LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF NAMES OF BUILDINGS, ROADS AND LANDSCAPES IN CHINESE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Статья посвящена анализу лингвистических особенностей наименований зданий, дорог и ландшафтов в китайских учебных заведениях. Анализ проводится с точки зрения положений аксиологической лингвистики с целью выявления выражаемых языком и текстами ценностей. В ходе анализа речевого материала автор приходит к выводу, что наименования зданий, дорог и ландшафтов в китайских колледжах и университетах имеют лингвистическое своеобразие, отражающее определенные культурные особенности Китая и его богатое историческое наследие. Наименования, являющиеся символом учебного заведения, используются не только с целью его выделения среди других, в частности, его концепций и особенностей управления, его истории, культурного наследия и духовной атмосферы, но также и для того, чтобы объяснять и передать культурные ценности, создать культурную атмосферу и улучшить гуманистическое сознание преподавателей и учащихся. The article is devoted to the analysis of the linguistic features of the names of buildings, roads and landscapes in Chinese educational institutions. The analysis is carried out from the point of view of the provisions of axiological linguistics in order to identify values expressed in language and texts. In the analysis of speech material, the author concludes that the names of buildings, roads and landscapes in Chinese colleges and universities have a linguistic identity that reflects certain cultural characteristics of China and its rich historical heritage. The names that are the symbol of the educational institution are used not only to distinguish it from others, in particular its concepts and characteristics of management, its history, cultural heritage and spiritual atmosphere, but also to explain and convey cultural values, create a cultural atmosphere and improve the humanistic consciousness of teachers and students.

Relevance. The article discusses the problems of the transition of universities to a distance learning format. The transfer of universities to a remote format due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus allowed students to continue to receive training, which varied significantly due to technologies, the choice of which was determined by the current capabilities of educational institutions. The article analyzes the result of a study of the attitude and assessment of teachers and students organizing and conducting training outside the educational institution with the use of distance technologies. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of teaching and learning in a distance format in higher education during the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The objectives of the study are to identify factors that have influenced the quality of the implementation of educational programs in full in the electronic information and educational environment. The results of the study. A serious influence of the distance learning format on the quality of the teacher-student interaction was revealed (it has significantly decreased), which is undoubtedly one of the factors that reduce studentsʼ motivation to learn. For many respondents, distance learning and teaching was the first experience of a distance learning format, and therefore the attitude towards it is rather complicated. A significant scatter in the format of the classes, their completeness and content within the framework of distance learning, the low proportion of the teaching staff prepared for its implementation, and the generally low level of technical, methodological and legal support show that the majority of Russian universities are not ready to introduce distance learning. The transition to an online training format caused the majority of respondents discomfort and negative emotional experiences.

The article highlights the importance of entrepreneurship education in a modern day educational institution. Strategic documents of the EU invite the educational institutions to cooperate more actively with the business world in order to have the best quality entrepreneurship education. So the main aim of the research is to determine the concept of entrepreneurship shared by teachers and businessmen. Firstly, the concept of entrepreneurship and its development is reviewed, taking into account the legislations and scientist observations. The second part of the article presents the similarities and differences on the concept of entrepreneurship from the point of view of teachers and businessmen. These differences can suggest what relevant aspects, indicated by the representatives of the business world, could be included into the process of organization of the entrepreneurship education and to improve.

The article is devoted to an actual pedagogical problem the creation of new valeological directions and services in the organization and content of education in educational institutions. The creation and establishment of the valeological service in educational institutions significantly expands the opportunities for continuing education of valeopedagogics. The modern education system needs qualified specialists who are prepared to work in the valeological service, which can be divided into medical, psychological, educational and social. The content of the activities of the valeological service may include preventive, correctional, diagnostic, educational, coordination, experimental, scientific and methodological, information and educational work. A modern educational institution is obliged to help every child maintain and develop health this is a priority and urgent problem of pedagogy. The proposed program of the valeological service Сenter for healthy child development, experimentally created and implemented in the work of schools in Ulan-Ude by teachers and students of the Pedagogical Institute of the Buryat State University, will help solve this problem. Considerable attention is paid to the mechanisms of formation, preservation, and health promotion of participants in the educational process. This view will be of interest to teachers of higher and secondary schools, students, and specialists in the field of valeological education

The research is aimed at identifying the role and determining the function of the text message header of the university’s corporate website. The work purpose is to consider and describe linguistic features of the corporate website texts nomination not only as one of the main structural components of its content, but also as a verbal unit that performs an attractive function for the addressee and at the same time positioning function of the university in the educational market. We attempt to define the notion of “language attraction” and its pragmatic setting. The texts’ headlines are analyzed in term of grammatical diversity, lexical content, semantic positioning, emotive content and argue the point of view that they act as translators not only of information about the university’s activity content, but also attracts the university positioning in the segment of educational institutions.

Исследовано три решения проблематики нелинейного процесса организации доступа в АИС образовательного спектра. Определены ключевые причины появления затруднений с использованием автоматизированных информационных систем и проведен анализ существующих средств и методик, которые применяются при организации взаимодействия между пользователями и АИС. Статья объясняет, каким образом можно упростить доступ к АИС путем использования принципов декомпозиции и иерархичности. В реализации указано, какой может быть структура АИС типового образовательного учреждения. Проведено сравнение преимуществ и недостатков разных систем бухгалтерского, управленческого, хозяйственно-экономического учета с точки зрения интеграции в работу высших учебных заведений. Отдельное внимание уделено анализу механизмов и особенностей взаимодействия между подсистемами АИС и базой данных на примере проведения аттестационных мероприятий. На основании изученных аспектов функционирования АИС сделан вывод о недостаточности использования вузами локальных систем и необходимости разработки и последующей интеграции персонализированных высокотехнологичных решений, которые позволят увеличить эффективность образовательной деятельности. В перспективах показано, какие задачи можно поставить перед собой, чтобы внедрить дополнительные аспекты декомпозиции и иерархичности в аналогичных системах We investigate three solutions to the problem of the nonlinear process of organizing access to the AIS of the educational spectrum. We identified the key reasons for the emergence of difficulties with the use of automated information systems and carried out the analysis of existing tools and techniques that are used in organizing interaction between users and AIS. We explained in what way we can simplify the access to AIS by using the principles of decomposition and hierarchy. The implementation indicates what the structure of the AIS of a typical educational institution can be. We carried out comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different systems of accounting, managerial economic and economic accounting from the point of view of integration into the work of higher educational institutions. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the mechanisms and features of the interaction between the AIS subsystems and the database on the example of carrying out certification activities. On the basis of the studied aspects of the functioning of the AIS, we made a conclusion about the insufficient use of local systems by universities and the need for the development and subsequent integration of personalized high-tech solutions that will increase the efficiency of educational activities. The perspectives show what tasks you can set in order to implement additional aspects of decomposition and hierarchy in similar systems

In historical point of view every human generation learn some standard practices in upbringing from previous generations but create new. In contemporary pedagogy this processes are connected with two basic educational functions – conservative and progressive. Conservatism represent save and continuation of traditional practices in upbringing chiefly in family and educational institutions but according to progressive idea this practices have to be partial or completely changed. This change is important condition for adaptation on children to the present and the future. On the other hand, all this can generate series of contradictions and paradoxes in actions on basic upbringing factors – family and educational institution. In this article the author examine some dysfunctions of educational practices on this factors, as refusal to execute their basic functions, evade responsibility, don’t attach importance to main social problems, inefficient educational practices and so on.

The phenomenon of preservation may be described as a physical process that depends onconceptual facts. When observed from a conceptual point of view, ‘values’ cause the divergencesin the preservation process, which could be named as the pre-requisites of the construction.Values carry emotional and physical points of view. The emotional context, of course, dependson recognizing and remembering while physical context depends on direction of research. They are indicators of cultural characteristics and historical identity. ‘Cultural values’1, more over, explains the meanings attributed to the cultural property, which meanings will be preserved, and the reasons for their preservation. On behalf of this context, the preservation process may be defined as the preservation of the cultural heritage within an effective system. This effective system isaimed at attaining the total quality as a result of a synthesis of the technology, technique, and material originally deployed with those of the present. Besides, one of the most important inputin the preservation process is the priorities of the intervention to be held, as the latter will determine the decisions and types of intervention during the implementation phase of the preservation project. As a significant paradox, the most important parameter that shapes both a preservationproject and its process appears to be the risks that consist of indefinite input preventing theproject from a proper definition of its context. Since all physical problems and the social statusof the cultural property to be preserved have direct impact upon the design process of thepreservation project, these priorities and the risks should be clarified in the course of pre-assessment phase at the beginning of the preservation process.

Based on the analysis of trends in the development of the management theory, the main imperatives (management, management theory, management theory of the educational institution) are determined in the article. It is substantiated the importance of their understanding for the professional training of future managers of educational institutions for management activities.The system of managers’ training should be based on the study and consideration of the management work nature, content and features. It is believed that for the effective managerial work implementation, and thus the specialists’ professional training, it is necessary to clearly identify the nature, nature and features of this type organization of human activity. The Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ research proves the process importance of the management sphere professionalization, and the manager’s professionalism is defined as a set of persistent qualities of personality, activity, future specialist individuality, satisfying the future professional activities needs; is disclosed through the highest degree of psychological and personal changes that occur in the course of the long-term official duties performance; depends on the level of professional abilities that express the vocational training success and mastering professional activity complex elements; is considered from the point of view of the manager's needs and values, accentuating his ability to self- development and self-improvement.

The article analyzes some aspects of quality control and efficiency of electronic educational and methodological complexes of educational disciplines usage in the educational process. Analysis of the implementation of e-learning and of user work allows to build a model of student’s work, identify the disadvantages of both organizational and technological plan and take timely steps to eliminate them. The solution to this problem should include a comprehensive approach to ensure an objective result. Google Analytics tools, Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) tools, the teacher’s surveys to monitor the quality of e-learning in an institution proves its efficiency and allows to see the full advantages and disadvantages of ongoing e-learning in an institution, plan and implement further development and improving e-learning. The analysis of the effectiveness of e-courses usage should be carried out in a comprehensive manner, using the monitoring tools of the educational process adopted in the educational institution. Such as surveys for teachers and students, analysis of success, etc. The specifics of e-learning, the Moodle LMS tools and third-party services for collecting statistics and analyzing user activity in the LMS should be taken into account.

Indonesia is well known to all over the word as a very rich country of cultural heritage that spread all over the island. Among them, there are an important tangible and intangible archaeological heritage. As historical heritage, this cultural is a valuable source of pluralistic information of the past life of our ancestor. Learning his historical evident, there are remarkable problems that is impossible for me to study it now, for example problem of typology, function and so on. In this study we decided to learn only the preservation and protection of cultural heritage and its relevant relationship for building he future of the nation, which has not investigate yet until now. Facing the future, cultural heritage that bear a significant socio-cultural values are increasingly important for buiding the future of our nation. By studying the problems, this study aims is to predict the problems. To achieve this goals, the study through library research along with archaeological and SWOTS approach. The result show that preservation and protection of cultural heritage has an important relationshil for building the future of the nation.ABSTRAKIndonesia terkenal di seluruh dunia, adalah negeri yang kaya raya akan warisan budaya yang tersebar hampir di seluruh kepulauan. Mencermati bukti-bukti sejarah ini mengandung permasalahan yang tidak mungkin kami teliti dewasa ini, seperti masalah tipologi, fungsi dan lain-lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami memutuskan hanya meneliti mengenai perawatan dan perlindungan warisan budaya dan relevansinya bagi pembangunan masa depan bangsa. Menghadapi masa depan, warisan budaya ini mengandung nilai-nilai sosial-budaya yang signifikan, menjadi semakin penting untuk pembangunan masa depan bangsa kita. Mempelajari permsalahan in, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti permasalahan ini. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka yang disertai dengan pendekatan arkeologi dan SWOTS. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan, bahwa perawatan dan perlindungan warisan budaya mempunyai hubungan relevansi yang angat penting bagi pembangunan masa depan bangsa kita.
