<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Pengabdian masyarakat berjudul Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Kader Posyandu Lansia di Desa Cimuning Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimuning bertujuan untuk </em><em>membangun kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan pada usia lanjut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu </em><em>pendekatan persuasive dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu (1) melakukan pendekatan persuasive kepada masyarakat sebagai kader posyandu, (2) Penyuluhan kesehatan/ceranah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, dan simulasi, (3) pemeriksaan fisik (4) serta pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil pemeriksaan isik kesehatan masyarakat lanjut usia. Di kelurahan Cimuning baru terbentuk 8 Posyandu Lansia dari 26 RW yang ada, sehingga perlu dibentuk lagi posyandu lansia pada RW yang belum memiliki posyandu lansia. Dengan demikian Program Kerja Sama Mitra (PKM) dalam pengabdian masyarakat menawarkan solusi antara lain dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia. Kegiatannya antara lain: Sosialisasi pentingnya posyandu lansia melalui Forum Kelurahan/RW, rekrutmen dan pelatihan kader posyandu lansia, layanan posyandu lansia, penyuluhan kesehatan, PMT, penimbangan, vitamin dan permainan-permainan yg menyenagkan dan menyehatkan, peningkatan kesehatan, komunikasi interpersonal yang bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar. </em><em>Kesimpulan</em><em> bahwa </em><em>pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia kelurahan Cimuning sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kualitas hidup lansia pelayanan kesehatan lansia di posyandu.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci :<em> Lansia, Pengabdian, Posyandu</em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Community service titled Training and Assistance for Elderly Posyandu Cadres in Cimuning Village Cimuning Health Center Work Area aims to build public awareness about health in old age. The method of implementing this community service activity is a persuasive approach with stages of implementation, namely (1) carrying out a persuasive approach to the community as a posyandu cadre, (2) health education / interactive stories, group discussions, questions and answers, and simulations, (3) physical examinations ( 4) as well as recording and reporting the results of health examinations for the elderly. The elderly posyandu services emphasize promotive and preventive services without ignoring curative and rehabilitative efforts. In Cimuning Village, only 8 Elderly Integrated Healthcare Center was formed from 26 existing RWs, so it is necessary to re-establish elderly Integrated Healthcare Center for RWs that do not yet have elderly Integrated Healthcare Center. Therefore the Partnership Cooperation Program in community service offers solutions including, among others, training and mentoring for elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres. The activities socialization of the importance of Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly through the Village Office Forum, recruitment and training of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, elderly Integrated Healthcare Center services, health counseling, supplementary feeding, weighing, vitamins and games that are fun and healthy, improving health, interpersonal communication in collaboration with surrounding communities. The Conclusion that the training and assistance of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in Cimuning Village are very useful in improving the health status and quality of life of elderly health services in the Integrated Healthcare Center.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:<em> Integrated Healthcare Center, Elderly, Devotion</em></strong></p>

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease that attacks several joints, the synovium, which occurs in the inflammatory process that causes damage to the joints. The problem faced by partners is that most elderly people still do not understand rheumatism management properly such as a healthy diet, the importance of maintaining body weight to avoid obesity and have not understood traditional rheumatoid management with lemongrass therapy. This community service activity has been conducted at the Tresna Werdha Social Institution in Jambi City in December 2018. The method used a survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approach. The results achieved are the implementation of health counseling in the elderly about rheumatoid management, demonstration of lemongrass therapy therapy and conducting pain scale measurements before and after therapy

Lack of knowledge of the elderly about gout and various things related to gout will have a negative impact on the health of the elderly, family and society. One effort that can be done by nurses is to provide health education to the elderly. Elderly Posyandu in the Rawasari Community Health Center work area is one of the partners who have carried out the elderly posyandu activities according to the program, but in practice most of the elderly do not know about gout. The target and outcome of community service activities is to increase the knowledge of elderly gout, understanding, causes, signs and symptoms of gout, gout treatment, selection of foods that are allowed and which are not recommended for gout and complementary therapies for gout. The method of implementation used is survey, observation, interview, discussion, question and answer, demonstration through health education and examination of gout. This community service activity was attended by 25 elderly people. The results of this activity were 35% of elderly people suffering from gout, most of the elderly knew about gout and things related to gout, all the elderly attended health education from the beginning to the end and most actively participated during the activity. It is recommended to increase diposyandu activities for the elderly by providing health education with various material and regular health checks.

Hypertension is one of the main problems in public health in Indonesia and the world. It is estimated that around 80% of cases of hypertension occur mainly in developing countries in the year 2025 from a total of 639 million cases in 2000. Problems faced by partners at this time include people in the village of Prevention rarely conducted health counseling by the Puskesmas especially about Hypertension, none Posyandu for the elderly and the community rarely exercise regularly. This community service activity was carried out in the village of Enforcement which is one of the villages located in Pelawan sub-district, Sarolangun District, Jambi. Time of implementation in February 2018. The target is the elderly.The methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. The results of this program is prevention for parents where they are able to understand of  the management and prevention of hypertension. It is recommended for Health Officers, especially in Puskesmas, to activate posyandu for the elderly so that the elderly can get health services regularly and get more information about health problems.

The Covid-19 pandemic (Corona virus) is a pandemic transmitted by the corona virus that attacks humans, especially children and the elderly. The transmission of Covid-19 can be through droplets; therefore, it is necessary to prevent it through health protocol, namely clean and healthy living habits, including using masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and increase body immunity, The purpose of community service is to provide education about the function of vitamins, and how to use an alcoholic-based antiseptic solution for children Ar-Rodiyah Tembalang Orphanage, Semarang. This activity was carried out by lecturers, D4 Health Analyst students and S2 Clinical Laboratory Science students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang on January 31, 2021. The target of this activity was 51 children aged 8-20 years. The results of the implementation of community service at the Ar-Rodiyah orphanage Semarang were distributing 2 posters about the function of vitamins, and how to use an alcoholic-based antiseptic solution, then during the meeting an explanation of the material and the function of vitamins, and how to use an alcoholic-based antiseptic solution and questions and answers was delivered during the meeting. The conclusion from this community service increase knowledge of orphans about function of vitamin from 30 to 80 and knowledge to use alcohol-based antiseptic fluids correctly can increase from 45 to 90. The orphaned children also really hoped for sustainability of this community service activity with other counseling material.

ABSTRAK Deteksi Dini penyakit Dengue Haemoragic Fever di Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran Bandar Lampung belum dilakukan dengan baik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bernung. Hambatan yang ditemukan yakni pengetahuan kader kesehatan tidak adekuat, belum tersedianya informasi yang adekuat tentang deteksi dini penyakit dengue haemoragic fever (DBD) pada kader kesehatan. Pelibatan kader kesehatan dalam edukasi mengenai deteksi dini penyakit DBD menentukan keberhasilan dalam penanganan awal DBD. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam pendampingan kader kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan peran kader kesehatan dalam masyarakat dalam deteksi dini DBD. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kota Bandar Lampung pada bulan Desember 2018. Metode yang dilakukan yakni ceramah, diskusi, praktek cara  melakukan rumpled test. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang deteksi dini DBD. Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.

The objective of this community service activity / PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) is to provide knowledge to participants (parents and children) about the importance of character education from early age through the family. This program was motivated by problems that happens in society in Ngusikan, Jombang, East Java, children in that area addicted to play gadgets and have a tendency to anti-social behavior and lack of social courtesy. The method in this program used a dialogical collaborative-participatory approach includes in-house training (lectures, questions and answers, discussions) for the delivery of material, direct practice to make storytelling media, testing, practice of using fairy tale media and mentoring assisted by KKNT students. The number of participants in this program is approximately 40 participants, including students. This community service activity (PKM) was followed by women who have job as a housewife. The participants stated that this activity was very useful and was a new experience. This community service activity went well and was greeted with enthusiasm from the participants..

Abstract   Exploitation of natural resources through unlicensed gold mining (PETI) is not in accordance with mining operational standards occurring along the Noeltoko River, West Miomaffo Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province resulting in damage and environmental degradation. Changes and environmental damage include the formation of dug holes around the river flow, turbidity of water, changes in river flow. Other problems that arise are conflicts between these PETI workers and with other communities. This community service activity aims to provide an understanding to the community about the importance of maintaining and caring for rivers from excavation in the river walls that can cause debris / landslides explaining the impact of the use of hazardous materials such as mercury / mercury and cyanide, socialization of regulations regarding the formation of People's Mining Areas (WPR) ), introducing "sluice box" equipment to help the process of separating gold sand from sand. This activity was supported by the UPT ESDM Atambua Branch and was followed by 40 people who used to mine on the Noeltoko river. It is expected that the guidance and assistance can raise public awareness to be able to mine but still preserve the environment   Keyword: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox,   Abstrak   Eksploitasi sumber daya alam melalui Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) tidak sesuai dengan standar operasional penambangan terjadi di sepanjang sungai Noeltoko-Kecamatan Miomaffo Barat, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang mengakibatkan kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas lingkungan. Perubahan dan kerusakan lingkungan tersebut diantaranya terbentuk lubang-lubang galian di sekitar aliran sungai, kekeruhan air, berubahnya aliran sungai.. Permasalahan lain yang timbul adalah konflik antar pekerja PETI ini maupun dengan masyarakat lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga dan merawat sungai dari penggalian di dinding sungai yang dapat mengakibatkan runtuhan/longsoran menjelaskan dampak penggunaan bahan berbahaya seperti air raksa/merkuri dan sianida, sosialisasi peraturan tentang pembentukan Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR), mengenalkan peralatan “sluice box” untuk membantu proses pemisahan buiran emas dari pasir.Kegiatan ini didukung oleh pihak UPT ESDM Cabang Atambua dan dikuti oleh 40 orang masyarakat yang biasa menambang di sungai Noeltoko. Diharapkan dengan adanya pembinaan dan pendampingan dapat menimbulkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat menambang namun tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan   Kata kunci: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox

The number of elderly (60-70 years old until death) in Indonesia increases from year to year. In the elderly phase, individuals begin to experience decreased physical function, cognition and relationships with friends. Thus, it is likely that the psychological well-being of the elderly will decline with declined life satisfaction and contribution to their community as the indicators. This community service activity aimed to help the elderly increase their happiness by providing wellness counseling services for 7 sessions (7 weeks). Through the wellness counseling services, the elderly were invited to evaluate their current lifestyle through self-discovery and to design and apply a new, holistic healthy lifestyle (physical-mental-social health) in order to live a life by maximizing self-actualization and contribution to the society. Henceforth the elderly will feel more satisfied with their lives and happier (the state of psychological well-being increases).
