Hypertension is one of the main problems in public health in Indonesia and the world. It is estimated that around 80% of cases of hypertension occur mainly in developing countries in the year 2025 from a total of 639 million cases in 2000. Problems faced by partners at this time include people in the village of Prevention rarely conducted health counseling by the Puskesmas especially about Hypertension, none Posyandu for the elderly and the community rarely exercise regularly. This community service activity was carried out in the village of Enforcement which is one of the villages located in Pelawan sub-district, Sarolangun District, Jambi. Time of implementation in February 2018. The target is the elderly.The methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. The results of this program is prevention for parents where they are able to understand of  the management and prevention of hypertension. It is recommended for Health Officers, especially in Puskesmas, to activate posyandu for the elderly so that the elderly can get health services regularly and get more information about health problems.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease that attacks several joints, the synovium, which occurs in the inflammatory process that causes damage to the joints. The problem faced by partners is that most elderly people still do not understand rheumatism management properly such as a healthy diet, the importance of maintaining body weight to avoid obesity and have not understood traditional rheumatoid management with lemongrass therapy. This community service activity has been conducted at the Tresna Werdha Social Institution in Jambi City in December 2018. The method used a survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approach. The results achieved are the implementation of health counseling in the elderly about rheumatoid management, demonstration of lemongrass therapy therapy and conducting pain scale measurements before and after therapy

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Pengabdian masyarakat berjudul Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Kader Posyandu Lansia di Desa Cimuning Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimuning bertujuan untuk </em><em>membangun kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan pada usia lanjut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu </em><em>pendekatan persuasive dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu (1) melakukan pendekatan persuasive kepada masyarakat sebagai kader posyandu, (2) Penyuluhan kesehatan/ceranah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, dan simulasi, (3) pemeriksaan fisik (4) serta pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil pemeriksaan isik kesehatan masyarakat lanjut usia. Di kelurahan Cimuning baru terbentuk 8 Posyandu Lansia dari 26 RW yang ada, sehingga perlu dibentuk lagi posyandu lansia pada RW yang belum memiliki posyandu lansia. Dengan demikian Program Kerja Sama Mitra (PKM) dalam pengabdian masyarakat menawarkan solusi antara lain dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia. Kegiatannya antara lain: Sosialisasi pentingnya posyandu lansia melalui Forum Kelurahan/RW, rekrutmen dan pelatihan kader posyandu lansia, layanan posyandu lansia, penyuluhan kesehatan, PMT, penimbangan, vitamin dan permainan-permainan yg menyenagkan dan menyehatkan, peningkatan kesehatan, komunikasi interpersonal yang bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar. </em><em>Kesimpulan</em><em> bahwa </em><em>pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia kelurahan Cimuning sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kualitas hidup lansia pelayanan kesehatan lansia di posyandu.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci :<em> Lansia, Pengabdian, Posyandu</em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Community service titled Training and Assistance for Elderly Posyandu Cadres in Cimuning Village Cimuning Health Center Work Area aims to build public awareness about health in old age. The method of implementing this community service activity is a persuasive approach with stages of implementation, namely (1) carrying out a persuasive approach to the community as a posyandu cadre, (2) health education / interactive stories, group discussions, questions and answers, and simulations, (3) physical examinations ( 4) as well as recording and reporting the results of health examinations for the elderly. The elderly posyandu services emphasize promotive and preventive services without ignoring curative and rehabilitative efforts. In Cimuning Village, only 8 Elderly Integrated Healthcare Center was formed from 26 existing RWs, so it is necessary to re-establish elderly Integrated Healthcare Center for RWs that do not yet have elderly Integrated Healthcare Center. Therefore the Partnership Cooperation Program in community service offers solutions including, among others, training and mentoring for elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres. The activities socialization of the importance of Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly through the Village Office Forum, recruitment and training of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, elderly Integrated Healthcare Center services, health counseling, supplementary feeding, weighing, vitamins and games that are fun and healthy, improving health, interpersonal communication in collaboration with surrounding communities. The Conclusion that the training and assistance of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in Cimuning Village are very useful in improving the health status and quality of life of elderly health services in the Integrated Healthcare Center.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:<em> Integrated Healthcare Center, Elderly, Devotion</em></strong></p>

Elderly integrated service pos is an integrated service post for elderly people (elderly) in a certain area that has been agreed by society. Cadres integrated service post have an important role in mobilizing elderly to come to integrated service post. In  Village of Suka Raya the number of elderly as many as 338 people from the total population 4291 people. Activity Posyandu elderly in Villege of Suka Raya less desirable by elderly who really need basic health services, so many elderly in the Village of Suka Raya experiencing health disturbances. This community service uses methods of counseling, training, application and assistance in the use of infrared addressed at cadres integrated service post in Village of Suka Raya. The aim of this Community Service is that integrated service post cadres understand and are able to provide maximum service to the elderly who come to integrated service post. The results of this Community Service show that there is an increase in elderly visits to integrated service post by 30%. It is expected that integrated service post cadres and elderly families can participate actively in helping to increase the elderly visit to the integrated service post of elderly.

Ranah Singkuang is one of 10 villages classified as stunting villages in the Kampar regency area with a percentage of 24%. The Kampar District Government has done prevention programs on stunting condition from 2018 to 2019. If not treated immediately, the condition of stunting will affect the quality of human resources in the future. The condition of stunting causes children not to grow normally, low IQ, susceptible to infectious diseases as a result of low productivity, and difficulty competing in the world of work. The purpose of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge to the community in Ranah Singkuang village, increasing the knowledge and ability of village community in terms of processing various kinds of fish-based products that have high nutritional values that are salable in the market in order to boost the community’s economy, provide knowledge about children's health by providing education to the community and training children's healthy menus so that their appetite increases. The result achieved from this community service activity are that the community understands more about the importance of nutrition for toddlers especially before the age of 1000 days and the community can process fish-based food, so that stunting problems in the village can be prevented.

ABSTRAKHipertensi di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian yang serius karena merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 3 setelah stroke dan tuberculosis. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya angka penderita hipertensi di Indonesia, pemerintah merumuskan berbagai kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan untuk lansia agar derajat dan mutu kesehatan lansia penderita hipertensi dapat meningkat. Salah satunya yaitu dengan mencanangkan pelayanan kesehatan pada lansia melalui beberapa jenjang. Pelayanan di tingkat masyarakat dilakukan oleh Posyandu Lansia. Uraian situasi di atas merupakan dasar mengapa perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan kader posyandu lansia untuk pencegahan hipertensi dan komplikasinya di Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi dan komplikasinya serta, memberikan pelatihan pemerikasaan tekanan darah bagi kader. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh kader kesehatan di wilayah Kecamatan Purwosari. Lokasi ini dipilih mengingat kasus hipertensi di wilayah ini masih cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan sambutan hangat dari peserta. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya peserta yang aktif dalam diskusi dan mengajukan pertanyaan. Setelah sesi diskusi pemateri malakukan post test secara lisan kepada peserta, dalam post test yang dilakukan 100% peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dengan benar. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari kegiatan ini seluruh peserta cukup aktif dalam kegiatan ini dan tidak meninggalkan tempat sampai acara selesai. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan  masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dapat lebih maksimal setelah diadakan kegiatan ini diukur dengan hasil apersepsi dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kader, Hipertensi ABSTRACTHypertension in Indonesia requires serious attention because it is the 3rd cause of death after stroke and tuberculosis In line with the increasing number of hypertension sufferers in Indonesia, the government has formulated various health service policies for the elderly so that the degree and quality of health of elderly people with hypertension can increase. One of them is by implementing health services for the elderly through several levels. Services at the community level are provided by the Elderly Posyandu. The description of the situation above was the basis of why it is necessary to empower elderly Posyandu cadres for the prevention of hypertension and its complications in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The form of this community service activity was in the form of providing education about hypertension and its complications as well as providing training in blood pressure checks for cadres. The subjects in this activity were all Health Cadres in the Purwosari District area. This location was chosen considering that there were still many cases of hypertension in this region. This service activity received a warm welcome from the participants. This is evidenced by the large number of participants who are active in the discussion and asking questions. After the discussion session the speaker performs a post test orally to the participants, in the post test 100% participants were able to answer the questions presented by the speaker correctly. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity was that all participants were quite active in this activity and do not leave the venue until the event was over. Efforts to increase public knowledge about hypertension can be maximized after this activity was measured by the results of apperception and evaluation. Keywords: Empowerment, Cadres, Hypertension

Nutritional anemia is a lack of hemoglobin levels in the blood caused by a lack of nutrients needed for the formation of Hb. If a woman who has anemia will be very difficult when she is pregnant and giving birth. This can cause babies born with low weight (less than 2500 grams). In addition, anemia can also result in the death of both the mother and baby during labor. Anemia is one of the health problems throughout the world, especially developing countries. INTRODUCTION TO THE GEOMETRY FORM OF EARLY AGE CHILDREN AND LOW-CLASS SCHOOL THROUGH ORIGAMI. Geometry is one of the subjects of mathematics taught from elementary school to the upper secondary level and continued in college. Geometry is also a mathematical subject that has a relationship with the real world or the world that is close to students. Introducing geometry to children is not necessary when children are in formal education, but they can get closer to geometry early. Limitation of geometry that can be given to early childhood is only on form recognition. The process is different, namely by entering the world of children or the world of the play. One that is relevant to accommodating this process is origami. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to introduce geometric forms to early childhood through the game of origami. This activity was carried out in the village of Urang, Kec. Melak Kab. Manggarai NTT. The method used in this PKM activity is training that begins with a presentation. The results obtained from this activity indicate a change in choosing a game, as well as the existence of basic geometric abilities that can recognize geometric shape objects.

ABSTRAK Covid-19 adalah virus baru penyebab penyakit saluran pernafasan. Untuk mendukung program pemerintah dalam upaya memutus rantai penularan Covid-19 perlu partisipasi dan dukungan dari masyarakat. Menjaga imunitas sangat penting terutama ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dalam pencegahan covid 19. Upaya promosi kesehatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode dan media yang dapat disesuaikan dengan sasaran. Cara efektif dalam pendekatan kelopok adalah dengan metode ceramah dan alat bantu yaitu leaflet. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan lansia tentang covid 19 di desa Kedungan, Pedan, Klaten. Kata kunci: Lansia, imunitas, covid 19  ABSTRACT Covid-19 is a new virus that causes respiratory disease. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Depression disorder ranks second in the burden of disease in the world in 2020. Data from Riskesdas, the prevalence of depression in Indonesia is 6.1 per mile and only 9% are undergoing medical treatment. Depression prevalence in Jambi 1.8 per mile. As many as 40% of people with depression have suicidal ideation, and about 15% are successful at it. The purpose of the implementation of this community service activity is to increase community participation, especially for elderly posyandu cadres in early detection of risks and symptoms and prevention of depression in advanced , simulation, pre and post test, with the target of cadres at the post Yandu elderly, amounting to 30 people. The outcome of this community service activity is the empowerment of cadres about depression, the risk of depression, early detection and prevention of depression. The results obtained are that the understanding of cadres has increased from an average value of 52.8 to 81.8 regarding detection of risk factors and symptoms and prevention of depression in the elderly. and symptoms and prevention of depression. Conclusion: Community service activities provide benefits to increase cadres understanding and increase cadre participation in early detection of risks and symptoms and prevention of depression. Health cadres are expected to carry out further screening of all elderly people in their area so that further action can be taken in order to meet the welfare of the elderly

Dengue is unquestionably one of the biggest health concerns in India and for many other developing countries. Unfortunately, many people have lost their lives because of it. Every year, approximately 390 million dengue infections occur around the world among which 500,000 people are seriously infected and 25,000 people have died annually. Many factors could cause dengue such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, inadequate public health, and many others. In this paper, we are proposing a method to perform predictive analytics on dengue’s dataset using KNN: a machine-learning algorithm. This analysis would help in the prediction of future cases and we could save the lives of many.
