 The article reveals the essence of the content of the conceptual model of artistic and graphic preparation of future teachers of the fine arts. Based on a review of scientific studies on this issue are marked new conceptual ideas, pedagogical views of scientists on the theory and practice of art education of students in pedagogical universities. Sub-theoretical construct performs scientific and educational potential of art pedagogy and its component - art didactics. Construct model of didactic conditions of artistic and graphic preparation of future teachers of fine arts in the article is viewed as structural and logical system of artistic and educational interaction between teacher and students. Regarding the nature of cognitive and practical ways of graphic activity of students, the author designed a didactic system that is purposeful on the decision of educational problems of vocational training in the field of graphic arts. Designated article mechanisms of cognitive and creative activity of students in the field of graphic art are due to the basic psycho-pedagogical and didactic regularities of the process of "cognition - teaching – learning - creativity". A priority area in the contemporary socio-economic, spiritual and cultural development of Ukraine, which is part of the European democratic community, is education. Areas of the state policy in the sphere of education are defined by the Constitution of Ukraine Logical-semantic content of the conceptual model of artistic and graphic preparation of future teachers of fine arts combines multiple components in a designated process expedient didactic design with its methodological features.

Young illustrator for magazines and mature printmaker with exceptional knowledge and technical proficiency, his essay takes as the driving force one of the pictorial techniques of engraving, aquatint, tracing  a short but ambitious story. Concerned about the future of the graphic arts, presents the problematic reality of the original graphic work and the art of the limited editions. He traces the lines of European engraving, profusely describing the graphic of Goya and recognizing the plastic finds of Picasso in the world of engraving. The clairvoyance of their ideas and their validity in the present is analyzed, with developments in other countries that have not finished producing in Spain.

Introduction. The vector of development of the education system, the choice of its contents, quality and results of training, style and spirit of the relationship of its participants, degree of their informative activity, intellectual and cultural growth are firstly caused by valuable attitudes of participants of the educational process. A teacher is a bearer of values. One of the main functions of the teacher is the education of the younger generation, the introduction of the person to moral ethics and universal values. In this regard, training of future teachers has to include the purposeful formation of the system of the internal, emotionally experienced values which will help them to cope with the complex of socio-cultural problems in the future professional activity.The aim of the paper is to present the research findings on the conceptual model of the dialogue space of education as the basis for the development of the future teacher axiosphere which corresponds to current ideological, social, economic, technological and other progressive civilization trends.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, fundamental ideas of the following scientific approaches were applied: humanistic approach – free and creative development of an individual; dialogical approach – pluralism of opinions and a variety of positions of subjects of education; axiological approach – attitude of the individual to the world around him/her, to other people and to himself / herself; activity approach – specific activity of the individual, aimed at appropriation of social experience by the person, change of the surrounding world and selfhood. To design and organize the model of the dialogue space, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of the theory and practice were used.Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented the strategic guidelines of the interactive environment education: the development of social cooperation, using the pedagogical peaceful potential, the development of interpersonal and intergroup relations, organizing children spiritual and moral education as a national priority. The teacher value system was revealed empirically and described. It was found out that a modern teacher should responsibly perform the professional duties of a mentor, tutor and facilitator of the educational process. The authors clarified the concept of “axiological sphere” of the teacher. The teacher axiological sphere is considered as a complex of personal, professional-pedagogical and socio-cultural values. These values have separable functions. Firstly, they determine the content and nature of the educational activity. Secondly, they regulate the interaction of the participants of the educational activity. Thirdly, they stimulate personal self-expression of the members of that activity. Fourthly, they directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of education.The conceptual model of dialogue space of education as a formation zone for the teacher’s axiosphere was designed on the basis of the theoretic-methodological, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical concepts of the leading scholars’ writings. The resources of this space were identified; its structural components were presented and proved. The implementation of the components mentioned above can create a special context for the humanitarian training of a future teacher; will give an opportunity of interactive development of students’ common cultural, communicative and special competencies; will increase students’ motivation to pedagogical activity, the search of new ideas for training, innovations and professional self-education. The authors demonstrated the value orientations typology and tactics of their acquisition by students at the dialogue level.Practical significance. The presented materials can be used in practice of the higher pedagogical education to improve the quality of graduates’ training through enrichment of their personality axiological sphere. The model for the formation of the future teachers’ value system in dialogue educational space will allow providing conditions for individualization of routes of their training taking into account different approaches to the organization of activity of education participants and features of their self-development.

Conventional Graphic Art is understood by academics through the history of its development.The Chinese nation is thought to have started the tradition of print as the forerunner of graphicart in its 'primitive' era, while the Romans began etching-glass techniques for portraying gladiators.Furthermore, the Japanese in the 8th century had begun their first authentic print by tracing andprinting Buddhist faces. When the Europeans used it as a printing technique as a medium forartistic expression, the word "printmaking" emerged, which was later adopted by the field of artuntil now. Later the graphic arts were increasingly used to reproduce various human needs. Inearly 1900 the Dutch introduced the technique of Graphic Printing in education at the BandungTechnical College is now the Bandung Institute of Technology. History and development ofIndonesian Graphic Arts in history began at Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) as the firstacademic provider of formal education in the Department of Fine Arts, then now a Faculty ofFine Arts and Design (FSRD) of ITB. Conventional Graphic Printing Techniques become oneof the main areas of interest, the Graphic Arts Studio of the Fine Arts Department, then becamethe Fine Art Study Program and the Graphic Art Printing Technique until now is still the mainarea of interest and subject matter in the curriculum of the FSRD ITB Fine Arts Study Program.

In the article on the basis of analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical theory and practice, the means of formation the professional competence of future teachers of fine arts are determined. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is decorative- usage arts, folk art crafts are noted in it. An important condition for the professional activity of future teachers of fine arts is the formation of art culture, which includes the ability to emotionally perceive of the environment, creatively transform it, culture of work, knowledge of culture people and nations in different periods of development of society, possession of universal values, in particular, the values of creative, which provide of personality of self-realization and self-development in decorative- usage arts and fine arts. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is the decorative-usage arts, folk artistic crafts, the cultural and educational mission of which consists, first of all, in the increase of a productive representation of the values of human life, represented in figurative form of art works, the development of art intuition, aesthetic taste, emotional perception of art creativity, the definition of art as a specific spiritual activity in the development of culture of a particular epoch and on this based on the achievement of a high level of their own art skills.The important condition of professional activities of the future teachers of fine arts is formation of art culture is grounded. In the research and mastery of techniques of decorative-usage art in the future a teacher of fine art form of the desire to learn and protect the Ukrainian people’s material and spiritual achievements is determined.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Creation of Mono PrintGraphic Art Work with Abstraction of Punokawan Figure Use STENLING Technique (Combining Stencil Technique and Marbling Technique), based on opportunities related to creativity and experimentation in graphic arts that have two-dimensional printing art character. One of them is creating mono print graphic artwork with the process of combining stencil techniques and marbling techniques. The purpose of this creation is to open opportunities as wide as possible regarding creativity in graphic art works that have been seen as having occupied the position of the second art in fine arts after painting. The method applied in the creation of this work is the method of experimentation which is the incorporation of stencil techniques and marbling techniques. The creation of monoprint graphic artwork by combining these two techniques produces monoprint graphic artwork with visuals in the form of Punokawan figure characters abstraction. It is hoped that the results of the creation of this work can be one of the innovations in graphic art both in technical and form forms so that it can elevate the prestige of the graphic artwork itself.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: monoprint, combined stencil &amp; marbling</em></strong></p>

В условиях перехода в новый социально-экономический период меняется нравственно-духовный мир молодежи, в том числе у студентов. С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Ключевые слова: общечеловеческие ценности, гуманность, нравственно-этические принципы, духовные ценности, рыночная экономика. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. This study first approaches the history of the observer’s gaze, that is, as observers, we are forming or constructing our way of visualizing moving images. Secondly, it reaffirms the importance and need of resistance of the teaching / learning of Art as a compulsory curricular component for high school. Finally, the third part reports an experience with video art production in a class of first year high school students, establishing an interrelationship between theory and practice, that is, we study video art content to reach the production of videos, aiming as a final result, the art videos created by the students of the Reference Center in Environmental Education Forest School Prof. Eidorfe Moreira High School. The first and second stages of this research share a theoretical part of the Master ‘s thesis, Making films on the Island: audiovisual production as an escape line in Cotijuba, periphery of Belem, completed in 2013.

Mobile technology is now part of the everyday life of teachers and students and thus tends to become an inseparable part of the educational activities. Teachers and students are increasingly using mobile technologies in teaching and learning. Therefore, it is purposeful to responsibly integrate technologies into the educational process. However, technical and pedagogical support is necessary in order to facilitate both teacher and students’ understanding of this educational potential. Besides, it is still very little known and there is very little evidence about the effectiveness of the application of these technologies in the teaching/learning process. This research aims to explore the perceptions of Romanian and Lithuanian teachers regarding the use of mobile technologies in education. In the Republic of Serbia, education reforms have been implemented since 2000 with the aim of harmonizing this important field of society with the so-called European Education Area. The whole range of changes lawfully adopted and applied in practice at all levels of institutionalized education is mainly directed towards the standardization and unification of "domestic" education with the educational paradigms of a neoliberal society. Maintaining the continuity of cultural development and the formation of cultural identity are important issues for overall social development, and they are not given proper attention in the education strategy. In addition to that, the institutional preparation of future teachers does not sufficiently focus on this issue.In this paper we consider: (1) the normative framework that regulates the field of primary education and the formation of cultural identity in the Republic of Serbia, (2) the factors influencing the process of training future teachers for the formation of cultural identity and (3) the teachers’ competencies as a support to the formation of the cultural identity of younger school-age children.The importance of the harmonization of the basic guidelines of the normative framework regulating primary education and the formation of cultural identity with the basic intentions of preparing future teachers is emphasized. Especially from the perspective of the role of teachers in the process of establishing and preserving the cultural identity of generations reaching compulsory primary education in the context of intergenerational transmission of culture, cultural patterns and values. At the same time, the paper emphasizes the insufficient presence of content in the education of future teachers that would adequately prepare them for understanding the complex problem of forming a cultural identity.The authors point out the importance of the groundedness of future teachers’ preparation in terms of their academic knowledge of society, history and culture. The aim of the paper is to emphasize the importance of developing teachers’ competencies necessary for understanding identity issues and forming a cultural identity.The paper employs the descriptive-analytical method.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of a situation as the basis for the emergence of semantic relationships of statements in a dialogue. Consideration of the situation and the specifics of its reflection in the semantic content of statements will allow establishing how a dialogue is governed by the situation. The relevance of the study is related to the need for scientific development and practical implementation of the system of teaching dialogic speech, which will effectively develop students’ quality skills to use living spoken language in practice. Speech activity is marked by important linguistic parameters. A person’s ability to perform speech activity is seen primarily as an opportunity to form statements that correspond to certain situations. The situation affects the structure of certain forms of oral speech, in particular its dialogic variety. Linguists consider the situation to be an extralinguistic factor of speech activity and an important element that significantly affects the speech structure. Psychologists treat the situation as one of the important criteria for studying the regularities of the forming and functioning of mental processes. The situation is traditionally considered at the level of functioning as well as a methodological category. There prevails an opinion that it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the features of the speech situation components on the basis of which scholars-practitioners single out the most typical and controlled ones in order to successfully apply them in foreign language teaching. The important methodological parameters obtained as a result will be the situational basis for building an effective model of foreign language teaching / learning.
