In essence, social studies online learning innovation is an effort to meet thecontinuous improvement in the quality of the educational process, to meet thegrowing demands of society for education. Therefore, the innovation does notmean an increase in refinement and renewal of invention in the learning processthat is contrary to these principles which will quickly lag and will even becomean obstacle, change or delay in the innovation process. Thus innovation in socialstudies learning will be effectively carried out when indicated by the results ofevaluation and research in the field of social studies learning. Web-based learningwhich is popularly known as web-based treading or sometimes called web-basededucation can be defined as technology applications—web in the world of learningfor an educational process. In simple terms, it can be said that all learning byutilizing internet technology, and while the learning process is felt to occur bythose who follow it, this activity can be called web-based learning. Website media-based knowledge is part of the use of the internet in the world of education. It isa learning activity that utilizes website media that can be accessed via the internetnetwork. Website media-based learning is also a learning activity that uses mediasites (websites) that can be accessed through the internet network. Websitemedia-based learning or also known as web-based learning is one type ofapplication of electronic learning (e-learning). Website media-based knowledge ispart of the use of the internet in education and is a learning activity that utilizeswebsite media. which can be accessed via the internet network.

With the rapid growth of the Internet and the increasing popularity of the World Wide Web, web-based learning systems have become more and more popular. However, in general Web-based learning systems, learners may often get lost in the enormous educational materials (Eirinaki & Vazirgiannis, 2003; Murray, 2002). This kind of situation refers to a disorientation problem. In addition to the disorientation problem, general Web-based learning systems provide every learner with uniform course content and presentation without considering the different knowledge level of learners. Therefore, the course content may be insufficient or unnecessary for learners with different knowledge level. This kind of situation was referred to as cognitive-overhead problem by Murray (2002).

Container which is considered one of the greatest role in the world of information and communication technology is the internet. Generally, any person already have internet access, so the use of the Internet as a medium of information and knowledge to provide convenience. In the medical field utilizing the Internet as a means of interaction for the purposes of providing information to the public, which will then more often we refer to as a web-based information systems. In this case the web-based information system is a system that utilizes focused web method in a network the Internet is used as a means of interaction information, both in terms of service delivery schedule and type of specialist medical services.

The use of the Internet to deliver management education has increased dramatically over the last decade. Academic institutions and business organizations are harnessing technological advances to enable Web-based learning for individuals who are geographically dispersed across different physical locations. One source of learning for such individuals is their interaction with their dispersed peers. However, it is challenging for dispersed individuals to interact with each other and to learn from each other because of a lack of common context among them. This chapter aims to explore the conditions that are conducive to ferment learning in a dispersed setting. The findings demonstrate that dispersed learning is a socio-technical process. The chapter concludes with implications for Web-enabled institutions to develop competencies to build a community of learning in dispersed space.

This study examines the development of information technology that focuses on the use of web based learning as a learning medium in the world of vocational education. Web-based learning provides convenience for students in learning activities such as increasing productivity, flexible and interactive. The results obtained from several literature studies from journal articles, opinion papers, conceptual papers, etc. were analyzed for content related to the use of web based learning in the world of vocational education. The result of the literature review in this paper is that E-learning is a learning process that is poured through internet technology, with the principle of simple, personal, and fast need to be considered. Therefore, the principles and communication of learning need to be designed like conventional learning. The need for developing the right e-learning learning model according to needs. Web base learning is a learning model that requires technological tools, especially information technology such as computers and internet access. In practice, web base learning utilizes internet facilities as a medium for delivering information (material) learning such as websites, e-mail, mailing lists, and news groups. The planned use of web-based learning technology has proven to provide a significant contribution to the world of education, especially for vocational education that requires students to think critically. In implementing web based learning, there are several factors that need to be considered such as supporting facilities and infrastructure, users (students as users and teachers/lecturers/experts as material presenter), readiness of online materials and costs.

This paper aims to describe the form of Moodle web media for Civic Education learning in Senior High School and how it is used in learning. Based on previous research that some students need web-based learning media, it is necessary to determine the concept of the type of media and how the steps. This research is descriptive and this is done by literature review. The results of the study show that the concept of the model of media used in web-based media development is digital-based multimedia because the characteristics of Moodle's web media in it contain a combination of various media and connected with the internet network. Whereas the learning model is blended learning in the form of face-to-face mixed learning and e-learning in time and proportion of the use of mixed learning is flexible and online learning is used as a compliment.--------------Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan bentuk media web Moodle untuk pembelajaran PPKn di Sekolah Menengan Atas serta bagaimana pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya bahwa beberapa siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis web, maka perlu menentukan konsep jenis model media dan bagaimana langkah-langkahnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan hal ini dilakukan dengan kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep model media yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media berbasis web adalah multimedia berbasis digital karena karakteristik dari media web moodle ini di dalamnya berisi kombinasi dari berbagai media dan terhubng dengan jaringan internet. Sedangkan model pembelajarannya adalah blended learning yang berupa pembelajaran campuran tatap muka dan e-learning namu waktu dan porposi penggunaan pembelajaran campuran adalah bersifat fleksibel serta pembelajaran online digunakan sebagai pelengkap.

The teaching and learning process as if there must always be an increase in effectiveness in order to achieve the goals to be achieved. The development of the world of information technology has now become so fast and has penetrated various sides of human life. The use of information technology such as e-learning, one of which is through web-based learning, will bring significant changes both in terms of the education system to be developed, the material to be delivered, how the instructional and learning processes will be carried out, and the obstacles that will be faced either by the education recipient and the educators. This research uses bibliometric analysis to map how e-learning is intended from several previous journals using vosviewer. This research concludes that e-learning is unavoidable, especially in the industrial era 4.0, where e-learning is believed that education can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and by anyone.

At the present stage of the development of society, significant educational changes are taking place – the general education school is being reformed, which ensures the transition of Ukrainian education to a new European level. It is clear that this is due to the objective requirements of the time, because modern children live in an information-dynamic environment that requires flexible and quick adaptation to its constant changes, which means that modern educational institutions should be ready to teach the so-called Internet generations. The first step in the reform of education in Ukraine at this stage was the "New Ukrainian School" - this is a platform for reforming secondary education, which originates from elementary school. It provides that students learn through practical action, not theory, and develop skills. A significant factor in the successful implementation of the tasks of the New Ukrainian School is the involvement of younger students in research activities, because its introduction into the learning process stimulates the child's self-development mechanisms and turns learning into self-learning. It is clear that now the leading in educational institutions are teaching methods and techniques, which are based on a research approach, because in the developments of many outstanding teachers and psychologists it is indicated that the originality and criticality of thinking, the ability to interact, as well as the creative skills of young children are more fully defined and successfully develop in practice, especially on one that includes a research orientation. The article analyzes the concepts of "Internet service", "Information and communication technologies", the concept of the formation of research behavior of students in the lessons "I explore the world" by means of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer in primary school, its advantages and disadvantages over other forms of methodological work. Characteristics of the possibilities of using the Icograms 3D Map Designer service in the subject "I explore the world" in primary school and methodological recommendations for organizing work using the Icograms 3D Map Designer service in the subject "I explore the world" in grade 2. A criterion has been developed and the level of preparation of a teacher for the use of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer in the subject "I explore the world" is described. The use of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer on the subject "I explore the world" allows the independent and collective creation of models, makes it possible to better understand the basic properties of objects, phenomena, processes, their studied components, the relationship between them. Their study forms students 'skills in analysis, synthesis, assessment, critical thinking, research skills, spatial thinking and imagination skills, and also provides feedback between participants in the educational process, increases the level of students' interest in the submitted educational material, provides an individual approach to each student. contributes to the high-quality organization of frontal, collective and group work, the implementation of constant monitoring and assessment of students' achievements.

Abstract - As the development of technology and information transaction activity and selling various products can be easily done by making use of the internet network. Prospective buyers can make transactions quicker with prospective sellers over the internet without having to pay a visit to the store first. An entrepreneur or a company can easily do the selling of a product through the website. Society Coffee House was a cafe that sells a wide variety of types of coffee beans ranging from coffee bean international and local coffee beans. Sales of coffee beans in the Coffee House Purwokerto Society still use traditional sales methods so that the insufficient development effort. Sales information system via the internet or online is an approach to the improvement of marketing. The research method used is the quantitative and qualitative. The existence of web-based sales application is becoming the best solution for solving the problems that exist in Society Coffe House so that it can increase the turnover.Keywords: Website Creation, Sales, Society Coffee HouseAbstrak - Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan informasi kegiatan transaksi dan jual beli berbagai produk bisa dengan mudah dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Society Coffe House merupakan sebuah kafe yang menjual berbagai macam jenis biji kopi mulai dari biji kopi internasional maupun biji kopi lokal. Penjualan Biji Kopi pada Society Coffee House Purwokerto masih menggunakan metode penjualan dengan cara tradisional sehingga kurang maksimal dalam pengembangan usaha. Sistem informasi penjualan melalui internet atau online merupakan suatu pendekatan yang baik terhadap peningkatan pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasi dan Wawancara. Adanya aplikasi penjualan secara berbasis web ini menjadi solusi terbaik untuk pemecahan masalah yang ada di Society Coffe House sehingga dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan.Kata Kunci: Pembuatan Website, Penjualan Biji Kopi, Society Coffee House

В статье приводятся результаты небольшого социологического исследования, посвященного использованию интернета в преподавании социологических дисциплин. Internet space has become a part of the real world of modern students. The problem of increasing the use of the Internet as an additional resource in the educational process is now particularly topical. The article contains the results of a small sociological study on the use of the Internet in teaching sociological disciplines.
