Human resources are the main resources in an organization that functions as the main organization and the activities of the organization as well as one of the main spearheads for each organization's operations. And besides increasing human resources also required aspects of the company that are needed to provide knowledge well to carry out the direction of the organization. The purpose of this study was to study the partial and simultaneous interaction of work discipline variables, work experience, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. This quantitative study used a sampling technique of 107 participants. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire interviews with all respondents using a Likert scale as a measurement scale and SPSS Version 22 as a data processing application. As a result of the T-Test, the partial variables of work coordination, work experience, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. And results of the F Test states that simultaneous work variables and positive and significant work experience on employee performance, work experience, and simultaneous organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI  KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DIPUSKESMAS KEMBAYAN KECAMATAN KEMBAYAN  KABUPATEN SANGGAU KAPUAS) NURUL HUDAProgram Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas EkonomiUniversitas Tanjungpura   ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance, (2) Knowing and testing the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Puskesmas Kembayan. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. Human resources (HR) matters are important in an organization, the existence of fair and satisfying treatment in HR in the organization can create maximum performance of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The number of samples used amounted to 44 respondents using probabilty sampling method with random sampling technique. The data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership, motivation, and organization at Warung Mina Peguyangan are good, then the performance of employees at Warung Mina Peguyangan also increases.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at UPTD Baltekkomdik Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Data collection of this study through the distribution of questionnaires to 26 respondents using total sampling technique, where the entire sample population. Based on the result of research indicate that variable of Leadership Style T count equal to 7,951> T table 1,688 and level of significance T smaller than 0,05 (sig. 0,000 <0,05) hence Ha accepted. While the Organizational Culture variable T count is 0.699 0,05) then H0 is accepted. can be partially inferred leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture partially no significant effect on employee performance.

The performance of an employee plays an essential role in an organization because it contributes to the achievement of the performance of every organizational function. Several previous studies showed that human resource competencies and organizational culture can affect employee performance. This study aimed to test and analyze the competencies of human resources and organizational culture on employee performance at Bio Farma both partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to employees of Bio Farma with samples taken of 300 employees. The research results were tested using path analysis. The results show that human resource competencies and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at Bio Farma, either partially or simultaneously.

ABSTRACTIn the temporary observation the performance of employees in BPR was still low, less activities of service. As for example the credit administration did not only perform their own duties but also did the transfer, and there were still employees who came late and, there were employees who did not finish the job on time, some employees still looked relaxed in doing the job. So it could be concluded that the performance of employees in PD. BPR was still low. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PD. BPR Kuningan.This research used a quantitative approach and survey method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Sample and population was employees in PD. BPR Kuningan, amounting to 89 people. Data collection used questionnaires. The validity test and reliability test of data collection were carried out, the results of instrument test stated that the instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis was used to find out to what extent of influence among variables.The result of this research showed that: (1) both compensation and organizational culture had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture had positive and significant effect to employees� performance.Compensation and organizational culture needed to be improved and maintained on the performance of employees so that the tasks and objectives of the agency could be achieved in accordance with expectations and achieve satisfactory results.�Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Employees� Performance�ABSTRAKPada pengamatan sementara kinerja pegawai yang terjadi di BPR masih rendah dilihat, kurang berjalanya pelayanan. Seperti misalnya bagian administrasi kredit selain melakukan tugasnya sendiri juga merangkap bagian transfer, dan masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat serta, masih adanya pegawai yang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu, pegawai masih terlihat santai dalam mengerjakan pekerjaanya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dan populasi yaitu pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya, hasil uji intrumen menyatakan bahwa hasil intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan budaya organisasi perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan atas kinerja pegawainya agar tugas dan tujuan instansi tersebut dapat dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan.�Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

This research aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating as  a mediating variable at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The population in this study are all government civil at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari totalling 62 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. Methods oof data collection were used questionnaire. Technique of data anlysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effects on employee commitment, and commitment organizational as a partial mediate of the effects organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work rotation on employee performance RSUD Ciawi. The method used is the method of associative research, data collection in the form of observation, interview, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The correlation used in this study is Rank Spearman correlation, with the number of samples of 55 (fifty five) people. The results showed that the correlation between work rotation variables and employee performance variable was 0.490 in medium relations category, and significant. Significant means the correlation is significant at the level / level of 1%. In this study work rotation affect performance as much as 24.01%. Suggestions in this study that need to be improved again on the dimension of experience, rotation should be done based on the length of time and work experience, because the experience of employees will affect with the work of employees. And should be in the work rotation more tailored to the background of employees. Keywords: Job Rotation, Employee Performance, Structural Employee
