Background: Job satisfaction can motivate an employee health center work, so it will affect the performance of the employee in performing health services for people in the health center. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between surveillance, advanced untu opportunities and job safety of the employee satisfaction Konawe health centers in the North. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional study. The population in this study were all employees of health centers in North Konawe as many as 389 people, while the sample size of 194 respondents were collected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using chi square test and Cramer coefficient. Results: The results showed that chi square of supervision = 40,166, opportunities for advancement = 27,353 and job safety = 12,317. The chi square table is 9,488 at α = 5% and df =4. It means that chi square value > chi square table. Conclusion: There was a relationship between supervision, opportunities for advancement, and job safety with job satisfaction of Puskesmas employees in Konawe Utara Regency.

During pregnancy, pregnant women would usually have complaints. Moderated exercise such as pregnancy exercise would make your feet and heels more comfortable. Percentage of antenatal care in health centers of West Navan especially for K1 and K4 already met the target of 95% . The purpose of this studied is analysis of factors associated with the implementation of the health center pregnancy exercise in Navan western region in 2013. This researched used analytic studied with cross -sectional correlation. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the region checkups Navan West Health Center in 2012 as many as 871 pregnant women then took sample of 59 samples using accidental sampling methode. Analyzed used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. These results it could be concluded that most of the samples have a relatively good knowledge (67.8 %), good attitude (69.5 %) , not working (55.9 %) , support pregnant women during pregnancy (67.8 %) and doing pregnancy exercise (71.2 %). Thechi-square statistical test found no relationship between knowledge , attitude and family support with the implementation of the pregnancy exercise with each value p = 0.005 , p = 0.001 and p = 0.005 then found that there was no relationship between job execution pregnancy exercise with p = 0.362.

This study aims to determine the factors associated with the discipline of medical and non-medical support workers at Hospital Specialist of psychiatric Bengkulu Province in 2017. The type of this research is quantitative research with cross sectional study design, the number of respondents 84 medical and non medical support employees. Sampling by total sampling method. Data analysis is done by using chi-square test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant correlation between exemplary leader to work discipline with p-value 0,016 <0,05, there is correlation between compensation to work discipline with p-value 0,000 <0,05, there is correlation between punishment sanction to discipline work with p-value 0,009 <0,05 whereas job purpose with p-value value 0,390> 0,05 and employee ability with p-value value 0,375> 0,05 have no significant correlation to work discipline of medical and non medical supporter at Soeprapto Hospital Specialist of Psychiatric Bengkulu Province.  Keywords: Work Discipline, Leadership Example, Reply Services, Punishment Sanctions

Hospitals must continue to develop in order to improve the quality of hospital services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Kendari City. Quantitative research method with cross sectional study approach with relative random sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi-Square test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between transformational leadership and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001), structural empowerment and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001); ideal professional practice with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.001); innovation with nurse job satisfaction (p=0.013); and empirical quality with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.017). The conclusion is that the determinant analysis states that there is a relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses.

Background: Making latrines is a human effort to improve health by creating a healthy environment in which to live. In making latrines, as much as possible, care must be taken so that they do not cause unpleasant odors. Objectives: This study to see the relationship between the level of education, behavior, and income of the community and the use of family toilet facilities in Dadap Village, Juntinyuat District, Indramayu Regency in 2018. Research Methods: This research uses quantitative research with an analytic observational approach using the Cross-Sectional Study method. The population of this study was all heads of households in the village of Dadap with a sample size of 98 people. Result: The statistical test (Chi-Square test) show the results that the level of education is p = 0.240> 0.05 indicates there is no relationship between education and the use of family latrines. Behavior p = 0.000 <0.05 indicates a relationship between behavior and the use of family latrines. Income p = 0.000 <0.05 indicates that there is a relationship between income and the use of family toilet facilities. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the research results have no relationship between education and the use of family toilet facilities in Dadap Village, Juntinyuat District, Indramayu Regency. Behavior and income have a relationship with the use of family toilet facilities in Dadap Village, Juntinyuat District, Indramayu Regency. The need for increased education, to improve changes in people's behavior to create a clean and healthy life. Keywords: Education, behavior, income.

Background: Anemia is associated with a condition of blood deficiency or low red blood cell count. Anemia during pregnancy is important to note because it concerns public health, especially maternal and child health. Objective: This study was to determine the relationship between eating behavior, iron tablet consumption, and anemia incidence in pregnant women in three Health Center (Puskesmas) in Fakfak district, West Papua. Methods: This study used quantitative method with cross sectional study design. The total samples were 55 respondents from Fakfak Kota Health Center, Dulanpokpok Health Center, and Danaweria Health Center. Results: Not all pregnant women were found to be regularly taking Fe tablets with a significance value of Chi-Square test of 0.001, so that unregulary consumption of Fe tablets can affect the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Conclusion: There is a relationship of consumption of Fe tablets with anemia during pregnancy, not eating behavior.

Background: The prevalence of stunting in Semarang in 2017 reached 20.37% with the highest incidence in the working area of the Bandarharjo Public Health Center. Previous studies have shown children who are stunted up to 2 years old has lower intelligence score than children who are not stunting. However, there were not studies on the relationship of stunting whit development children under 2 years.Objectives: This study aimed to determine relationship between stunting and development of children 6-24 months in the working area ofBandarharjo Public Health Center.Methods: This was a cross sectional study on 54 subjects aged 6-24 month using consecutive sampling method. Height and body weight were measured to assess nutritional status. Degree of stunting was expressed by height for age z-score of (HAZ) and classified according to the WHO. Development status was measured with Denver II test. Nutrient intake was measured by a semi quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and entered into Nutrisurvey 2007. The data analyzed with chi-square test and Fisher Exact.  Multivariate analysis was done by logistic regression.Results: As many as 31,5% children were stunting and 72,2% children classified into suspect category. Stunting children had 9.3 times the risk of developmental delays compared with children who are not stunting.Conclusion: There was significant relationship between stunting and development of children 6-24 months of age in the working area ofBandarharjo Public Health Center.

Based on Indonesian Basic Health Research 2018Vitamin A capsule coverage for children 6-59 months reached 53.1%. Based on Department of Health Gorontalo district Vitamin A capsule coverage in work area of Asparaga community health center reached 80%. The research aims at investigating association of giving vitamin A toward toddler. This research used observational analytic method with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in February until April with total of samples were 262 children  6-59 mount and respondents were toddler mother. The technique of collecting samples was using purposive sampling technique and the technique of data collection was using questionnaire. The technique of data analysis was chi square test. The findings reseacrh was found that the giving of vitamin A on toddler was 126 (48,1%) and not giving vitamin A was 136 (51,9%) toddlers, low mothers knowledge 63,4%, active cadre 28,2%, active participation toddlers 5,0%. Base on analysis bivariate indicated that sufficient knowledge of mothers 67,7% of the toddlers were given vitamin A and chi square test showed knowledge of p value = 0,000, the role of active cadres 82,4% of the toddlers were given vitamin A with p value = 0,000 and the activity of toddlers visiting community health center / Posyandu 100% of the toddlers were given vitamin A with p value = 0,000. It was concluded that the mothers knowledge factor, the role of cadres and the activity of toddlers visiting Community Health Center and Posyandu were related to the provision of viramin A in the toddlers. It was recommended for mothers of toddlers to explore more information regarding the importance of providing vitamin A to toddlers, and to be active partisipation in Community Health Center / Posyandu activities.Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 cakupan kapsul vitamin A pada anak 6-59 bulan mencapai 53,1%. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gorontalo cakupan pemberian vitamin A di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Asparaga mencapai 80%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejumlah faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian vitamin A pada balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Februari sampai April dengan jumlah sampel 262 balita umur 6-59 bulan dengan ibu balita sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan tekhnik purvosive sampling dan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisis menggunaka chi square test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pemberian vitamin A pada balita sebanyak 126 (48,1%) dan tidak diberikan vitamin A sebanyak 136 (51,9%) balita, pengetahuan ibu kurang 63,4%, keaktifan kader 28,2%, keaktifan kunjungan balita 5,0%. Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu cukup 67,7% anak balita diberikan vitamin A chi square  test menunjukkan pengetahuan  p value = 0,000, peran kader aktif 82,4% balita diberikan vitamin A dengan p value = 0,000, dan keaktifan kunjungan balita ke Puskesmas / Posyandu 100% balita diberikan vitamin A dengan p value = 0,000 berhubungan dengan pemberian vitamin A pada balita. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan ibu, peran kader dan keaktifan kunjungan balita ke Puskesmas dan Posyandu berhubungan dengan pemberian viramin A pada balita. Disarankan kepada ibu balita agar lebih menggali informasi terkait pentingnya pemberian vitamin A pada balita, serta aktif dalam kegiatan Puskesmas / Posyandu.

Gastritis occurs in people who have an irregular diet and eat foods that stimulate stomach acid production. Prevalence The WHO gastritis incidence rate (2009) in several regions in Indonesia is quite high with a prevalence of 274,396 cases of 238,452,952 inhabitants. Based on the identification of the problem above many factors that can affect the incidence of gastritis, but researchers limit the problems to be examined namely the frequency, type and portion of the meal. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents in Sungai Menang Community Health Center 2017 Type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional study design. the number of 60 respondents taken by the Stratified random sampling method. The data obtained were then performed chi-square statistical test. Univariate analysis results showed 55% of the majority of respondents had gastritis, which had a frequency of poor eating as much as 65%, and there were 76.7% of respondents who consumed irritated food, and 50% of the respondents eat poorly. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test, the results of the analysis there is a relationship between the type of meal and gastritis (P value = 0.023), there is a relationship between diet and gastritis (P value = 0.000), there is no correlation between eating frequency and gastritis (P value = 0.165), and there is no relationship between eating portions and gastritis (P value = 0.436). It is expected that Puskesmas can provide counseling / health promotion by distributing structured and phased educational brochures, which can increase knowledge about controlling and preventing gastritis. Hypertension is the silent disease because people do not know that they are exposed to hypertension due to prolonged smoking. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between smoking duration and the incidence of hypertension in Kenyaran Health Center, Pantan Weather, Gayo Lues Regency in 2019. This type of research is quantitative research, The research design used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was hypertension sufferers. The total sampling technique was 30 people. Chi-square test results obtained a significant value P value (0.001) <(0.05) there is a significant relationship between the duration of smoking with the incidence of hypertension in Kenyaran Public Health Center in Pantan Weather Gayo Lues District in 2019. The conclusion of this study is that cigarettes contain nicotine which can increase the hormone epinephrine which can constrict arterial blood vessels. It is recommended to health workers to provide counseling about the dangers of smoking for people with hypertension.

Pneumonia is one of the biggest health problems and the leading cause of death of children under five years old (infants). The public health center Kebun Handil is the public health center with the highest number of pneumonia infants in Jambi city as many as 222 toddlers in 2016.           This study aimed at determining the correlation of mother’s knowledge and the characteristics of the house with the incidence of pneumonia in infants at the public health center Kebun Handil Jambi city. This is a quantitative research, using Cross Sectional design, and the population of this research is all of infants at the public health center Kebun Handil year 2016 as many as 3.731. The sample was using Accidental Sampling technique, as many as 94 people. This research used Chi Square test. The research was conducted at the public health center Kebun Handil.    The findings indicated that almost respondents (56.4%) have low knowledge, and (53.2%) infants respondents with pneumonia. The result of analysis bivariateChi-Square indicated that there is the correlation between mother’s knowledge with pneumonia in infants (p-value = 0.003 < alpha 0.05). It is necessary to increase the extension to the public about pneumonia toddlers in order to improve the knowledge of the respondents. The counseling results are expected to increase public knowledge of pneumonia and its prevention.
