The culinary businesses increase in the establishment such as cafes in CityMojokerto indicates that the result of market demand for the culinary field which also continues to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of Price and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Dream Black Coffee cafe partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative approach research. The population in this study is Dream Black Coffee consumers. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling with a total sample of 125 people. Data collection techniques use a questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that Price and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Dream Black Coffee partially, this is seen from the significant value 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with a value of t count 3.831 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.221, while the price shows a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with a calculated value of 9,801 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.356. While simultaneously obtained the calculated F value of 53,441 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 so that it is concluded that price and store atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

To maintain market share, companies must be able to guarantee customer satisfaction so that customers become loyal. Companies need a brand image strategy or brand image so that it becomes the top of mind in the minds of consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Warung Griya Bebek and Ayam Goreng Nelongso Malang. Accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 respondents, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis shows that brand image has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. Other results show that brand image also has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

The increase in product market share cannot be separated from the connectivity of the marketing system and media used. Marketing channels play an important role in increasing sales both in the short and long term. This study aimed to determine the role of social media in increasing the market share of MSME products in Pematangsiantar City. The research design used a literature study and field study models using a qualitative approach with a one-shot model. The research location was in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The population in this study were MSME players scattered in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, so that a total sample size of 240 respondents were obtained. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study concluded that the use of social media was very dominant in MSME players in the micro sector and Instagram was one type of social media that was often used. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggested that the time factor was the basis for MSME players using social media as a medium for promoting their products.

The purposes of this study is to reveal : (1) the correlation between religiousity and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fihtrah, Surabaya, (2) the correlation between stress and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al fithrah, Surabaya, and (3) the correlation of religiousity, stress, and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al fithrah, Surabaya. The method of this study is a correlational quantitative by using three scales which are; religiousity scale, stress scale, and psychological well being scale. Researcher chose 77 students in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah, Surabaya and they were selected using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear reggresion analysis test. The result of this study showed that : (1) religiousity has significant correlation with psychological well being, with positive direction of correlation which can be seen from the level of significance which was 0,000 and the reggresion coefficients was 0,559 (2) stress has significant correlation with psychological well being in the negative direction of correlation which can be seen from the level of significance of 0.000 and the regression coefficient of -0,460; and (3) the Rsquare value is 0,593, which is mean that the 59,3% of variation in psychological well being is influenced by the religiousity and stres, and the rest of 40,7% is cause by another variable which is not measured in this research. The correlation between religiousity and stress with psychological well being is known having a significant correlation with 0,000 of significance value. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) hubungan antara religiusitas dan psychological well being remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya, (2) hubungan antara stres dan psychological well being remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya, dan (3) hubungan antara religiusitas dan stres dengan psychological well being pada remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Terdapat tiga skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni skala religiusitas, skala stres, dan skala psychological well being. Peneliti menggunakan sebanyak 77 santri Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya sebagai sampel penelitian yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) religiusitas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well being dengan arah hubungan yang positif yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi 0,559. (2) stres memiliki hubungan siginifikan dengan psychological well being dengan arah hubungan yang negatif yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,460. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,593; artinya sebesar 59,3% variasi pada psychological well being dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas dan stres, sisanya sebesar 40,7% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Hubungan antara religiusitas dan stres dengan psychological well being diketahui memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of price discount on impulse buying on Alfamart customers (2) the effect of bonus packs on impulse buying on Alfamart customers (3) the most dominant influence on impulse buying on Alfamart customers.  This research was conducted on all Alfamart customers in the city of Jambi.   This research includes relationship research using a quantitative approach.  The population in this study were all Alfamart customers in Jambi City.  The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people.  The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used is multiple regression.   The results showed that (1) there was a positive effect of price discount on impulse buying for Alfamart customers, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.087, significance of 0.04 <0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.250;  (2) there is a positive effect of bonus packs on impulse buying for Alfamart customers, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.556, a significance of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.426;  (3) the bonus pack has the most dominant effect on impulse buying with a regression coefficient value of 0.426, which is greater than the price discount regression coefficient of 0.250. The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  test  and  analyze  1)  Influence  simultaneously  variable  of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis 1) Pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 3) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Uji F, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah.
