The ceremonies, reflecting national moral values of the ancient Turkish peoples are preserved. The one of the oldest ceremonies is the ceremony “Yug”. (Yukh). “Yug” is the archaic song related to the mourning ceremony. This ceremony is held when somebody dies. Songs singigng during the ceremony are called laments (Agi). Died person is praised in this ceremony. This ceremony is executed (held) in Azerbaijan nowdays. Yug ceremonies existed in Azerbaijan long before Islam. This research aims to reveal religious and moral values in kaba (a type of Saga in Minangkabau literature) and rabab Pasisie (a type of percussion in Minangkabau particularly the one from Pesisir Selatan regency). The research is qualitative descriptive. The data, primary and secondary, is collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The interviewees are selected through purposive sampling. The data is then tested by triangulation of the sources, and then analysed using selection, reduction, classification, and presentation of data, which is later concluded. The result shows that rabab Pasisie is still fancied by the communities in Nagari Duku Kecamatan Koto XI of Tarusan District. The research concludes that kaba and rabab Pasisie embodies moral values that can be applied in the daily life of the community. We suggest that the leader of Nagari Duku Kecamatan Koto XI of Tarusan District promulgate the traditional rabab as a consideration to make it cultural tourism, while the Minangkabau society can implement moral values in kaba, and it is important that the district’s youth continue to learn and play rabab to maintain the traditional arts. Сатылганов через свои песни, которые несли воспитательные, созидательные функции, передавал гуманистические идеи, распространял передовые мысли среди народных масс. Автор говорит о том, что песни Токтогула «Өмүр», «Карылык», «Насыят», «Санат», «Үлгү ырлар», «Нускалуу ырлар», «Терме», «Курдаштын көөнүн билип өт» полны философских размышлений, педагогического содержания. Он раскрывает основную концепцию творчества Токтогула о том, что человек наивысшее, самое ценное существо, великий идеал. Так же автор подчеркивает, что слова песен Токтогула отличаются образностью, обладают эмоциональной силой и возвышенностью. Акын меткими и точными словами дает характеристику как человеку, так и явлениям жизни. Каждый слушатель или читатель получает для себя из песен Токтогула жизненный опыт и делает выводы. Ключевые слова: направляющий, гуманизм, назидание, педагогическое содержание, поучение, воспитательный, сборный, философские мысли, народный. Abstract: Edifying and moralizing folk songs occupy a special place in the education of young people and their formation as a person. The songs were performed by akyns both accompanied by komuz and without it. This article shows the educational value of the moralizing songs of T. Satylganov. T. Satylganov through his songs, which carried educational, creative functions, transmitted humanistic ideas, spread advanced thoughts among the masses. The author says that the songs of the Toktogul "Omur", "Karylyk", "Naziat", "Sanat", "Ulgu yrlar", "Nuscaluu, yrlar", "Terme", "Kurdashtyn konun bilip ot" complete philosophical reflection, and pedagogical content. He reveals the basic concept of creativity Toktogul that man is the highest, most valuable creature, the great ideal. The author also emphasizes that the words of the songs of Toktogul differ in imagery, have emotional power and sublimity. Akyn apt and precise words gives a description of both people and phenomena of life. Each listener or reader gets from the songs of Toktogul's life experiences and draws conclusions. Summary: The article deals with the analysis of the interpretational field of the basic lexical units which represent the meaning of the concept “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and cultures. Comparative – contrastive analytical data of the most frequently used in both languages variants of the interpretation of the concept “woman” have been given. The semantic fields of nuclear and nearnuclear meanings of the lexical units, transforming the notion of “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and also the place and role of these notions in cultures and philosophy of the nations on the basis of mentality and traditional values have been studied and described. The situations of the use of this or that variant of the meaning of lexical unit. A comparative study of the definitions of the word “woman’ in English and Kyrgyz languages have been given. Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

The Latvian folk songs include the version of God’s love and the concept of God as a creative creature, which I will see in relation to the subject of mourning, pregnant women, orphans (for the sake of clarity, orphans) as a particularly sensitive reflection of society. The poetic layer of these songs reveals Latvian mentality, basic ethical and aesthetic values, and the nation’s understanding of God’s love for the most vulnerable members of society, using vivid symbolism and metaphors. Orphans do not question the existence of God, they see it as a comprehensive, unifying, self-respecting, compassionate, and understanding creature. We do not find proof that there is no God at all. In symbolic images, there is a proven belief in one God you understand. In this sense, there is a similarity with the assumption of process theology about God’s existence as an open concept in a situation where it is impossible to offer any other proof of God’s existence. In their lives, orphans encounter God as a responsive, creative, optimistic love; God encourages an orphan to learn, be smart, be morally complete, live with pleasure, not indulge in pessimism, and be creative. The abstract nature of God is depicted in two ways. On the one hand, God has all the power that a creature may have; on the other hand, God does not have all the power that exists because the creatures he creates also have the power that allows them to choose good or evil opportunities in their own lives. Evil is the choice of people to be cruel to the weaker. The folklore researchers also believe that this set of folk songs belongs to the most realistic, even natural songs because they are based on the direct observation of life, express frustration with this life, and the desire to make what they want into reality seeking support from God. In this situation, God is both responsive and compassionate to a human and a person who does not interfere in events. The orphan must learn to see the positive power of the love offered by God and, together with God’s involvement, to discover human self-worth, create the beautiful, seek creative self-fulfilment and creativity as the most desirable expression of spiritual existence. God exists as the originator of this process.

The purpose of the article is to present the results of a sociological survey on the formation of spiritual and moral values of cadet youth. The object of the study was the cadets of the Faculty of Law and Engineering and Technology, whose age ranged from 18 to 22 years. The representative sample, in addition to the age and profile of the faculty, also took into account such socio-demographic characteristics as gender. The key features of the spiritual potential of future officers of the Federal Penitentiary Service are revealed, in particular, the combination of adherence to traditional values with the strengthening of individualism, their own well-being and self-development. Such an important feature of youth perception of actual reality as a certain lack of a sense of security, fear of an increase in crime, unemployment and the possibility of war is recorded. The authors note that cadets are characterized by adherence to traditional life values, one way or another intertwined with a certain increase in individualism, their own well-being and self-development, which reflects modern global and Russian trends.

In this paper, we try to give a different perspective to the one that has been studied and offered in linguistics until now. Language starts as the main form of oral communication that is transmitted from generation to generation. Language is in constant evolution. One of the greatest evolutions in the linguistic field has been precisely writing. It represented perfectly the union of graphic ideas and concepts with the beginning of the religious beliefs. We also try to analyze which are the causes and consequences of interventionism in something as personal and private as language. We will try to demonstrate how socialism, even in linguistics, distorts the correct evolution of lan guage, remembering the Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights (1996) whose consequence is the strengthening of various nationalisms around the world. Finally, conclusions and solutions will be given to a very specific linguistic problem: Spain. Está en constante evolución. Una de las mayores evoluciones en el campo de la lingüística fue precisamente la escritura que representaba a la perfección la unión de ideas o conceptos de forma gráfica y el comienzo de las creencias religiosas. En este mismo artículo analizamos cuáles son las causas de una interven - ción desde los poderes públicos en algo tan personal e intransferible como el len guaje, así como sus posibles consecuencias. Intentaremos, pues, demos - trar cómo el socialismo en materia lingüística (o su imposibilidad) distorsiona la correcta evolución del lenguaje, comenzando por la Declaración de De - re chos Lingüísticos del año 1996 que no ha hecho sino fortalecer un gran nú mero de nacionalismos a lo largo y ancho del globo terráqueo. Finalmente, intentaremos humildemente extraer conclusiones y poner posibles soluciones en un ejemplo muy concreto: España. Purpose: The article is devoted to the Sorbian studies work of the Italian Slavic scholar of Lusatian origin Wolfango Giusti (1901-1980) “The Folk Lusatian Serbian Song” (1926), totally unknown in Ukrainian Slavic scholars’ circles. The author of a large number of Sorbian studies publications printed in the 1920s and 1930s in the pages of Italian Slavic editions, he became a true popularizer of Lusatian culture, and his works found a special reverberation in the research papers of authoritative Sorbian scholars. W. Giusti’s name as researcher and translator has recently been more frequently mentioned in Slavistic publications, his interest in Ukrainian poetry, esp. in the 1920s, is written about. The interest in W. Giusti’s literary legacy is linked, in particular, to his being interested in T. Shevchenko’s and M. Shashkevych’s lyrics. In the research under analysis, the Italian scholar stressed that “the soul of the Lusatian people has found its best and fullest expression in their folk song”. Also mentioned by W. Giusti were Ukrainian folk songs, rich in their multi-genre samples. Results: The paper presents a classification of the most characteristic folk songs, the classification coming to be basis-providing for the Italian scholar: W. Giusti relied on authoritative research papers, including those by the scholars K. Fiedler and B. Krawc. The Italian Slavicist acquaints us with songs of love between brother and sister, love songs about the way of life of the whole people, songs resonating with the motif of fidelity. Neither has the literary scholar bypassed the issue of the neighbouring peoples’ influence experienced by Lusatian culture, particularly that of a Germanic culture, providing some examples of a “spiritual analogy” with German folk songs. W. Giusti completed his short essay by promising to offer the reader, before long, “other genres of the extremely rich Lusatian folklore”. The promise came to be fulfilled as early as the next year, in the work published under the title “Folk Lusatian Serbian Songs”. Indecisão plena de promessas: imagens da vida e da infância na filosofia de Henri Bergson Resumo: Numa passagem da obra Évolution Créatrice, Bergson recupera a imagem da criança para afirmar que a natureza viva opera através de tendências divergentes. Apesar de não ter desenvolvido um pensamento de pendor educacional, encontram-se na obra bergsoniana referências que, por um lado, recuperam a dimensão criativa e criadora da infância e, por outro, acentuam a forma infantil dos movimentos do élan vital. Estas referências fazem parte da imagética do autor, mostrando como o seu pensamento sugestiona leituras ímpares. O convite para cruzar a imagem da vida como infância com a imagem da infância como vida revela-se, assim, sugestivo para repensar o que nos habita como constitutivamente outro: a criança que fomos e a natureza que somos. E será através da imagem – como forma de contacto dinâmico com o real – que poderemos encontrar algumas respostas para a sugestão bergsoniana de se promover nas escolas um conhecimento infantil (enfantin).Palavras-chave: infância; criança; natureza; imagem; Bergson. Indecision charged with promise: Images of life and childhood in Henri Bergson’s philosophy Abstract: In a passage in his Évolution Créatrice, Bergson reclaims the image of the child to argue that living nature works through divergent tendencies. Although Bergson’s work doesn’t focus specifically on education, it does contain references that, on the one hand, reclaim the creative and creating nature of childhood, while on the other hand accentuating the childlike nature of élan vital’s movements (vital impetus). These references are part of Bergson’s repertoire of imagery and demonstrate how his thought evokes uneven readings. The invitation to cross the image of life as childhood with that of childhood as life ultimately evokes a rethinking of what inhabits us as constitutively other: the child we were and the nature we are. <p>Islam as a religion of rahmatan li al'alamin, very much its contribution to the national development which is oriented to the whole human development. The presence of religion is always accompanied by "two faces". On the one hand, inherently religion has an identity that is exclusive, particularistic, and primordial. At the same time, however, it is also rich in inclusive, Universalist and transcending identities. In its role as a directive system, religion is placed as the main reference in the process of change. Religion will serve as a supreme morality that provides the basis and strength of the society's spiritual elite as they dialectics with change. Likewise as a defensive system, religion becomes a kind of resistance force for society when it is in an increasingly complex circle of life issues amid the rapid flow of change. Islamic education as agents of social change that is in the atmosphere of modernization and globalization today is required to be able to play its role dynamically and proactively, both at the theoretical and practical intellectual level. Islamic education is not just a process of cultivating moral values to fortify itself from the negative excesses of globalization. But the most important thing is how the moral values that have been invested in Islamic education are able to act as a liberating force from the crush of poverty, ignorance and socio-cultural and economic backwardness. This paper aims to explore the role of Islamic education in public social education which is the main foundation of a nation's development.</p>
