Currently, cosmetics are one of the important needs for most women. In addition to beauty reasons, cosmetics are often associated with professionalism where professional workers are required to look attractive so that the use of cosmetics is one way to support appearance. . The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Alfabelenskin Pusat Banyuwangi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. Validity test and reliability test are used to test the measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was used to determine the effect of independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction. The results showed that price, product quality and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Alfabelenskin Pusat Banyuwangi

Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the police officers working in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province. The method of research is descriptive and the how independent variables affect dependent ones, is reviewed. Therefore, our research is explanatory research. The number of populations employed in this research is 185 polices. The samples are taken based on random sampling method with the sample size 30% of the population. Therefore, the number of samples is 55 polices. The instrument of research is tested with validity and reliability test, and the data are tested with double linear regression. The research proves that the work motivation, competency and compensation affect simultaneously and partially to the performance of the police officers. The work motivation has the dominant effect on the performance of the police officers in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province.Keywords: work motivation, competency, compensation, performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis dampak dari motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan mereview bagaimana variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang polisi. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 30% dari populasi, yaitu 55 polisi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja polisi. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kompetensi, kompensasi, kinerja

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable by taking a research location at Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Jalan Colombo No 22 - Yogyakarta. Lifestyle is focused on the lifestyle of students who are consumers of the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta. This research belongs to the quantitative descriptive category by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression. While the sampling method was carried out with a purposive sampling technique for 100 consumers who visited the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. From the results of the analysis it was found that location variables influence consumer satisfaction, price variables influence consumer satisfaction, location variables influence lifestyle, price variables affect lifestyle, lifestyle variables affect consumer satisfaction, location variables influence consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable, and the price variable influences consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable.

The Pandemic Covid-19 makes many people have to live their lives by starting new habits. The form of activity to maintain the health of the body is to exercise. Cycling is one of the trending sports that people love during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was noted that there was a demand for the domestic bicycle market. Bicycle manufacturers are experiencing intense competition. They compete to provide bicycles of good quality at competitive prices. The existence of this tren raises the community's hedonic lifestyle, such as shopping activities and hunting bicycles for fun. The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of hedonic lifestyle, price, and product quality on United's bicycle purchase decisions in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a sample of 220 respondents who live in Tulungagung Regency with male and female genders of at least 16 years. The sampling method was judgmental sampling with a Likert scale as a measuring instrument. The analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression equation models with SPSS 26. The results showed that the variables of hedonic lifestyle, price, and product quality significantly and positively influenced purchase decisions. As a suggestion, United can increase sales by offering affordable prices and still provide the best quality.

Competition in providing the best service needs to be done to pamper and give satisfaction to customers, this can be realized by providing something more for customers to enjoy the food and drinks offered even during the current pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study took service quality and product quality as the independent variables, consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable, and relationship marketing as the intervening variable. The research location is Café BataPuti Coffee House. The population in this study were people who had visited Café BataPuti. The sample used is as many as 90 respondents to people who have visited the BataPuti Coffee House. The analysis used is Path Analysis Analysis. The results of this study is a significant impact on relationship marketing toward service quality and product quality. service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. service quality on customer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of product quality, brand image and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. Including quantitative research using the results of questionnaire surveys filled by respondents. The sample used is 100 consumers of on line products in Palembang. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Consumer trust has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on line products in Palembang.

This study aims to analyze and find out Brand Identification, Self-Concept Connection, Brand Love and Brand Loyalty for iPhone brand Smartphone users in Samarinda. The background of this research refers to the relationship between Brand Identification and Self-Concept Connection that is woven by the iPhone Brand with its users. Besides seeing how the Brand Identification and Self-Concept Connection formed the Brand Love and Brand Loyalty iPhone smartphone users in Samarinda. Brand Identification and Self-Concept Connection may not necessarily create optimal love for iPhone smartphone users in Samarinda, so it needs to be reevaluated along with how much influence it has on brand loyalty. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and uses SEM-AMOS v.22, analysis tool with the SAMPLE formula = Σ Indicator x (5-10), which then selected samples of 102 respondents. Data collection techniques using the proportional accidental sampling method. The results showed that five proposed hypotheses were accepted namely Brand Identification had a significant effect on Brand Love, Self-Concept Connection had a significant effect on Brand Love, Brand Identification had a significant effect on Brand Loyalty, Self-Concept Connection had a significant effect on Brand Loyalty and Brand Love had a significant effect towards Brand Loyalty. These findings support the theory and previous research that became the reference of researchers.

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4). Competition in the culinary business is currently required for business actors to have a strategy that is able to attract and retain consumers for the sustainability of their company. This study aims to test product quality, brand image and facilities simultaneously influence Abata Donut's purchasing decisions. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of the research on product quality, brand image and facilities simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Abata Donut's purchasing decisions. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain the purchase decision by 42.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables.
