This study examines the influence of three variables, namely strategic management of organizational commitment and organizational culture to work performance variable, and variable of three variables, namely strategic management of organizational commitment and organizational culture to sesame variable on employee at Muhammadiyah University of Indonesia. The sample used according to the calculation of cluster sampling probability proportionate to size model (PPS) with the formulation of Slovin obtained 386 employees at 12 muhammadiyah universities in Indonesia. The developed instrument combines part of the existing questionnaire related to strategic management, organizational commitment, and work performance, using the Likert Method of Successice Interval (MSI) scale. The use of regression analysis to test the hypothesis can be used if it meets the five underlying classical assumptions, namely normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and linearity. Further testing hypothesis in this study using the F test, T test and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study concluded that strategic management of organizational and cultural commitment influences on employee performance, strategic management influence to organizational commitment, organizational commitment influence to strategic organization management culture, organizational commitment and organizational culture, together influence on employee performance.

ABSTRACT: The era of globalization has hit various aspects of human life. In the economic field, this has a significant impact on industries in Indonesia, both in the trading, manufacturing, and service industries. Employee performance is a matter of great concern to the company so, the management of employee knowledge influences that employee performance improvement through knowledge management, development of organizational culture, and increased organizational commitment from employees. This study aims to determine how respondents respond to knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance, and to see how much influence knowledge management, corporate culture, organizational commitment on employee performance, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection was carried out through a literature study and distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. Sampling with Proportional Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear analyses. The results showed that: Respondents 'responses to knowledge management, organizational culture, and employee performance were in a good category, and respondents' responses to organizational commitment were in the sufficient category. Regression equation Y = 21,678 + 0,374X1 + (-0,045X2) + 0,169X3 + e, shows knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Correlation results (R) of 0.467, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicate that the magnitude of the influence of knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance by 21.8%, the remaining 78.2% by variables not examined in this research model.  ABSTRACT: Era globalisasi telah melanda berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam bidang perekonomian hal ini membawa dampak yang cukup besar bagi industri- industri di Indonesia baik itu industri perdagangan, manufaktur maupun jasa kinerja karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat di perhatikan oleh perusahaan, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan pengetahuan karyawan melalui knowledge management, perbaikan budaya organisasi, dan peningkatan komitmen organisasi dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan  responden mengenai knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 86 responden. Pengambilan sample dengan Proportional Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tanggapan responden terhadap knowledge management, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik, serta tanggapan responden terhadap komitmen organisasi berada dalam kategori cukup. Persamaan regresi Y = 21,678 + 0,374X1 + (-0,045X2) + 0,169X3 + e, menunjukkan knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil korelasi (R) sebesar 0,467, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2), menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 21,8%, sisanya 78,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian ini.

The Success and agency performance can be seen from the performance achieved by its  employees, therefore, the agency demanded that the employee is able to display optimal  performance. Increasing the performance of the employees needs to be done in order to be  optimized to work out where the performance is determined by the organizational culture,  leadership, motivation and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine how much  influence organizational culture, leadership, motivation and organizational commitment on  organizational commitment. To determine the influence of organizational commitment to  employee performance.  Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant effect of motivation on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture, leadership and motivation together on organizational  commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment to employee  performance, coefficient of determination amounted to 0,645, which means a variation change  organizational commitment influenced the culture of the organization, leadership and motivation  of 64.5%, while the rest 35.5% influenced by other factors outside the research.

This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

The Effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance.This study examines the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance at Batang Hari Regency Development Planning Regency. The performance of employees is among the key issues are constantly faced by the organization management. Therefore, among the tasks of the manager is a very important move employees to contribute to the success of the organization.The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performance tested either directly or indirectly.To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees Batang Hari Regency Development Planning Regency. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed qualitatively and verification. Data analysis tool made by using Path Analysis.The results of this study indicate that the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment in Improving Employee Performanc have influence for employee performance, both directly and indirectly.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of facilities, motivation, and workdiscipline on the work performance of PT Zebra Asaba Industrui employees. The research methodused is descriptive method with regression and correlation approaches which is a method that aims todescribe the influence and relationship of something that is going on at the time the research isconducted. The results of this study indicate partially or simultaneously facility variables,motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude ofthe correlation value (R) is 0.924 which means that there is a strong correlation / relationshipbetween facilities, motivation, and work discipline with employee performance. The amount ofadjusted coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.793 or 79.3%, which means that independentvariables can explain changes in employee performance variables by 79.3% while the remaining20.7% is explained by other factors beyond this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. F test showed that F count > F table was 73,726 > 2,85 and the level of significance (0,000

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.
