Lots of studies argue that company development is determined by innovation, adaptability, and institutional dynamism. This study aims to explain the development of islamic value-based companies in digital startups, whereas the success factor of company is not only determined by innovation, adaptability, and institutional dynamism, but precisely caused by role of islamic values which was developed by the companies. Through qualitative approach, this results of study show that the islamic values which are the foundation of the company in carrying out to all operations of institution are Tauhid, Qonaah, competent, and moral. These islamic values at PT. Badr Interactive is built through the regulatory, normative, and cognitive cultural pillars. In general, islamic values play a role in four human resources, marketing, social responsibility, and corporate culture aspects. The influence of islamic values in these aspects produces an output of good quality product applications, good teamwork, strong employee resilience, employee spiritual needs, planned marketing strategies. These indicators are digital startup companies sources of success.

The background of this research is the fact that the management of improving teacher‟s professionalism is still not effective. The role of teacher as planner, implementer, and developer of curriculum is also not optimal. Management of teachers is needed because teachers have a significant role in the success of learning process. This research was aimed at knowing Guardian Angel‟s concept of teacher management suggested by Munif Chatib and how it develops according to him. The implementation of Guardian Angel model of teacher management was presented through a testimony and direct interviews with Guardian Angel‟s trainees. This research used qualitative approach by studying Munif Chatib‟s books and direct interviews. Data were analyzed with content analysis, which included: (1) literary study of Munif Chatib‟s books, (2) description of Guardian Angel model of teacher management by Munif Chatib. This research found that (1) the concept of Guardian Angel teacher management uses humanistic approach, especially in regard to schedules of consultation, teaching strategies, and assessment through four kinds of teacher reports, including reports of morals, creativity, lesson plan, and student‟s learning results; (2) the basis used is the cornerstone of the scientific human resources and philosophical foundation that teachers carry out the work of teaching, which includes planning, teaching, evaluating, and learning. The first three points are teacher‟s obligations, while the last is their right. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keprihatinan manajemenpeningkatan profesionalitas guru yang belum berjalan efektif. Peranan guru sebagai perencana, pelaksana dan pengembang kurikulum yang belum optimal. Manajemen guru diperlukan mengingat bahwa peran guru amat signifikan bagi setiap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang manajemen guru Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep manajemen guru model Guardian Angel menurut Munif Chatib, dan berkembangannya Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib. Implementasi manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dihadirkan melalui testimoni dan wawancara langsung dengan peserta pelatihan Guardian Angel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan kajian terhadap buku - buku karya Munif Chatib dan wawancara langsung. Teknik anaisis data content analysis. Analisis meliputi: (1) kajian pustaka buku-buku karya Munif Chatib, (2) mendeskripsikan manajemen guru model Guardian Angel dalam pemikiran Munif Chatib.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konsep model manajemen guru Guardian Angel menggunakan pola pendekatan manajemen humanis, terutama dalam jadwal konsultasi, strategi mengajar dan penilaian melalui empat rapor guru, yaitu rapor akhlak, rapor kreativitas, rapor lesson plan dan rapor hasil belajar siswa (2) landasan yang digunakan adalah landasan keilmuan sumber daya manusia dan landasan filosofi bahwa profesi guru mengemban pekerjaan manajemen, yaitu perencanaan , mengajar dan mengevaluasi dan belajar. Tiga hal pertama difahami sebagai kewajiban, sedangkan belajar dimaknai sebagai hak bagi seorang guru (3) Guardian Angel sebagai manajemen quality control yang meliputi: lesson plan, konsultasi, observasi dan umpan balik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah dalam upaya untuk mendapatkan data dan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa peran sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis. Peran SDM sebagai motor penggerak industri pariwisata, pencipta produk industri pariwisata, dan sebagai penentu daya saing industri pariwisata. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan melalui pendidikan pariwisata dan pelatihan pemandu wisata yang harus dimiliki bagi masyarakat khususnya berada di daerah wisata untuk mengembangkan pariwisata budaya di wilayah Kabupaten Ciamis, karena melalui kegiatan tersebut akan lebih meningkatkan mutu, kinerja dan hasil yang diperoleh menjadi lebih baik. Maka, peran SDM sangat menunjang keberhasilan bagi pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya, sehingga objek wisata budaya yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis menjadi tujuan wisata yang lebih menarik dan memiliki keunikan yang kaya akan nilai sejarah dan budaya Galuh serta bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang berada di daerah wisata sebagai sarana memperoleh penghasilan sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakatpun akan lebih meningkat.Abstract This study aims to analyze the role of human resources in the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is a historical research method in an effort to obtain data and facts in the field. Based on the results of this study, the role of human resources as a key success factor in realizing the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency. The role of Human Resources as the driving force of the tourism industry, the creator of tourism industry products, and as a determinant of the competitiveness of the tourism industry. This can be realized through tourism education and must-have tour guide training for the community, especially in tourist areas to develop cultural tourism in the Ciamis Regency area, because through these activities the quality, performance and results obtained will be better. So, the role of Human Resources greatly supports the success of the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency with its competencies, so that cultural tourism objects in Ciamis Regency become more attractive and unique tourist destinations that are rich in Galuh's historical and cultural values and beneficial for communities in tourist areas as a means of earning income so that the welfare of the community will increase.

Sorong serah aji krama is one of the processions in the marriage custom of the Sasak people in Padamara Village, East Lombok, which is still preserved today. This study aims to explain the implementation and meaning of Islam in the sorong handover aji krama procession. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the perspective of symbolic interaction through a case study research design. The results of this study revealed that there are Islamic meanings in sorong serah aji krama such as being a leader, close relations between religion and customs, husband's responsibility, affection and courtesy. The symbols in this procession are also seen in its implementation, each part reflecting self-awareness and the role of the family as heirs of values. This tradition also displays a close relationship between culture and religious teachings for the Sasak people in West Nusa Tenggara. This research has implications for the internalization of Islamic values in culture. thus strengthening the relation between religion and culture in the theological and sociological scope.Sorong serah aji krama merupakan salah satu prosesi yang ada dalam adat pernikahan masyarakat suku Sasak di Desa Padamara Lombok Timur yang masih dilestarikan sampai saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang cara pelaksanaan dan pemaknaan secara Islam pada prosesi sorong serah aji krama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif perspektif interaksi simbolik melalui desain penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini terungkap bahwa terdapat makna secara Islam dalam sorong serah aji krama seperti menjadi pemimpin, hubungan erat agama dan adat, tanggung jawab suami, kasih sayang serta sopan santun. Simbol yang ada dalam prosesi ini juga terlihat dalam pelaksanaannya, setiap bagian mencerminkan adanya kesadaran diri dan peran keluarga sebagai pewaris nilai. Tradisi ini pula menampilkan keterkaitan yang erat antara budaya dan ajaran agama bagi masyarakat Sasak di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam budaya. sehingga memperkuat relasi agama dan budaya dalam lingkup teologis dan sosiologis.

This research focuses on models, concepts, practices and the role of the Mosque-Based Economy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Jamik Al Baitul Amien in improving Community Welfare. The purpose of this study is to describe the models, concepts, practices and roles of mosque-based economics in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Al-Baitul Amin Jember. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, this is because researchers want to describe the Model of Mosque-Based Economic Development in the Islamic Economic Perspective at the Jamik Al-Baitul Amien Mosque in Jember Regency 2015. The results of the study show that the economic economic model of the Ummah uses financing or the provision of facilities by providing funds in accordance with sharia principles. To support investments that have been planned based on an agreement between the institution and other parties, financed by the concept of optimizing productive Zakat or better known as micro business loans without interest that can burden small communities, so that people can meet their economic needs. Then the capabilities possessed by the Jami Mosque 'Al-Baitul Amin Jember are professional human resources, strategic location, adequate infrastructure and sufficient facilities for the economic empowerment of the Ummah.

Nowadays the market of fashion luxury is expended in China. Foreign luxury brands have been landing in China in succession and the fashion luxury as an important part of luxury products has also showed a prosperity market. By using of brand theory, the definitions of luxuries and fashion luxuries are given to analyze the characters of fashion luxuries under the premise of a profound understanding of meaning and role of the brand. The approaches of qualitative are used in combination in this article. The qualitative approach is applied to analyze the market of luxuries in China, the consumers’ behaviors and the consumers’ psychology. The interview methods are adopted to collect information. The elements of fashion luxuries and the indicators for physical and psychological are analyzed and proposed. On the basis of above researches, the marketing strategies for the development of domestic fashion luxury are raised up. Main points are given in this paper can be applied as a foundation of the fashion luxury market development. It makes helpful suggestions for native luxury brands’ designing and for marketing strategy’s planning. It is hopeful to provide practical ideas and methods for administrators of fashion luxury brands’ management and operation.

As an institution of supervision Inspectorate have a responsibility to review  the drafting of RKA SKPD. In carrying out the functions of supervision, often found the existence of the expectation gap i.e. a difference of wishes or expectations of stakeholders towards the APIP work with the reality of the work shown by the APIP. Expectations of stakeholders sometimes exceeds what the roles and responsibilities of APIP. This research aims to analyze the expectation gap between APIP and stakeholders (auditee) regarding the role and independence of the APIP in supervision of the preparation of the regional budget in the Government of North Sulawesi province. This study used a qualitative approach by taking the location of research in 5 (five) SKPD on the Government of North Sulawesi province with criteria of informant is APIP in North Sulawesi Province of Inspectorate with experience more than 5 (five) years and auditee has the task drafting of RKA. The results of this study showed that at the role of APIP, there is no an  expectation gap but for the issue of perception the limitation of responsibility of APIP, need to be evaluated especially in things still lacking with regards to his responsibilities include improving the quality of human resources such as the understanding of the regulation and its changes and also their skill. The Head of Madrasah has a role in various matters related to improving the quality of both human resources and infrastructure in each madrasah he leads, teachers as human resources elements in madrasahs need strategic steps taken by the head of madrasah to improve their professionalism, this research aims to explore how the role of madarasah head in improving teacher competence in MTs Istiqamah Talu Talamau Subdistrict. Research is designed with an explorative qualitative approach, namely a study that aims to find the role performed by the head of madrasah through the search of various sources, the source of this research is madrasah supervisors, teachers in MTs Istiqamah and madarasah heads as a form of confirmation, to obtain data from the specified sources, in this research used observation techniques, interviews, documentation studies and focus group discussions, data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is that the head of madrasah plays a role in increasing the professionalism of teachers in the form of informative, coordinate, consultative and informative.

The Successful economic of management business development has some factors that can support to organizing and controlling in economic business of Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Researcher can find these from two operational methods, such as the study design and qualitative approach who has a role of key instrument. To get validity obtainded data, researcher used triangulation method by several steps. Such as data analysis, researcher known that economic management of business development in Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo of Situbondo has some steps which are the organization that coordinating by an institution named Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren and the controlling one that held by the institution named Badan Pengawas Keuangan & Kekayaan Ma’had. Human Resources have an important thing to reach the successful of these situation. Based on the result of research, researcher can be gave the suggestion that we must increase the management system and controlling with professional act, autonomy expansion in management system, and providing training with brings someone experts from outside who are competent in the business world.

ABSTRACT Sexual violence experienced by children can have an impact on the physical, psychological and social conditions of children that affect the growth and development of children in the future. On that basis, handling child victims of sexual violence requires the role of various parties, including social workers. Child social workers aim to provide assistance, rehabilitation, and protection of children's rights. The purpose of this study seeks to describe the roles and obstacles in dealing with child victims of sexual violence in Bengkulu City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with 5 informants using interview, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that the role of social workers in dealing with child victims of sexual violence could be in the form of facilitator, broker, initiator, protector, and advocate. There are five inhibiting factors in carrying out the role: (a) Barriers in funding (b) lack of facilities and infrastructure related to protection, (c) social welfare service centers that are not yet available (d) lack of professional human resources in dealing with children's problems, (e) Limited networks make it difficult for social workers to refer victims of child sexual abuse to clinical psychologists. The purpose of this study are to find out and analyze the optimization of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency against disputes in motor vehicle credit loans in the Bogor region based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, and also the inhibiting factor in the optimization of BPSK against disputes in motor vehicle loan loans. The research method used in this study is normative juridical research that takes a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: the role of BPSK on disputes over motor vehicle credit loans is not optimal, it is necessary to optimize efforts for BPSK to become a fast, inexpensive and fair consumer-focused settlement institution outside the court. The inhibiting factor is the optimization of the Bogor City BPSK and Bogor Regency against disputes on motorized vehicle loans, including legislation and resources. BPSK is shackled by very complex regulations in the UUPK, even some UUPK articles actually contradict each other. Resource constraints  include human resources, infrastructure and budgeting.
