The article analyzes various studies and publications of Ukrainian and foreign scholars-educators related to the organization of innovative activities in the education system. Innovations in pedagogical and music-pedagogical activity in the XX and XXI centuries are considered. The concepts of «technology» and «pedagogical technology» are defined. Attention is drawn to the pedagogical technologies used in the work of outstanding scientists-pedagogues: K. Ushinsky, B. Grinchenko, A. Makarenko, S. Shatsky, V. Shatskaya, V. Sukhomlinsky, O. Rostovsky, V. Shatalov, M. Shchetinin, E. Ilyin. There are also four stages in the development of the information technology of teaching in the field of view of the author, namely: verbal – audiovisual – programmable – multimedia and hypermedia. The approximate life of each of the four stages is determined. The modern pedagogical technologies of teaching in the higher educational establishments are characterized. First and foremost, it is computer and multimedia technologies that allow the use of a multifaceted field of information by means of technical means, first of all, of the computer, in the most optimal form of learning and information hypermedia environment. The historical analysis of paradigms of innovations in the education system conducted in the article allowed us to recognize that scientific and technological progress in the XX–XXI centuries not only led to the technologicalization of numerous industries. He also touched upon the sphere of culture, humanitarian branches of knowledge, in which the general idea is a humanistic worldview, which implies a rejection of authoritarian style of thinking, tolerance, compromise, respect for other people's opinions, other cultures, values and beliefs. At the heart of this process of technologicalization is the formation of a new methodology, the creation of innovative paradigms of teaching and education, the focus of which is the individual. Outstanding teachers of the twentieth century have left a valuable educational, theoretical and practical heritage, which continues to be relevant and needs deep knowledge and use in the modern pedagogical space. Assimilation of educational, scientific and pedagogical achievements accumulated by mankind over the centuries, allows to objectively assess the pedagogical phenomena of today and on this basis to formulate the conceptual foundations of modern innovative pedagogical technologies related to the interaction of science, art and human values.

Values are like seeds that sprout, become saplings, grow into trees and spread their branches all around. To be able to think right, to feel the right kind of emotions and to act in the desirable manner are the prime phases of personality development. Building up of values system starts with the individual, moves on to the family and community, reorienting systems, structures and institutions, spreading throughout the land and ultimately embracing the planet as a whole. The culture of inclusivity is particularly relevant and important in the context of our society, nation and making education a right for all children.

Quality function deployment (QFD) is an essential tool in implementing total quality management (TQM). This study applies a Web-QFD approach using group decision-making analysis in the Web environment to reduce the complicated data collection, aggregation and analysis processes. A Web-based questionnaire is designed by using an active service pages (ASP) involving the Internet relay chat (IRC) technique and the Delphi method with Internet (E-Delphi) to determine the importance degree of the customers' requirements. However, the traditional Delphi method is time-consuming mission. This study applies the proposed Web-QFD approach to efficiently gather the individual opinions of each team member, the requirements that are critical for customers, and then enables decision makers to accurately assess the priorities of these requirements. An empirical example of an education system in Taiwan is employed to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed Web-QFD model. This real world example involves team members communicating easily and quickly with other experts in the team through the Internet to accelerate the reaching of a consensus among multiple decision makers regardless of where their location. Customers' requirements can be rapidly prioritized based on the assessment results.

Numerous studies have been conducted to explore the individual effects of organizational culture (OC) and supply chain management (SCM) practices on organizational performance (OP) in different settings. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of OC and SCM on OP. The sample of the study consisted of 93 manufacturing firms in Jordan. Data were collected from employees and managers from different divisions using a reliable and valid measurement instrument. The findings confirm that both OC and SCM practices significantly predict OP. The current study is significant in reliably testing the relationship between SCM practices and OP; however, it is necessary to consider cultural assumptions, values and beliefs as the impact of OC on OP is greater than the impact of SCM practices. Based on the results, future studies should consider the moderating and mediating role of OC on the relationship between SCM practices and OP.

This article points out that the process of modernizing the Russian Federation’s education system is aimed at developing such a professional body of teachers that would be prepared to solve issues associated with improving the quality of education. Given such a situation, the need arises for finding effective means of developing the professional competencies of teachers. One direction for modernizing the education system would be a national system of advancement for teachers, which postulates the need for creating the right conditions for the formal and informal training of educators. Given the context, socio-professional teachers’ unions turn out to be especially vital. The goal of this study was to identify how active participation in the practices of such organizations is connected to a young teacher’s professional growth. The study was conducted in Orel Province. Members of the regional young math teachers’ association were selected to be the object of research, with questionnaire survey used as the research method. The study focused on several aspects of teaching: professional difficulties faced by young educators, the mentorship system, an educator’s value orientations, professional growth. The results of the study allowed for identifying three groups of educators, the first one being young teachers who do not actively participate in educational events. The second group included teachers who do not share their own methodical expertise, but partake in seminars and master classes. The third group consists of educators who publically share their experience and are prepared to think of new ideas for future events. The article shows that the Association’s active participation in various events significantly affected the individual value orientations of trade professionals. Those educators who shared their publically work experience demonstrated a higher degree of professional aptitude in performing their jobs within the national system of teachers’ training. ctive efforts as members of the Association helped young educators quickly adapt within their professional community and establish firm social connections with their colleagues. The authors suggest the need for developing a system of mentorship in educational institutions, which would utilize resources provided by socio-professional teachers’ unions.

Based on an historical analysis of the last five decades of research, this article analyzes the elements that define the journalism in Latin America. The work is based on the common social structures and the fact that journalism mediates in the construction of reality throughout the region, proposing a model that describes the individual, organizational and social aspects that have influenced the development of the profession. The results indicate that the educational problems linked to both the identity and the autonomy of the profession, the cultural value associated to professional practice, the existence and reach of the Teachers Associations, political and economic peculiarities, and the considerable influence exercised by Europe and the United States, are all aspects that make Latin American journalism different journalism in the rest of the world. Still, despite these similarities, neither a shared conceptualization nor a homologated operationalization of the profession exists in Latin America.
