The purpose of this study is to describe the shift process which is caused by applying certain translation techniques. The techniques are modulation, transposition, implication, and reduction by Molina and Albir (2002). The research used descriptive qualitative-quantitative method by applying purposive sampling technique. The source of the data was the text of Obama’s and Trump’s inauguration speech and their respective translations. There were 152 data in each inauguration speech. The data were the clause which contains the process type which is realized in verbal group in English and its translation. Based on the total of research data, 10 data or 6.57 % in Obama’s inauguration speech and 7 data or 4.60 % in Trump’s inauguration speech was obtained. The obtained data was changing or shifting in process type from the original text into the target text (Indonesian). So, the result of the research supports the theory that modulation, implication, explication, and reduction can cause the shift, especially in verbal group.

This research aims to analyze women’s participation in tourism activities in the Outer Baduy tribe, according to the tourism components consisting of attraction, amenity, accessibility, and ancillary (supporting factors). This research uses a qualitative research method, in which data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. This research involved 18 informants from several stakeholders, such as the tourism awareness group, handicraft producers, homestay and restaurant owners, government officers, and tourists who have visited the destination. Informants’ selection uses a purposive sampling technique. According to the tourism components, the research results show women’s participation in tourism activities in the Outer Baduy tribe, only two of four tourism components: attraction and amenity. In the attraction component, women possess more or less the same level of participation as men. However, in the amenity component, women may have a higher level of participation than men may. In the accessibility and ancillary (supporting factors) components, only men participation existed. The limited level of women’s participation is rooted deep and taken for granted in their culture. The women themselves do not dispute inequality and disparity because they consider their role as women in the domestic sector and not in the public sector.

The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction.
This study aims empirically to analyze the critical factors that impact the success of ERP system implementation in the public sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and to clarify the benefits gained from the implementation. The study used a detailed questionnaire as a measuring instrument across the sample group to measure two main variables, the first being critical success factors (CSFs), and the second whether ERP implementation was successful or not. The CSFs are top management commitment and support, ERP system matching organization, business process re-engineering, vendor support, and training users.
Those factors found to have a significant impact on ERP system implementation and the results illuminate the high level of success in implementing ERP systems. While simultaneously demonstrating that an organization with a functioning ERP system does not achieve the desired benefits by default, but rather the organization requires certain Critical Success Factors (CSFs) to be present and in effect for those benefits to be achieved.
