Background: Motivation is a strength, drive, need, pressure and a psychological mechanism that is forced to be an accumulation of internal and external factors. Knowledge also has an important role in pulmonary TB patients while undergoing pulmonary TB treatment. The Objective: To examine the relationship between the level of knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis and the motivation of patients to carry out treatment at the Umbulharjo 1 health center in Yogyakarta. The Research Methods: This type of research is quantitative, the method used is correlation with cross sectional design approach. The population in this study were 46 people with up to 30 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The Results: Somer’s D correlation test results of .346 are smaller than 0.005, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and patient motivation in undergoing treatment at the Umbulharjo 1 Health Center in Yogyakarta. The Conclusion:  There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and patient motivation in undergoing treatment at the Umbulharjo 1 Health Center in Yogyakarta.

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the influence of knowledge and regimentation of pregnant women consume tablets therapy adherence iron (Fe) and anemia in pregnant women in the South Regional Health Center Kediri.Materials and Methods: This study used observational analytic with cross sectional design. The population consisted of 63 third trimester pregnant women and samples taken were 34 third trimester pregnant women who have received 90 tablets of iron (Fe), with a simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from questionnaires, books Maternal and Child Health, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was performed using ordinal regression and logistic regression.Results: There was an effect of knowledge of pregnant women on adherence to consume tablets of iron (Fe), there is no influence regimentation of therapy on adherence to consume tablets of iron (Fe), and no effect of compliance sufficient to consume tablets of iron (Fe) against anemia in pregnant women (p=0.012). Conclusion: The higher the level of knowledge possessed by pregnant women, pregnant women, the more it tends to stick to consume tablets of iron (Fe) during pregnancy. And no regimentation of therapeutic effect on adherence to consume tablets of iron (Fe) in pregnant women.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The achievement of Pulmonary TB CDR in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office is still 49% in 2015 and increased by 52% in 2016. The low achievement of pulmonary TB CDR in Banjarmasin became a health problem related to the performance of P2TB officers in the Health Service Working Area City of Banjarmasin. This study aims to explain factors related to the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional design. The population is all officers of P2TB in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. The sample taken is a population of 57 people using total sampling technique. The results showed that the availability factor of the facility was related to the performance of the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis (ρ-value = 0.049). While factors unrelated to officer performance are psychological factor (ρ-value = 1.000) and incentive (ρ-value = 0.260). The Conclusion of this study is the relationship between the availability of facilities with the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis, but there is no relationship between the psychological and incentives with the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which usually attacks the lungs. The increasing number of TB patients will result in an increase in TB transmission in the community. The lack of prevention measures of TB transmission occurs because the patient has less motivation in preventing the transmission of disease. This study aims to determine the relationship of family social support with patient motivation in preventing transmission of pulmonary TB in Negara Sub-district 2019. This study is quantitative study and used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was pulmonary TB patients in the Negara sub-district with a total sample of 43 respondents. The research sample used a Simple Random Sampling technique. Analysis of the study using Spearman’s Rho. Family social support the most lung TB people are in good category 37 (86%). The motivation of patients in preventing the transmission of the most lung TB in the category of good 40 (93%). The results of the research analysis state P = 0.005 (P = 0.05). There is a relationship between the social support of the family with the motivation of the patient in preventing the transmission of lung TB.

Treatment non-adherence in tuberculosis (TB) patients is a challenge in TB treatment. This research was an observational analysis study with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study were all tuberculosis patients at Karanggeneng Community Health Center, Lamongan from January to September 2018 who were still undergoing treatment process. Total sampling technique was utilized which obtained 40 patients. The data were collected through a closed questionnaire sheet of the method applied by the MMAS (Morisky Medication Adherence Scale). Then, the data were analyzed by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. The results showed that 92% of patients adhered to Tuberculosis treatment and their influential perceptions included patients’ belief, family support, and motivation from health personnel. Treatment supporter is very influential on the success of Tuberculosis therapy.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (PTM) which is a very serious health problem both in the world and in Indonesia. One sign of hypertension is an increase in blood pressure. Hypertension is called the silent killer, because people with hypertension often show no symptoms. The research objective was to determine the relationship between diet and obesity with the incidence of hypertension at the Rawasari Public Health Center in Jambi City in 2019.This study used a cross sectional design, which was carried out in August 2019, 64 hypertension respondents at the Rawasari Health Center were taken using purposive sampling technique. The research variables were diet and obesity  which were analyzed using the chi-square test.This study showed that most respondents had hypertension (92.2%). most of the diet frequently (51.6%). and  nutritional status (50%). Chi-square analysis showed  that there was a relationship between diet and hypertension (p= 0.016) and chi-square analysis showed that there was no relationship between obesity  and hypertension (p= 0.0162). There is no significant relationship between diet and hypertension, and there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and hypertension

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Hiang Health Center Working Area in 2019 was 49.1%. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family and health worker support with exclusive breastfeeding at the Hiang Health Center, Kerinci Regency Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 165 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The samples taken were mothers who had children aged 6-23 months with the mother's condition physically healthy, able to read, write and speak Indonesian, did not suffer from serious diseases that harm the baby when breastfeeding, such as HIV, Active TB, and Hepatitis. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021 with the interview method using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. Results: The proportion of children who did not get exclusive breastfeeding was 45.5%. Bivariate analysis showed that family support (p=0.004 OR= 1.68 95%CI 1.2-2.3), and support from health workers (p=0.000 OR=2.42 95% CI 1.73 - 3.37) were associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Family and the health workers support were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.

Coverage of visits to mothers of children under five in Indonesia in 2016 reached 80.01%, whereas in 2017 coverage of visits of mothers of toddlers to Posyandu declined to 79.34%. Provinces that were still relatively low in achievement were Gorontalo (57.6%), North Kalimantan (58.6%), South Kalimantan (59.4%), Papua (64.8%) and West Sumatra (76.8%). This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design or approach. The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between maternal motivation and the role of cadres with activeness in participating in the activities of Posyandu toddlers in the work area of the Six Lingkung Health Center in Padang Pariaman District which was carried out in July 2019 with a sample of 62 respondents, a total sampling technique. The statistical test used is chi-square. The results of this study have a relationship between maternal motivation and activeness in participating in the Posyandu for toddlers in the area of the Six Lingkung Health Center in Padang Pariaman District (p value = 0.044). (p value = 0.023). It is hoped that the Puskesmas will remind cadres to increase their role, especially in disseminating information to mothers. Cadres need to create social networks or communication networks that can facilitate the delivery of information to mothers such as creating a special whattsapp group of mothers who have toddlers, so that with this group, cadres can easily convey information to all mothers who live in the Posyandu working area

<p><em>Early marriage is marriage for teenagers under the age of 20 who should not be ready to carry out marriage. The 2018 Riskesdas data held by BPS, namely the existence of early marriage among women aged ≤ 16 years, 15.66% were married at the age of 17-18 years there were 20.03%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence early marriage in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, Kerinci Regency in 2019.</em><em> </em><em>This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this study was all married women in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, totaling 207 people with a sample of 67 people. Data collection using a questionnaire by interview. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The study was conducted in January - August 2019. Data collection was carried out on 09 - 19 July 2019. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using computerization.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed less than half (47.8%) of respondents married early, more than half (61.2%) had a low level of knowledge about early marriage, more than half (53.7%) had a supportive culture about early marriage, More out of half (62.7%) having the role of peers plays a role. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge, culture, the role of peers and early marriage in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, Kerinci Regency in 2019</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><em>Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan pada remaja di bawah usia 20 tahun yang seharusnya belum siap untuk melaksanakan pernikahan.</em><em> Data </em><em>Riskesdas 2018 yang diadakan oleh BPS yaitu adanya pernikahan dini pada perempuan usia ≤ 16 tahunterdapat 15,66% menikah pada usia 17-18 tahun terdapat 20,03%</em><em>. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui </em><em>faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pernikahan usia dini di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2019</em><em>. </em><em>Jenis penelitian </em><em>ini adalah a</em><em>nalitik</em><em> dengan </em><em>desain </em><em>c</em><em>ross sectional</em><em>. </em><em>Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita yang sudah menikah di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat, yang berjumlah 207 orang</em><em> dengan sampel 67 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan </em><em>Januari - Agustus 2019. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 – 19 Juli 2019.</em><em> Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan komputerisasi. </em><em>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurang dari separoh </em><em>(</em><em>47,8</em><em>%) </em><em>responden menikah dini, lebih dari separoh </em><em>(</em><em>61,2</em><em>%) </em><em>memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah tentang pernikahan dini, lebih dari separoh </em><em>(</em><em>53,7</em><em>%) </em><em>memiliki budaya mendukung tentang pernikahan dini , Lebih dari separoh </em><em>(</em><em>62,7</em><em>%)</em><em> memiliki peran teman sebaya berperan. Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, budaya, peran teman sebaya dengan penikahan dini di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2019.</em><em> </em><em></em></p>

Background: Screening is an early examination to assess whether someone has risk factors of health problems. Risk Pregnancy is a pregnancy with certain risks which can endangered the condition of the mother or baby. Purpose: This research aims to know the Description of Low Risk Pregnancy, the Description of High-Risk Pregnancy, and the Description of Very High Risk Pregnancy in Pregnant Mothers with Trimester I, I, III in Bandung City. Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive research using cross sectional design. Conducted in May-June 2019, with research’s subject of 116 pregnant mothers in Puter and Pagarsih health center selected using convenience sampling technique. Data collection using Poedji Rochjati Screening and data analysis usingfrequencydistribution. Result:This research showed that the LowRiskpregnancy in pregnant mothers of the trimester I High Risk as many as 11 people (9,5%), Trimester II High Risk as many as 26 people (22,4%), and Trimester III High Risk as many as 36 people (31,0%), Conclusion: The of research overall obtained by pregnant maternal with trimesters I, II, III were in the category of high risk pregnancy. Public health center management need to improve the program related to pregnancy, for example family planning programs, and the prevention of anemia to reduce risk pregnancies for pregnant women.
