The Kelurahan Free Internet Program is a program to provide free wifi in public facilities (wifi points) spread across 43 urban villages which is aimed at supporting economic and educational activities in the City of Cilegon during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is aimed at obtaining information on how students and businesses can use the free internet in online learning activities and online marketing. The research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at 3 (three) wifi points with 3 respondents in each point including students, micro and small business actors and free internet managers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questionnaire was compiled for the interview which was developed based on the related literature. The results of this study indicate that the free wifi program has been used by students and some business actors, both for online learning, online marketing or other uses. However, this has not been supported by good management, especially in the aspect of regulating operational hours, changing passwords periodically, monitoring usage and program assistance. For this reason, it is necessary to provide technical training for managers, use of wifi points for assistance to business actors as well as periodic monitoring from related agencies.Keywords: free wifi, online learning, online marketing.

Batik Semanggi is one of the typical batiks in Surabaya which has economic value for the community. However, the competitiveness of the clover batik business is relatively low. This study aims to identify the internal environmental conditions (strengths-weaknesses) and external (opportunities-threats) of the clover batik craftsmen as the basis for formulating a strategy to increase competitiveness. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques focus group discussions (FGD), semi-structured interviews, observation and document collection. Informants were determined using a purposive method. The data analysis uses interactive models and SWOT analysis. The results showed several strengths that can encourage the floating of clover batik, namely the ability to make a capable batik, iconic distinctive motifs and organic batik technology. The opportunities that arise, namely export opportunities, support of the city government, support of other elements of society, and online marketing opportunities. While weaknesses include the number of craftsmen, low online marketing capabilities, motives not yet registered as intellectual property rights, limited production, and marketing volumes, traditional tools, and low capital. The threat that arises namely, the emergence of other motifs as a competitor batik, and batik printing production that offers cheaper prices with a larger production scale. The map of strengths and weaknesses and threats above are very useful as a material for formulating strategies in empowering clover batik craftsmen.

The research aims to obtain an overview of the (1) The quality of e-learning systems, (2) The quality of e-learning information, (3) The quality of e-learning services, and (4) e-Learning user satisfaction in the online learning process at the Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia. This research uses the descriptive method of weighted average evaluative. Data collection is implemented by spreading the questionnaire. The results showed: (1) The quality of E-learning systems in the online learning process is categorized (well), (2) The quality of E-learning information on the online learning process is categorized (well), (3) The quality of E-learning services on the category of online learning is not good, (4) The satisfaction of E-learning users in the online learning process is categorized well.

Begin the Year 2020, the world back appalled by the spread of the virus dangerous and deadly. The public call it as a corona virus. The emergence of the virus allegedly originated from the City of Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, China. This Virus was first reported to WHO on 31 December 2019. This research is qualitative descriptive which describe the activities of online learning at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya after the enactment of the entire learning activities conducted at home with online mode. The subject consists of 3 students and 2 lecturers of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Data collection using interviews. Based on the results of wawanccara learning activities with the online mode at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya have been effective with utilizing E-Learning applications Ubhara Jaya, Zoom and Google Classroom. Constraints in the implementation of online learning, namely the problem of internet connection less support. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara.  Berdasarkan hasil wawanccara kegiatan pembelajaran dengan mode daring di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya sudah efektif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi E-Learning Ubhara Jaya, Zoom dan Google Classroom. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yaitu masalah koneksi internet yang kurang mendukung. Kata kunci: pembelajaran online, masa pandemi, COVID-19

This research  aims to determine the readiness of lecturers in implementing online learning on both faculties at a University in Surabaya during the first semester of the pandemic, especially in terms of (1) the use of synchronous learning mode, (2) the use asynchronous learning mode with e-learning,  (3) the strengths and weaknesses of online learning that have been implemented by lecturers. This research was conducted on 126 lecturers in both faculties with a total of 350 classes. The research instrument used an electronic log from the campus e-learning application, and was analyzed using a descriptive method. The results showed that (1) the use of synchronous learning mode was used by 72% and 64% of the total amount of learning performed at the Faculty of Information Technology and at the Faculty of Business Economics, respectively (2) the use of campus e-learning as the media for asynchronous learning for delivering materials by 94% and 50.01% (3). The strength of online learning for lecturers is the availability of supporting applications and teaching materials which can be used by learners, while the weakness is on the understanding of online philosophy. From the results of this research, it is recommended to increase the readiness of lecturers to perform online learning, in the form of understanding the online philosophy, and institutional support to provide interesting contents for online learning, so it can be carried out in accordance with its philosophy, as asset for future online learning, even though if there will be no Covid-19 Pandemic.

This study aims to describe the forms of maxims, obedience to maxims, and violation of the maxims of politeness in online learning at SD N 013 gotong royong, Samarinda city, which aims to describe pragmatic research studies. The research subject is online learning. The object of research is the observance of the maxim of politeness and the violation of the maxim of politeness in online learning that takes place at school. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. Techniques Data collection is done by observing methods. The data analysis technique is to clarify and classify the data. The results showed that there were 35 utterances of teachers and students in online learning at SD Negeri 013 gotong royong in the city of Samarinda which were identified as forms of politeness maxims. 27 utterances of obedience to the maxim of politeness, and 8 utterances of violation of the maxim of politeness to teachers and students. The data on compliance with maxims and violations consist of four utterances of obedience to the maxim of wisdom and two utterances of violation of the maxim of wisdom. Three utterances of obedience to the maxim of generosity and one utterance of violation of the maxim of generosity. Five utterances of respecting the maxim of respect and no utterances of violation of the maxim of appreciation. There are four utterances of obeying the maxim of simplicity and four utterances of violating the maxim of simplicity. Six utterances of compliance with the maxim of consensus and one utterance of violation of the maxim of consensus. Five utterances of compliance maxim of sympathy and no utterances of violation of maxim of sympathy.

So that we need a new system that can support teaching and learning activities. The system built is a web-based online learning information system (e-learning) wherein there is a feature in this system for distributing materials, assignments, problem exercises, tutorials and information- other information related to school activities, so that it is expected to help students' learning activities because with this system, students can access learning activities anywhere not only in the classroom.</em>

Abstrak Keberadaan pandemi Covid-19 yang telah sekian waktu terjadi Indonesia secara langsung sangat berdampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring, faktor pendukung, kendala yang dihadapi, dan keefektifannya selama Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar yang berada di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota dari bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021. Ini Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran pembelajaran online di sekolah dasar Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari wawancara semi terstruktur yang diberikan kepada guru kelas, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran secara daring dilakukan dengan menggunakan media Google Meet dan WhatsApp. Pembelajaran daring dirasakan kurang efektif karena materi tidak tersampaikan seluruhnya kepada siswa. Sebagian besar kegiatan dilakukan hanya dengan memberikan materi secara singkat dan pemberian tugas serta mengumpulkan tugas. Dengan demikian perlu adanya langkah terobosan yang perlu dilakukan guru agar pembelajaran tidak monoton dan bisa bermakna bagi siswa meskipun dalam keadaan pembelajaran daring.   Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring, pandemi, sekolah dasar Abstract The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in Indonesia for a long time has a direct impact on learning activities in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the implementation of online learning activities, supporting factors, obstacles faced, and their effectiveness during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was carried out in elementary schools located in Pontianak Kota District from July to August 2021. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to provide an overview of online learning in Pontianak City elementary schools. This study uses data from semi-structured interviews given to classroom teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis using data analysis techniques using interactive models. The results of this study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on learning activities. Online learning is carried out using Google Meet and WhatsApp. Online learning is felt to be less effective because the material is not fully conveyed to students. Most of the activities are carried out only by giving material briefly and assigning assignments and collecting assignments. Thus, there is a need for breakthrough steps that teachers need to take so that learning is not monotonous and can be meaningful for students even in a state of online learning.   Keywords:  online learning, pandemic, elementary school

The fast urbanization in many regions of the world has generated a high competition between cities. In the race for investments and for international presence, some cities have increasingly resorting to the territorial marketing techniques like city branding. One of the strategies of recent years has been to use of creativity and / or labeling of creative city for the promotion of its destination. This phenomenon raises a question whether the city branding programs have worked in accordance with the cultural industries of the territory or if such labels influence the thought of tourists and locals. This paper begins by placing a consideration of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) and the strategies of the Territorial Marketing Program of the city of Lyon in France, Only Lyon. It also raises the question the perception of the target public to each of the current actions through semi-structured interviews which were applied between May and August 2015. Finally, I will try to open a discussion the brand positioning adopted by the city of Lyon

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

With globalization, library educators should address culturally-sensitive instruction design and curriculum, particularly in online learning environments. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and Bigg’s educational model provide frameworks for addressing cultural impact on library education. Specific techniques are suggested for handling language and online learning issues.Avec la mondialisation, les professeurs de bibliothéconomie devraient incorporer les différences culturelles dans leurs cours ainsi que dans le cursus, notamment en milieu d'apprentissage en ligne. Les dimensions culturelles de Hofstede et le modèle éducatif de Bigg offrent un cadre permettant de traiter de l'impact culturel sur l'éducation. Seront présentées différentes techniques pour aborder les questions de langue et d'apprentissage en ligne.
