Madrasah Diniyah is one of the very unique Islamic Education institutions, where its existence is an asset that is urgently needed in this contemporary era, the rapid development of technology and communication is not only positive but also affects the moral and spiritual crisis faced by generations current generation of millennials. The existence of the Diniyah Madrasah is expected to be able to make a positive contribution in overcoming the problem, but it is only necessary to implement quality management in the Diniyah Madrasah because in reality there are still many shortcomings in the Islamic Early Madrasas, still impressed as they are and traditional Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of the Madrasah Diniyah in this contemporary era. With more professional management, the use of strategies that prioritize creativity is in accordance with the state of society's culture and needs to be supported by various factors, both internal and external so as to provide educational output in the form of generations of millennials who are virtuous, intellectual, skilled and charitable so can contribute to the glory of Islamic civilization, the nation and the State of Indonesia in the present and futureKeyword: Quality Management, Madrasa Diniyah

Стремительное развитие современного рынка образовательных услуг обусловливает необходимость детального исследования тенденций и закономерностей обучения на основе средств цифровой педагогики. Система создания и предоставления образовательных услуг определяется потребностью реализации оценки их качества. Актуальность проблемы обосновывается тем, что качество данных услуг обусловливает уровень интеллектуального потенциала государства, становится одной из важнейших предпосылок его экономической и политической стабильности, залогом конкурентоспособности на мировом рынке образовательных услуг. В статье проведен анализ цифрового обучения, его сущности, особенностей, преимуществ и потенциала в контексте образования, реализуемого в условиях цифровой экономики и информационного общества. Создание и развитие оптимальной системы сбора и обработки информации о качестве образования является на сегодняшний день одной из самых актуальных задач образовательной сферы. Обучение, построенное на основе применения средств цифровой педагогики, определяется как фактор модернизации образования и повышения качества образовательных услуг. Обращение к методам и формам цифровой педагогики, наряду с общепедагогическими подходами к обучению, позволяет оптимизировать учебно-воспитательный процесс и повысить качество предоставляемых образовательных услуг. The rapid development of the modern market of educational services necessitates a detailed study of trends and patterns of learning based on digital pedagogy. The system of creation and provision of educational services provides for the need to implement a systematic assessment of the quality of services provided by educational institutions. The relevance of this problem is justified by the fact that the quality of services determines the level of intellectual potential of the state, becomes one of the most important prerequisites for its economic and political stability, and guarantees competitiveness in the world market of educational services. The article analyzes digital learning, its essence, features, advantages and potential in the context of education implemented in the digital economy and information society. Creating and developing an optimal system for collecting and processing information about the state of the quality of education is one of the most urgent tasks of the educational sphere today. Training based on the use of digital pedagogy is justified as a factor in modernizing education and improving the quality of educational services. Using the methods and forms of digital pedagogy, along with general pedagogical approaches to learning, allows one to optimize the educational process and improve the quality of educational services provided.

This study discusses the revitalization of Islamic Education during the period of colonialism in the perspective of Kiai Hasyim Asy'ari, In order to know the extent to which various changes and developments in Islamic education should duly make us always encouraged to review and improve again the quality of self, for the improvement of quality and quantity of education Islam in Indonesia. Because basically Dari since the state of Indonesia was born in 1945, education has been the basis of one of the milestones of the nation's progress. Education is like a uterus in which there are genes with a neat composition with all the seeds of existing capabilities. Therefore there is a need for motivation in the business of potential excavation, direction and good planning in the development of education. From the results of research conducted do indicate from some thoughts K.H Hasyim Ash'ari who talked about education more emphasis on ethics education. Because ethics is more important than intelligence. Expertise in hadiths colored in the aspect of the education. The article defines the essence of the concept of "public management of education quality". The author emphasizes that public quality management of education is a practical activity of public authorities aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of quality educational process, satisfaction of citizens' rights to quality education, ensuring effective social development with appropriate resources in the field of education. Public administration is primarily a function of public authorities in the practical implementation of the course. It is substantiated that the state policy in the field of education is determined by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the central executive body in the field of education and science, other central executive bodies and local governments. First of all, in order to control and assess the quality of education, a public authority was established - the State Quality Service of Education of Ukraine. It is proved that ensuring the quality of education is one of the main conditions for mobility, compatibility and attractiveness of the education system of any country. The main tools and procedures of the state education quality management are singled out, in particular: licensing, accreditation, standardization, public accreditation of educational institutions, institutional audit, monitoring of education quality, attestation of pedagogical workers, certification of pedagogical workers, public supervision. It is determined that an important role in the quality management of education is given to the accreditation of educational programs. The procedure is to assess the educational program for its compliance with the standard of education, as well as the ability of the educational institution to ensure that students achieve the knowledge, skills and abilities required by the requirements of the educational program.

TQM should be applied to every Islamic education unit in order to encourage the quality of excellent service to stakeholders. Because, in today's sharp world of global competition, many people talk about "quality" especially related to jobs that produce products or services.  A result is made because there are those who need it, and those needs develop along with the quality demands of the users. Recognizing this task, SMPN 1 Dlanggu, which has achieved many achievements in various fields both academically and non-academically, continues to improve services for students by completing various learning facilities, qualified human resources (teachers and employees), and coordinating/collaborating with related institutions. In its implementation, TQM has an influence. Among them, student achievement is increasing. Not only in academics, but also non-academics, the enthusiasm of the community to send their children to SMPN 1 Dlanggu is increasing. There is a good relationship / cooperation between all residents of Dlanggu Middle School 1, both internally and externally to jointly improve school quality

Relevance: the need to analyze the competence-oriented educational process is determined by the rapid development of educational information technologies and their introduction into the educational process. In Ukraine, as well as in foreign countries, the competence-oriented educational process is gaining broad-based development. Much debate, both internationally and at the level of different countries, has been conducted on the competence-oriented approach to forming the content of education. The important step in the formation of competence is to identify the main areas of activity in which the future specialist will reach vital competence, that is, be prepared for life. Purpose: to identify the main threats to the formation of competence-oriented educational process and substantiate the strategic positions of its construction. Methods: analysis and synthesis – to find out the state and level of development of the studied problem; generalization – to formulate conclusions and recommendations on teachers' readiness to introduce the competence-oriented approach; diagnostic (questionnaire, conversation) – to study information about the state of readiness of pedagogical staff to use the competence-oriented educational process. Results: the main aspects of the implementation of the competence-oriented educational process are revealed, which should be laid down in branch programs, subjects, educational and methodical literature. The methodology of pedagogical influence on the level of content of the competence of educational process is substantiated. Strengths and weaknesses of implementation of the competence-oriented educational process are identified. Conclusions: the conducted SWOT-analysis of the competence-oriented educational process has allowed to identify urgent needs for the improvement of quality of educational environment, perfection of approaches to its development and introduction of new methods into the educational process.

Entering the past decade, the issue of quality has always been the talk of the actual, especially in the context of education management. Recognized or not, the quality of Islamic education institutions are still largely under the quality of education in general. Various attempts have been made and many of the concepts that have been applied, but everything seemed not bring significant improvement. "Total Quality Management (TQM) or Integrated Quality Management (MMT) as an effort to improve the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. Although at first the concept of MMT is only known in the industry, but the amazing success invite the interest of education experts, 3 to study it more deeply, formulate operational patterns of adoption, and to create a model in teknical to apply. This research was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Consideration is SMP Muhammadiyah I Gurgaon is one of the Islamic educational institutions (schools distinctively Islamic) 5 formal mission has always been to apply concepts of Quality Management (TQM). This study resulted in that SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok already implementing Total Quality Management in the management of education. However, the application of Total Quality Management in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok can be said is not fully maximized, in the sense that there are still some things that need to be evaluated together.

The article defines the essence of the quality management system of higher education, in particular the structure and functions. The author notes that it is the system of higher education that shapes human potential. It is determined that the development of the higher education system and improving its quality is a priority, a strategic goal of each state, as this development is associated with the development of the economy and society as a whole. It is proved that the modernization of the education system is aimed at ensuring its quality in accordance with the latest advances in science, culture and social practice. The quality of education is a national priority and a prerequisite for the national security of the state, compliance with international norms and requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the implementation of the right of citizens to education. In addition, it is explained that the number of requirements for higher education is growing every year, which leads to the need to create and implement a quality management system that is compatible with the existing ISO standard for free economic zones. The components of the quality assurance system of higher education according to this standard are given and the procedures that are implemented to improve it are indicated. It is noted that the state standard of higher education determines the list of qualifications of the relevant educational and qualification levels, the list of areas and specialties for which specialists are trained in the free educational and qualification levels, as well as requirements for educational levels of higher education. Seven principles of implementation of the Bologna system in Ukraine are given, and it is proved that the means of ensuring the quality of higher education are enshrined in the Bologna Declaration. It is determined that in order to control and improve affairs in the field of higher education, a state body was established — the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, whose goals are to guarantee the quality of services, recognize the quality of scientific results, ensure systemic impact. It is emphasized that quality education should be seen by the state and society as an instrument of social, cultural harmony and economic growth to build a competitive and strong state, and therefore the quality of higher education should be the subject of constant attention of researchers and reformers.
