ABSTRAK Deteksi Dini penyakit Dengue Haemoragic Fever di Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran Bandar Lampung belum dilakukan dengan baik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bernung. Hambatan yang ditemukan yakni pengetahuan kader kesehatan tidak adekuat, belum tersedianya informasi yang adekuat tentang deteksi dini penyakit dengue haemoragic fever (DBD) pada kader kesehatan. Pelibatan kader kesehatan dalam edukasi mengenai deteksi dini penyakit DBD menentukan keberhasilan dalam penanganan awal DBD. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam pendampingan kader kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan peran kader kesehatan dalam masyarakat dalam deteksi dini DBD. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kota Bandar Lampung pada bulan Desember 2018. Metode yang dilakukan yakni ceramah, diskusi, praktek cara  melakukan rumpled test. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang deteksi dini DBD. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah bentuk upaya dalam deteksi dini DBD dengan melibatkan kader kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Deteksi Dini, Kader Kesehatan, Rumpled Test  ABSTRACT Early detection of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Dusun 1, Sukabanjar Village, Gedong Tataan Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, Bandar Lampung, has not been carried out properly in the Work Area of the Bernung Health Center. Community Service Activities have been carried out in Kelapa Lima Village. This activity aims to provide information and knowledge to the public about the dangers of dengue hemorrhagic fever and its preventive measures through the use of potential mosquito repellent plants. Mosquito repellent plants can be found in the yard of the house so that the community can provide land in the yard of their house to plant these plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellent. The method used in this service activity is in the form of counseling, training, and cultivating plants as an anti-mosquito agent that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever. The conclusion obtained is an increase in the knowledge of the public's understanding of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, an increase in public understanding of the bio-ecology of the vector that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever, utilizing plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellents.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is the most common endocrine disease and the most common form of diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requires independent medical treatment and management education to prevent acute complications and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in patients while being hospitalized is the responsibility of the health team. The number of sufferers of diabetes mellitus (DM) from year to year tends to increase, in 1995 the number of DM sufferers in the world according to WHO as many as 135 million people and is expected to continue to increase to 299 million people in 2025. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about independent blood sugar monitoring in Ampah Village II The working area of Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. The target in this community service activity is people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes) aged 52 to 72 years in the work area of the Ampah Health Center. The implementation of community service activities was carried out in November 2018. The place of implementation of this community service is in the village of Ampah II, the work area of the Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a major health problem in Indonesia. Community participation is a key component of DHF control. The group of schoolchildren is part of a group of people who can play a strategic role, considering the number is very much around 20% of the population. Through this Jumantik, the elementary school children are trained as a mosquito larva (jumantik) in their school. Objective: Establishment of larva monitoring group (Jumantik) and implementation of mosquito nest eradication activity at home and at school Method: A community service activity is conducted by recruiting and providing the training for Jumantik School Children and the teachers. Before the training, the students were given with the pre-test. After the training, the students followed the post-test and were given the mosquito eradication kit to undertake the mosquito larva monitoring at school and home. Result: As much as nine elementary students and three teachers were formed as jumantik volunteers from three different elementary schools namely Malewang, Palleko and Pangembang . The result of pre-test of 9 students, the average score of 8.67 (maximum points 15) with the highest score 11 and the lowest score 6. While the post test results obtained an average value of 11, 89 with the highest value 14 and the lowest value 10. The forms of activity for this program were: establishment of Jumatik school children, distribution of mosquito eradication kit, distribution of leaflet and stickers as the media of health promotion, provision of certificate of training of Jumantic school children and the teachers, the establishment of Plan of Action (POA) of the program and the production of second-hand good products. Conclusion and Suggestion: There are six activities that was implemented in this community service activity. It is suggested that the school to carry out routine activities according to the POA that has been agreed and the community health center can supervise the activity undertaken by the Jumantik school children. Keywords: Jumantik, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, school children, mosquito eradication

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various impacts on the community's economy, especially for Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) owner. Various impacts felt by the UMKM owner have affected their psychological health such as the emergence of stress, anxiety, fear, and symptoms of depression. Therefore, this Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat (PKM) activity aims to help UMKM to be able to maintain psychological health in stressful situations during the pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out online. The implementation of PKM is held in the form of an interactive webinar through the presentation of material related to stress and its management. The activity was attended by a psychologist, accompanying students, and two owners of UMKM. Based on the implementation of community service activities, it can be concluded that providing education around stress-management could help participants gain new knowledge about stress and also able to experience the benefit of stress-management technique such as relaxation exercises that could manage the stress they experience.Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Beragam dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengusaha UMKM telah mempengaruhi kesehatan psikologis seperti timbulnya stres, cemas, rasa takut, dan gejala depresi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM tetap dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis dalam situasi stres di masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring. Pelaksanaan PKM diselenggarakan dalam bentuk webinar secara interaktif melalui pemaparan materi terkait stres dan cara pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh seorang psikolog, mahasiswa pendamping, dan dua pengusaha UMKM. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaparan materi terkait stres membantu peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai stres. Kemudian latihan relaksasi yang dilakukan pada saat webinar ditemukan bermanfaat untuk mengelola stres yang dialami oleh para peserta.

Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.

Social entrepreneurship can be a solution or model of community empowerment, especially women, in the handicraft industry. The handicraft industry was chosen because it was indicated in demand by the Bogor community and potentially contributed to the absorption of Bogor manpower and investment.  Based on this, community service activities are conducted on two target communities / partners, consisting of Children of Putri Bunda Orphanage, Dramaga and Mothers of PKK Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang District with the aim of forming Social entrepreneurship as a model of women empowerment through making the accessories based on patchwor.  The activity is done through several stages, which begins with socialization, held the training, after the entrepreneur walk, conducted assistance. The result of this community service activity is the formation of entrepreneur or business to make accessories made from woven waste patchwork.  Social entrepreneurship can be a solution to the improvement of the economy through community empowerment, especially women.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

The problem faced by students is at the production stage, namely the problem of product labeling. Until now labeling was done simply or without labeling. If students can design their own product labels, of course this will add to the selling value of the product. The existence of labels and brochures also add value to the promotion of student products. The aim of this mentoring activity is to provide training and graphic design assistance to students of SMK. The steps of this community service activities are observations, socialization, graphic design training, assistance in making labels and brochures for student entrepreneurial products, as well as evaluating and reflecting on service activities. The result of this service activity was in the form of training and graphic design assistance for students. All of the activities was well done . This can be seen from the number of students who participated in training and mentoring for three days. In addition, there are positive responses from teachers and students that have an impact on the success of this graphic design training and assistance. This can be seen from the results of student designs that are attractive and can be used as a commercial tool.
