Abstract. This study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety, and learning motivation with sociology learning outcomes. This research method used in this study is a quantitative correlation with cross-sectional research design. The population of the research were the twelfth grade students of Batik 1 Surakarta High School. Sample of the research were 132 students who selected using sample random sampling technique. Data of the research were collected through documentation and questionnaire. Data analyzed using correlation product-moment analysis and multiple regression analysis.Based on the Multiple Regression Test, the equation model Y = 50,992 + 0,073X1 + 0,417X2. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test, the results show that: (1) there were not a correlation and not significant between anxiety with the sociology learning outcomes (rhitung =  > rtabel = 0,168 < 0,1697 ; p > 0,05); (2) there were a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation with the sociology learning outcomes (rhitung =  > rtabel = 0,485 > 0,1697 ; p < 0,05): (3) there were a significant correlation between anxiety and learning motivation with the sociology learning outcomes (Rxy > Rtabel = 0,509 > 0,1697 ; Sig F Change = 0,000 < 0,05).

This study aims to gather information, analyze and discuss data on Learning Motivation Relationship with Learning Outcomes of Geography students of SMAN 5 Padang. Type correlational study population was all students of class XI IPS consists of four local numbering 162 people. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique, where each class is taken randomly with a proportion of 50% so that the sample was 81 students. These results indicate there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes geography class XI IPS SMA N 5 Padang, the strength of the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes geographies including medium and small contributions are included.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

The education system in Indonesia is undergoing a slight change due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak. To prevent the spread of the virus, learning at higher education institutions that were initially face-to-face was shifted to online learning methods. The existence of changes in this learning system will affect the learning motivation of students which in turn will also affect learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic and learning outcomes at the Indragiri Midwifery Academy. This study is an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach (cross-sectional). The independent variable in this study is learning motivation and the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The sample in this study were 38 midwifery students at the Indragiri Midwifery Academy. Sampling with total sampling. Motivation data collection using questionnaires presented in the form of google foam and learning outcomes from the Student Study Results Card (KHS). The results showed that student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the moderate category as many as 32 people (84.2%), while learning outcomes in the poor category were 21 people (55.3%). Analysis of data using statistical test Chy Square test with data processing using SPSS 17.0 obtained p-value 0.378. Thus it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the learning motivation of midwifery students during the Covid-19 epidemic and learning outcomes at the Indragiri Midwifery Academy

This research aims at: (1) discovering the students’ emotional intelligence (2) discovering the students’ learning motivation, (3) discovering the science learning outcomes , (4) examining the relationship between emotional intelligence and the science learning outcomes, (5) examining the relationship between learning motivation and the science learning outcomes, and (6) examining the relationship of both emotional intelligence and learning motivation collaboratively to the science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. This research is an ex-post-facto research. The Population in this research was the students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the total of sample 244 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed by employing regression test and correlation test. The results of the research reveal that: (1) the students’ emotional intelligence in general is in high category, (2) the students’ learning motivation in general is in high category, (3) the science learning outcomes in general is in high category, (4) there are positive relation signicantly between emotional intelligence and the science learning outcomes. The learning outcomes follow the improvement of emotional intelligence with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.492 and effective contribution R2 is 24.2%, (5) there are positive relation significantly between learning motivation and the science learning outcomes. The learning outcomes follow the improvement of learning motivation with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.490 and effective contribution R2 is 24%, (6) there are positive relation significantly of both emotional intelligence and learning motivation collaboratively to the science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, The learning outcomes is the linear function of emotional intelligence and learning motivation, means that the science learning outcomes follow the improment of emotional intelligence and learning motivation with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.548 and effective contribution R2 is 30%.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes online mathematics at SMP N 3 Wates. This research includes research with a quantitative approach and the type of research is ex post facto because it does not provide treatment to the research sample and the form of the relationship is a causal relationship. The population in this study were students of SMP N 3 Wates. The sampling technique was using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were documentation and a learning motivation questionnaire. This study uses inferential statistical data analysis techniques, with several prerequisite tests. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between learning motivation and online mathematics learning outcomes at SMP N 3 Wates is in a low category.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS (mathematics and natural science). The research design used was quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI-MNS at state senior high school (SHS) 4 Pematangsiantar as many as 205 students for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling, which is a random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 students. The instrument used in the study was a non-test (questionnaire) of 20 questions to measure student learning motivation, but measuring chemistry learning outcomes was taken from the odd semester exam scores. The results showed that the percentage of high motivation was 20%, sufficient motivation was 50%, and low motivation was 30%. Student chemistry learning outcomes with a minimum score with a score of 41 and a maximum value with a score of 63 derived from the semester test scores that have been assessed by the field teacher. The correlation coefficient (r) in this study is 0.80 and the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) amounting to 0.63 which indicates that students' chemistry learning outcomes affect 63% changes in chemistry learning motivation. This results show that the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS is very strong.

ABSTRACT Nursing documentation is an important instrument to ensure patient care can be carried out continuously. Quality nursing documentation will guarantee patient safety. Incomplete documentation causes information to be unclear and confusing so that it can cause errors in handling patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between attitudes and supervision with the completeness of nursing documentation at the emergency department of Dr Kariadi Hospital Semarang. The research method used an observational quantitative analytic design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling uses a total sampling technique with a total of 58 nurses. Data was collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. The Spearman test results show that attitudes related to completeness of nursing documentation (p = 0,000; r = 0.706). Supervision relates to completeness of nursing documentation (p = 0,000; r = 0.733). Based on the results of the logistic regression test it is known that attitude is the most dominant variable associated with completeness of nursing documentation (OR = 0.075). Strengthening of nurses themselves in emergency department and hospital management were required for better quality nursing documentation. ABSTRACT: THE CORRELATION OF STRESS WITH LEARNING MOTIVATION ON STUDENTS IN THE MEDICAL FACULTY OF MALAHAYATI UNIVERSITY CLASS OF 2018 Background: Medical students must have high learning motivation to participate in lecture activities properly and are required to be able to learn a lot of material in a short time to match expectations. There are several factors that can affect learning motivation, namely intrinsic and extrinsic factors, while extrinsic factors can be related to learning motivation.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and learning motivation in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University class of 2018.Method: This research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach with a total sampling type of sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all 119 students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University Bandar Lampung, in 2018. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with the chi-square test.Results: Most of the subjects of this study were female, 73.9%, aged 20 years 35,%, had a high motivation level of 45.4%, a moderate stress level of 45.5%.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between stress and learning motivation.Keyword: Stress, Learning Motivation  INTISARI: HUBUNGAN STRES DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS MALAHAYATI ANGKATAN TAHUN 2018 Latar Belakang: Mahasiswa kedokteran harus memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi untuk mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan dengan baik dan dituntut untuk dapat mempelajari materi yang banyak dalam waktu singkat agar sesuai dengan harapan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, adalah faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik sedangakn faktor ektrinsik yang dapat berhubunagn dengan motivasi belajar .Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress dengan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati angkatan 2018.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenis total sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung Angkatan tahun 2018 sebanyak 119 responden. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji chi-square.Hasil: Sebagian besar subjek penelitian ini berjenis kelamin perempuan 73,9%, berusia 20 tahun 35,%, memiliki tingkat motivasi tinggi 45,4%, tingkat stress sedang 45,5%.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan stress dengan motivasi belajarKata Kunci : Stress, Motivasi Belajar

Drug users are generally vulnerable to malnutrition because of the side effects of drugs itself that has resulted in appetite reduction and nutrients malabsorption. Inadequate nutrient intake especially nutrient for haemoglobinsynthesis is the main cause of anemia among drug users. The aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between intake of micronutrients and haemoglobin level among drug users in Medan Tembung Sub District. Thisresearch was an observasional study with cross sectional design. The respondents was 73 drug users selected by snowball and accidental sampling technique. The paper investigates attitude towards online advertising in Kathmandu Valley. The paper adopted descriptive cross-sectional research design and non- probability sampling technique to collect data. Data were collected from 401 online shopping customers of Kathmandu Valley. PLS based structural equation model was applied to examine the hypotheses. First, the study examined the relationship between good for economy elements and attitude toward online advertising, result confirms that the good for economy elements have a significant influence on the attitude toward advertising in online platforms. This paper also examined the relationship between quality elements and attitude toward online advertising and found that good quality elements of advertisement have a significant influence on attitudes toward online advertising in online platforms. Findings suggest that good for the economy and quality elements of online advertising have a significant influence on attitudes toward online advertisements.
