The increasing prevalence of hypertension each year is a major problem in developing and developed countries. This research was conducted at the post of integrated service of elderly Working area public health center of Simpang Bahjambi, Simalungun Regency. The type of research is a descriptive correlation and using stratified random sampling technique the total sample is 88 respondents. Data were analyzed by using the chi-square test and multiple linear regression tests at 95% confidence. The results of this research show that there is no relationship between the habit of consuming alcoholic beverages with the incidence of hypertension. There was a significant relationship between age, gender, and family disease history. BMI, smoking, and stress with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From multiple linear regression tests, found that the most dominant variable correlated significantly with the incidence of hypertension for the elderly is the age factor. It is expected that the society to find information about hypertension disease for the elderly who expected the information is useful and can influence the change of elderly attitude in order to make efforts to control hypertension, besides that the elderly family also willing to make efforts of supervision on family members who suffer from hypertension.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the increase in the performance of lecturers in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The research was conducted at one of the private universities in Semarang with a total sample of 63 respondents. The results showed that the increase in lecturer performance was influenced by professional competence and commitment to the profession, while leadership motivation, training, educator certification, and organizational culture did not affect the improvement of lecturers' performance in implementing the tri dharma of higher education.

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the behavior of the elderly in participating in gymnastics for elderly in Jalan Gedang Health Center in Bengkulu City, 2016. This study was an analytical study using cross sectional design. The population were all elderly at gymnastics in Jalan Gedang health center totaled 50 people, with a total sample of 33 people, and were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done by direct interview using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test at α 5 percent. The results showed that most respondents 60.6 percent had less knowledge, most respondents 51.5 percent got lower family support, almost half of respondents 36.4 percent had low motivation, almost half of respondents 42.4 percent behave not active in participating in gymnastics for elderly, and the results of the chisquare value of ρ 0.040, 0.000 and 0.001 showed no relationship between knowledge, family support and motivation to the behavior of the elderly in participating in gymnastics in Jalan Gedang health center in Bengkulu City 2016. Knowledge, family support, and motivation are very important for the elderly in order to follow gymnastics actively, because gymnastics is very useful for maintaining health. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Conventional banks are vulnerable to non-performing loans, because the credit is the main source income of a bank. Credit risk may still occur, even though the bank's management has made efforts based credit rating 5C. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the variable CAR, LAR, NIM, and ROE against Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in the banking companies listed on BEI. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria: (1) a conventional commercial bank listed on the BEI 2009-2013 period, (2) the bank that issued the annual financial statements in a row in the period from 2009 to 2013, and (3) bank which has a data completeness NPL, CAR, LAR, NIM, and ROE in the period 2009-2013. Data obtained from the annual report of each bank in 2009-2013. There are a total sample of 29 banks. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to test the effect simultaneously with a significance level of 0.05. Before being tested by multiple linear regression, first performed classical assumption of normality test data. The results showed that there were no deviations from the classical assumption test. This indicates that the available data is normal or eligible to be used as a multiple linear regression model. From the analysis, CAR and ROE have significant negative effect on the NPL and LAR have not significant negative effect on the NPL, while variable NIM have significant positive effect on the NPL.

Smoking behavior among teenagers has been increasing worldwide, triggering youth morbidity and mortality rates associated with smoking illnesses. Performance accomplishment, source of self-efficacy, has a significant influence on the high proportion of teenage smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between performance accomplishment and teenage smoking behaviors. The study was conducted on April 16 – 23, 2015 in Aceh Province, Indonesia.  Data were collected by disseminating a Likert scale questionnaire, consisting of general perceived self-efficacy, including performance accomplishment.  The population of this study were 4,856 students, with a total sample of 368 students from 13 senior high schools. The study employed an analytic observational research design with the stratified proportional random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis by Chi-square test was applied to examine the data, processed by using SPSS version 20.0. The results indicated that there were significant relationships between self-efficacy and teenage smoking behavior (p=0.0001) and between performance accomplishment and teenage smoking behavior (p=0.0001). This study concluded that performance accomplishment has been strongly associated with the smoking behavior among young adults.

The causes of drug abuse are complex due to the interaction of various factors, including individual factors such great curiosity to try and unknowingly or think long about the consequences later in life, environmental factors such as family problems or a broken home or social environment / community one even all members become abusers drug. This research is a quantitative research using Cross sectional design. The population in this study is the victim of drug abuse which amounted to 545 people and a total sample of 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate by using the chi-square test. There is The relationship of knowledge and family support to the behavior of drug abuse in class IIA prison  Jambi. Expected to be used as inputs in the preparation of the program increased knowledge about the dangers of drugs.

This study aims to investigate the effect of audit opinion and audit findings on the level of corruption in the Regional Government in Indonesia in 2017. The object in this study is the local government included in the Public Integrity Survey conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission in 2017. This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

Aging is a a natural process in life. Aging is characterized by loss of slowly ability organ tissue repair itself and  is irreversible. The elderly are the final statge of a person’s life cycle and experience the aging process with change in various physical or physiological, psychological and social aspects (Miller, 2012). Hanges dues to aging eldely comple raises enormous opportunity for the elderly are at risk of depression.  The objective of this study was to determine the factors that influence the risk of depression in elderly at Puskesmas Jekan Raya of Palangka Raya City with descriptive correlational research design using cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research is by using probability sampling technique that sampling technique giving equal oppurtinity to every individual in the population to be the research sample.The statistical test used was descriptive test and Chi Square test. The result indicate that factors influencing the risk of depression in the elderly is functional impairment were settled with p value= 0,000. Conclusion of the elderly who have other diseases besides DM  settle a vulnerable population at risk of depression. The most dominant factor is the functional disturbances persist  after controlling the variable of age, live event s and other diseases (other than DM) with OR=39. Recommended in elderly nursing decision making in order to improve the health of elderly family based programs to prevent depression in the elderly and especially carring by elderly family members.
