The article discusses modern digital tools that can help hotel companies improve the quality of services provided and improve the efficiency of promotion. The authors identified the main trends in changing the behavior of the population under the influence of external and internal factors in the development of the hotel business, identified the leading digital technologies in the hotel business, presented their hierarchy, identified digital technologies as part of the hotel business product. The article also substantiates the use of digital technologies in hotel promotion and shows the effectiveness of introducing key digital tools into the activities of enterprises in the hospitality industry. It is concluded that digital technologies improve the quality of hotel services and increase hotel brand awareness. When selecting certain technologies, it is necessary to accurately determine the goals that the technology will cover, to research your target audience, the market of competitors, take into account that the hiring of competent specialists or a consulting firm will be in demand for the implementation of digital technologies in a hotel.

The article discusses the features of the provision of public services in electronic form. The dynamics of the provision of public services in the Republic of Tatarstan is given. A review of the existing methodologies for assessing the quality of the provision of electronic public services is given. The authors’ methodology for assessing the quality of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form is proposed. An authorized executive body has been identified which is responsible for organizing the assessment of the quality of services. Formulas of individual indicators of the technique are developed. As an example, the assessment of the provision of the public service “Providing information obtained in the course of accounting for reclaimed land” is calculated. A polygon of the effectiveness of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form is proposed. Measures to eliminate identified deficiencies in the provision of services are proposed. The authors make the conclusion about the importance of assessing the quality of services and the relevance of the proposed methodology.

The article discusses the problems of implementing state policy in the field of school education and preschool sphere. The article analyzes the results of a sociological study on the example of the educational services market Leningrad region. The results of a sociological study allow us to identify certain shortcomings in the organization of public services at the municipal level of government. The article discusses such aspects of organizing a competitive environment in the field of education as the number of organizations in the market, the representation of organizations in the market, the quality of services, price and the choice of organization. The results of the study allow us to note that more than a third of respondents are satisfied with the quality of services, and the choice of organization, and pricing policy. At the same time, the majority of respondents express certain doubts about these indicators, which is expressed in a small amount of differences between negative and positive values. The results of the study allow us to state the relevance of research on the quality of the organization of the provision of services in the field of preschool education, additional education of children, the market of psychological and pedagogical support services for children with disabilities. Studies show the high importance that households in the Leningrad Region attach to the education sector. This study allows us to identify areas of managerial impact to local authorities regulating these services. Monitoring the state of the market for services in the field of school and preschool education makes it possible to identify problem organizations and directions for solving social and economic problems in the field of educational organization. The education sector for all modern states is an important political component, the accessibility and universality of education is a constitutional indicator of the status - “social”, “rule of law”. 


Thus study aimed to determine the effect of brand awareness and quality of services to repeat purchase simultaneously, determine the effect of brand awareness to purchase again partially determine the effect of service quality on repeat purchase partially determine the effect of the perception of consumer trust in the repurchase partially, determine the effect of brand awareness to purchase again through the perception of consumer trust and determine the effect of service quality on repeat purchases through the perception of consumer trust. The study was conducted at the customer PT. Kreasi Langit. Sampling using accidental sampling involving 94 consumers. Analysis of data using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of brand awareness and service quality affect the simultaneous re-purchase. Variable brand awareness, quality of service and the perception of trust affect the partial repurchase. Kaulitas influence brand awareness and service to re-purchase confidence through the perception is greater than the direct effect so that it can be said that the perceptions of trust variables have an impact on the increase in repeat purchases.

The article discusses possible options for improving the quality parameters of the provision of state and municipal services, achieving the target indicators for their provision. A methodology has been considered that allows us to analyze the level of public satisfaction with the quality of the services offered, assess the degree of achievement of target values using a representative sociological survey, use control purchases and focus groups to obtain the most important public and municipal services for society. The author’s vision is proposed to supplement the methodology with an integral coefficient, which allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the country's population satisfaction with the customer focus of state and municipal services. The need for improving the mechanism for the provision of services using digital tools, artificial intelligence and the formation of a single automated base of public utilities was identified and justified by an example.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the direct and indirect effects of the quality of services provided and brand awareness on the purchase intention of tenants with event activities as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 184 respondents and 160 responses have been used in this paper. The measure of “Service Quality” uses five questions, “brand awareness” uses five questions, “event” uses five questions, “purchase intention” uses five questions. In some items, this question is measured using the five-point Likert-Type. Based on the four hypotheses in this paper that have been tested, that service quality is significantly able to provide a positive influence on purchase intention through event activities and brand awareness can significantly have a positive effect on purchase intention directly through event activities. Event activities have a positive influence on purchase intention. Tujuan dari makalah ini bertujuan untuk dapat meneksplorasi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari kualitas jasa yang diberikan dan brand awareness pada purchase intention penyewa dengan kegiatan event sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 184 responden dan 160 tanggapan telah digunakan dalam makalah ini. Ukuran “Service Quality” menggunakan lima butir pertanyaan, “brand awareness” menggunakan lima butir pertanyaan, “event” menggunakan lima butir pertanyaan, “purchase intention” menggunakan lima butir pertanyaan. Dalam beberapa butir pertanyaan ini diukur dengan menggunakan lima titik Linkert-Type. Berdasarkan dari empat hipotesis dalam makalah ini yang telah diuji, bahwa service quality secara signifikan mampu memberikan pengaruf yang bersifat positif terhadap purchase intention melalui kegiatan event dan brand awareness mampu secara signifikan mampu memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention secara langsung melalui kegiatan event. Kegiatan event memberi pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.

The welfare state rests upon a commitment to equality, such that the provision of services, and the type and quality of services that are provided, are not differentiated by class or other markers of unequal status. This article outlines the history of welfare state theorizing, beginning with a discourse that is likely to be most familiar to Anglophone audiences, which view the welfare state as emerging from a critical, and largely internal, interrogation of liberalism, with its commitment to juridical equality, individualism, and liberty. In much of continental Europe, where liberal ideas were less established, the idea of a welfare state emerged from a critical, and again largely internal, interrogation of socialism—more particularly, Marxism—with its commitment to solidarity, science, and positive freedom. Although discourse about the scope and structure of social policy continued to engage large issues of political philosophy, social scientists began to raise narrower and more technical questions about the effectiveness of the policies and programs of the welfare state.

The article presents the results of a study of accessibility and quality of services submitted by customers from socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NFOs). We describe a methodical approach to the assessment of the availability and quality of public services of NFOs on the basis of generalization of existing developments. The mass survey of consumers was conducted - clients of NFOs (July 2016) by quota sample (200 people in Tatarstan), including clients from NFOs working in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny. The study revealed high satisfaction of services by customers of SO NFOs, indicating that non-profit organizations have the potential to meet the needs of the population through the production of services. Obtained from respondents assessment of structure of SO NFOs services with a predominance of activities, information and educational services indicate of the possible development of social services related to the implementation of technologies of social work with different categories of population.

An important place in the system of correction of the mental state of people is occupied by the problem of assessing the quality of the provision of services in a medical institution. We disclose indicators for assessing the quality of social and psychological services in a day hospital “Lipetsk Regional Psychoneurological Hospital”. To expand the approaches to identifying the quality of services provided, we propose integrated assessment criteria in the activities of the day hospital. The opinion of the staff of a neuropsychiatric institution on the use of modern methods of treatment (therapy), attitude to the effectiveness of their work is studied. The attitude of persons with mental disorders to the conditions of stay and satisfaction with the services provided in the day hospital are revealed. In working with patients of this institution, an important place should be occupied by psychosocial work using methods of social therapy. The main focus of such work is associated with the development and restoration of social ties (with the family, work collective), as well as with the development of socially positive forms of behavior.

This article discusses trends in development of technologies at hospitality business in the conditions of economy digitalization. At the current time economy digitalization of the Russian Federation significantly affects hospitality industry, in particular, hotel automation associated with the use of modern technologies that improves the quality of customer service. This research focuses on such technologies as artificial intelligence, blockchain, augmented reality technologies, cloud technologies, analysis of speech scripts, face recognition technologies, voice assistants, and many others.The results of the study show that despite the fact that hotel business is successfully mastering modern digital technologies, only fulfillment of continuous data collection, processing, analysis and aggregation will allow the hospitality industry management to achieve one of their main goals, which is to better understand their customers and interact with them.
