This study aims to determine the profile of academic burnout, social support, and academic engagement and find out how much the contribution of academic burnout and social support to academic engagement in UBP Karawang students. The research population of 4,825 people, drawn from three forces, this is because UBP has only three forces. So the sample size is 354 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. Based on the results of this test the hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a contribution of academic burnout and social support to academic engagement in Karawang UBP students have a negative relationship direction, meaning that if academic burnout increases and social support decreases then academic engagement decreases. The contribution of academic burnout and social support variables contributed 24.9% to academic engagement, so it can be seen that 75.1% can be influenced by other variables   Keywords: Academic Engagement, Social Support, Academic Burnout.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil academic burnout, dukungan sosial, dan academic engagement serta mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi academic burnout dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic engagement pada mahasiswa UBP Karawang. Populasi penelitian sebesar 4.825 orang, yang diambil dari tiga angkatan, hal ini dikarenakan UBP baru memiliki tiga angkatan. Sehingga sample sizenya dalah 354 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional stratified random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ini hipotesis diterima karena menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Sehinga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kontribusi academic burnout dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic engagement pada mahasiswa UBP Karawang memiliki arah hubungan negatif, artinya jika academic burnout meningkat dan dukungan sosial menurun maka academic engagement menurun. Kontribusi variabel academic burnout dan dukungan sosial memiliki kontribusi sebesar 24,9% terhadap academic engagement, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 75,1% dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Current competitive environment induced by 4.0 industrial revolution has forced companies to focus on managing service to customer by provide added value to customers, so that it will increase competitiveness. This study aims to find out and analyze impact of service quality and service innovations on competitive advantage. Analysis method is descriptive statistical and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS software. The sampling Technique was purposive sampling with combination cluster proportional stratified random sampling, the instrument to collect the data was questionnaire with manager, supervisor or employee of retailing. The results indicate that the service quality and service innovations impact on competitive advantage.

Abundant anxiety in athletes causes emotional disorder so their attention focus is torn at the moment. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between anxiety in facing the match and achivementcentered motivation of fence athletes in Jakarta. The research population is 60 fencers in Jakarta that fulfill the characteristics using random sampling technique and used-try out. The instrument is using Likert scale, including anxiety questionnaire in facing matches for 66 items and achivement motivation questionnaire in 48 items. The data analysis is using SPSS 7.5. The correlation technique of Product Moment Karl Pearson is for validity test, meanwhile Alpha Cronbach technique for reliability analysis. The result of this research is that there is significant relationship between anxiety facing matches and motivation of fencers in Jakarta. However, the relationship is negative, which means the more anxiety in facing matches, the less achievement motivation ofthe fencers; and vice versa.

This research is motivated by the existence of parents who educate their children in excessive ways and will lead their children to negative influences in the future. The attitude of the parents is thought to be related to the child's independence. This study aims to examine the contribution between parents' attitudes and children's independence at SM Aur 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency. This research uses quantitative correlational type method. The research population was VIII grade students of SMPN 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency with a total of 195 respondents, a sample of 130 respondents, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that there was a contribution between parents' attitudes and children's independence at SM Aur 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency which was equal to (R 4.1% and significant rtable 0.021). This means that the level of independence of a child is not only influenced by the attitude of parents, but there are still many other factors that influence.

The study primarily aims to determine which domain of social support significantly influences the personal resilience of government employees. The study utilized a descriptive correlational design and employed a survey method to attain the research objectives. The selected respondents were the 210 government employees who were selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The researchers made use of the pilot-tested and enhanced adapted questionnaires. The statistical tools used were mean, pearson r and regression. As reflected on the results, social support and personal resilience of government employees obtained different mean scores but both belong to high descriptive levels. Further, it was found out that there is a significant relationship between social support and the personal resilience of government employees. Furthermore, it was found that social support significantly influences personal resilience having three out of four domains contributed to its significant influence. Lastly, it was emotional support emerged as the best predictor in this study.   Keywords: public administration, social support, personal resilience, emotional support, Philippines

This research is motivated by the problems students face regarding interpersonal communication in school. Self-confidence and parental social support are considered factors that could facilitate this problem. The purpose of this study therefore was to determine the extent to which self-confidence and social support of parents contribute to interpersonal communication. This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method and the population assessed were 73 students of SMP N 4 Batusangkarf selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were self-confidence, parental social support and interpersonal communication. Data was collected using the Likert scale model and analyzed using multiple regression method. The results show a significant (58.1%) relationship between self-confidence and social support of parents with interpersonal communication.

Study habit (attending lectures, reading books, visiting library, and facing examination) plays an important role in determining academic achievement. The objectives of this study were to analyze the correlation between study habits and academic achievement and analyze the indicators that were most significantly correlated with students’ academic achievement. The study was conducted at the Biology Department of FMIPA UNNES in February - March 2018. The sample of respondents consisted of students of the Biology Department of academic years 2014, 2015 and 2016. A total of 308 students were taken as the sample using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data was taken using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using the path analysis method assisted by SmartPLS. The results of the data analysis showed that the indicators of study habit have a significant correlation to the students’ academic achievement of Biology Department. The correlation coefficient values of study habit indicators from high to low were reading books, attending lectures, facing exams, and visiting the library. This study showed that the habit of reading books had the most significant correlation. It is suggested to conduct the experimental research which is related to the effectiveness of reading habit.

The research purpose to: (1) describe the game addiction on the student, (2) describe the student motivation, (3) find out the correlation between game addiction with student motivation. The research methodology was quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlational. The research population was 739 students of SMP N 25 Padang academic year 2013/2014. The research sample was 266 students selected by stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.870 (game addiction) and 0.861 (learn motivation). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and Product Moment Correlation. The research results showed that: (1) game addiction students in general are at the high category, (2) learn motivation students in general are at a high enough category, (3) there is a significant negative correlation between game addiction with students motivation, with a correlation coefficient of -0.301. Implications in guidance and counseling will discussed.

Weaning at less</em><em> </em><em>than 2 years of age can cause problems in children such as incidence of infectious diseases, especially increased diarrhea, nutritional effects that lead to malnutrition in children and cause the relationship of children and mothers is reduced </em><em>closeness </em><em>because bounding attachment process is disrupted. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge  and  attitude  of  the  mother  with  the  decision  of  weaning  time  in</em><em> </em><em>Tangkerang Timur Work Area Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. This research was conducted in </em><em>Mei</em><em>-</em><em>J</em><em>uni 2017 and this research using research type is quantitative data with research design  using  cross  sectional.  Sampling  technique  using  Stratified  random  sampling, population in this study amounted to 368 people and samples 18</em><em>4</em><em> p</em><em>e</em><em>ople in East Tangkerang Village. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The result of this research is can be concluded that there is significant relation between knowledge with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05), there is significant relation between attitude with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05). Mothers exclusively breastfeed to their babies until 6 months of age and and continue with breastfeeding until 24 months of age.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p>Waktu penyapihan yang baik dilakukan pada usia anak mencapai 2 tahun. Penyapihan yang dilakukan pada usia kurang dari 2 tahun dapat menyebabkan masalah pada anak seperti insiden penyakit infeksi terutama diare meningkat, pengaruh gizi yang mengakibatkan malnutrisi  pada  anak  dan  menyebabkan  hubungan  anak  dan  ibu  berkurang  keeratannya karena proses bounding attachment terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan keputusan waktu penyapihan di Keluraan Tangkerang Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni tahum 2017 dan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian adalah data kuantitatif dengan  desain penelitian menggunakan  cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan Stratified random sampling, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 368 orang dan sampel 184 orang di Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur. Analisa yang diunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan waktu penyapihan (p-value 0,000&lt; 0,05), ada   hubungan   bermakna   antara   sikap   dengan   waktu   penyapihan   (p-value   0,000   &lt;0,05). Diharapkan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayinya sampai usia 6 bulan dan dan dilanjutkan dengan MPASI sampai usia 24 bulan.</p>

This study aimed to identify various hazard risks which are related to children in schools. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used was four stage stratified random sampling, with 329 elementary schools as the sample. The results identified various dangerous situations which are related to children and schools ranging from infectious diseases, natural disasters, violence against children and the dangers due to the absence of adequate safety at school. Dangers from natural disasters which could be identified were earthquake, volcano, flood, hurricane landslide, and drought as well as potential biological hazards such as contagion and caterpillar outbreak. Additionally, the dangers related to violence against children were fighting, extortion, physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, bullying, and stealing. Related to safety aspects at schools, there were dangerous situations caused by the activities of the children themselves which caused injuries, or other technical causes, such as fire, falling buildings/falling trees, food poisoning, and infectious diseases.
