises located in Zhytomyr region (Ukraine). This objective is justified by the essential impact of costs on the enterprise performance, being a factor of output and pricing, financial condition, competitiveness of product groups and the whole enterprise, profit etc.   Specifics of the agricultural production and their implications for production costs in this sector are highlighted. The statistical analysis on agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region in 2015 and 2016 includes the official data on the overall agricultural performance; distribution of the operation results by agricultural products and agricultural services; distribution of operation results by plant growing and animal husbandry. The data are collected on the basis of annual statistical observation, by filling the form “Main economic indicators of the operation of agricultural enterprises”.      The analysis shows that more than 97% of the total income in 2015–2016 was generated by agricultural products, with only 3% of the income earned by rendering agricultural services. The year of 2016 marked the upward tendency in both production and total costs (6.7% and 8%, respectively), in parallel with 7 percent decrease in the net income, which, in effect, reduced the profitability rate by 0.4%. According to the statistical observation data, in 2015 and 2016 a lion share of income from agricultural business was earned by the surveyed agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region from plant-growing: 97.8% in 2015 and 99.4% in 2016. These data show a marginal role of animal husbandry in the agricultural business and its imbalanced operation in the region under study. The profitability rate in plant-growing increased in 2015– 2016 (40% and 41.3%, respectively), but it fell in animal husbandry from 5.2% to 1.1%, which was approaching to the zero net revenue.

The article is devoted to substantiating the prospects for increasing the marginal volumes of agricultural production for export in the next four years. Two scenarios of such production are considered: 1) expansion and 2) intensification of the use of land resources. As part of the development of the first scenario, an analysis of the distribution of unused agricultural land, including arable land, by federal districts was carried out. Also, based on the forecast of the introduction of additional annual volumes of acreage in the subjects of the Federation, the calculation of additional volumes of agricultural production, which can be expected in the next four years, was carried out. The analysis of data on the increase in the yield of export-oriented crops over the past five years has been carried out, in the framework of the second scenario, the calculation of the projected additional yield due to the intensification of agriculture is presented. The results of the study indicate that the intensification of agriculture will have the greatest impact on the growth of production and export of agricultural products in the near future.

The article, based on a comprehensive analysis of regulations, doctrinal approaches and case law, substantiates the understanding of the term "agriculture" in terms of purpose (use) of land. Direct analysis of regulations revealed that agricultural land is land provided for agricultural production, agricultural research and training activities, location of relevant production infrastructure, including infrastructure of wholesale markets for agricultural products, or intended for these purposes. In turn, the purpose of the land is the permissible limits of land use by citizens and legal entities (acquirers of such a right) established by law and specified by the relevant body (which transfers such land into ownership or use). The basis for determining the purpose of the land is its belonging to the appropriate category. The main criterion, for example, to distinguish agricultural production (agricultural activity) from other activities is the use of agricultural land as the main (basic) means of production. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the term "agriculture" can be understood in its broad and narrow sense. In a broad sense, the term "agriculture" is the use of land for commercial agricultural production, farming, personal farming, subsidiary agriculture, individual and collective gardening, haymaking and cattle grazing, for research and training purposes, provision of services in agriculture, placement of infrastructure of wholesale markets for agricultural products, as well as other activities on agricultural land, depending on the activities provided by law and the constituent documents of the economic entity. In a narrow sense – this is the purpose of agricultural land. The understanding of the term "agriculture" as the purpose of agricultural land is used by the court in resolving disputes.

Like other neutral nations of Europe, Spain has been tremendously affected by the war. Though she has not been brought into such close contact with the great struggle as have Holland and the Scandinavian countries, because of her distance from the battlefields and the comparative insignificance of her commercial interests, she has nevertheless felt and is still feeling a great strain, the chief characteristics of which are economic. The cost of living in Spain has increased several fold. This is due in part to the difficulty in obtaining both manfactured articles and coal for her own industries and in part to the great scarcity of agricultural products: the result of the short-sighted policy followed up to the present of exporting food products which should have been retained at home. Though possessed of a greater arable area in proportion to her population than any other country in Europe except Russia, the methods of agricultural production in Spain are wofully deficient. As a result of her own backwardness and her failure to develop either her industrial or her agricultural resources, Spain is now suffering, to a lesser degree possibly, the same inconveniences which are disturbing Germany, France and England: namely, a scarcity of food; and she does not possess the artificial stimulus which those countries have to aid in overcoming it.

The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the province of Chimborazo promotes the agricultural productive development of the province by promoting entrepreneurship, and improving the capacities of producers, access to production factors, and integration of actors and subjects of agriculture and management on the basis to strategic planning. The construction of the Chimborazo Competitiveness Agenda was a participatory process that identified opportunities to improve the agricultural sector, where agricultural production at the primary level was recognized as a vocation and strength of the province; however, a strategic necessity was to establish possibilities of adding value and diversifying agricultural production. The definition of a set of agricultural products with high potential at the primary level and/or in agroindustrial processes that are not deeply explored required determining market signals to identify new medium- and long-term commercial possibilities for Chimborazo farmers. Additionally, it was recognized that the management of the province of Chimborazo was based on its management of the Millennium Development Goals, the Constitution of the Republic, the National Plan for Development in a Supra-Provincial Framework, as well as the Plan Development of Chimborazo, the Territorial Planning Plan and others that promoted planning with a focus on territorial and solidarity sustainable development. Keywords: Chimborazo, productive development, entrepreneurship, agricultural sector.
