Latar belakang: Laparatomy adalah tindakan yang melibatkan rongga abdomen yang dapat dilakukan dengan pembedahan terbuka. Setelah dilakukan laparatomy, mobilisasi dini post-operative menjadi hal penting harus dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan komplikasi post operative.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran perilaku mobilisasi dini pasien post-operative laparatomy Di RSUD BangliMetode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi perilaku mobilisasi diniHasil: Gambaran perilaku mobilisasi dini pasien post-operative laparatomy menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar berkategori buruk (57,1%) dan perilaku mobilisasi dini dengan kategori baik sebanyak 42,9%.Kesimpulan: Peneliti menyarankan kepada instansi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan menggunakan media informasi yang mudah dipahami dan mensosialisasikan Standar Operational Prosedur (SOP) tentang pentingnya mobilisasi dini pasca operative laparatomy.Kata kunci : Perilaku, Mobilisasi Dini, Pasien Post Operative Laparatomy ABSTRACTBackground: Laparatomy is a procedure involving the abdominal cavity that can be conducted with open surgery. After a laparatomy, early post-operative mobilization is an important thing to do as an effort to prevent post-operative complications.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the early mobilization behavior of post-operative laparatomy patient in Bangli HospitalMethod: This research was a descriptive study with a sample of 63 respondents who were selected using accidental sampling technique. Data collection used early mobilization behavior observation sheetResult: Early mobilization behavior in post-operative laparatomy patients showed that most of them were in the bad category (57.1%) and the early mobilization behavior was in the good category as much as 42.9%.Conclusion: The researcher suggest that health agencies can improve the quality of health services by using easy-to-understand information media and socializing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) about the importance of early mobilization after operative laparatomy. Keywords: Behavior, Early Mobilization, Post-Operative Laparatomy Patient

Based on preliminary studies conducted at Waled General Hospital the value of GDR and NDR has increased beyond the ideal standard set by the Ministry of Health, namely for GDR = ≤ 45 ‰ and for NDR = ≤ 25 ‰. The GDR in 2013 was 49.95 ‰, and in 2014 it was 61.10 ‰, while the NDR in 2013 was 19.71 ‰, and in 2014 it was 24.30 ‰. The results of the 2013 and 2014 calculations show the value of the GDR and NDR indicator numbers getting higher year after year. This type of research is a descriptive study. The method used is the observation method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of GDR and NDR calculations. Data collection procedures in this study by recording the results of monthly recapitulation of inpatient visits about GDR and NDR in 2013-2017. The population and sample in this study were GDR and NDR records from 2013 to 2017. The time of the study was conducted on 28 July 2018 in Waled County General Hospital. From the observations obtained the value of GDR and NDR in 2013-2017 tends to increase and decrease beyond the ideal limit that has been set. The lowest NDR was in 2013 with a value of 19.71 ‰, and the highest in 2015 with a value of 27.60 ‰. The lowest GDR was in 2013 with a value of 49.95 ‰, while the highest GDR was in 2016 with a value of 64.43 ‰. From the results of the study it is suggested that it is necessary to carry out medical audits and in-depth interventions regarding the improvement of GDR and NDR indicators and graph the GDR and NDR, so that they can always monitor the rise or fall of these indicator numbers, and for planning efforts to improve the quality of health services.

Hospitals play a role in improving the quality of health services. It was important to accurately measure patients' level of satisfaction.The previous study showed the score of 74.67%. It was lower than the level of customer satisfaction in Wonosari Regional PublicHospital (75.34%), 62.5% of the patients were satisfied of tangibles, 75% were satisfied on reliability, and 62.5% were satisfied inempathy. Research objective to investigate factors of midwifery service quality in Wonosari Regional Public Hospital MidwiferyClinic. This research method used analytical survey with cross sectional approach. 82 people were taken as samples by usingpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis employed Gamma testing. The result was factors of service quality in WonosariRegional Public Hospital Midwifery Clinicwere categorized as good. The percentages are: direct proof 54.9%, reliability 56.1%,empathy 57.3%, responsiveness 54.9%, guarantee 52.4%. The patient satisfaction level was 61.0%. The Gamma test resultshowed that the p-value of direct proof, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, and guarantee is 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the value of rgamma of direct proof and responsiveness = 0.979, reliability = 0.993, empathy = 0.985 and guarantee = 0.988.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of the study was conducted in MTs Asy-syafi’iyah Pinggir, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The subjects of this research are leadership directing and teacher performance. The objects of research are the teacher and the principal. In this case the researcher took a sample of 1 principal and 17 teachers. The researcher uses a total sampling technique or takes all subjects as a sample. To capture the data in this study, the researcher use several techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The results showed that the implementation of leadership style influenced the quality of education in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir. The leadership style is often used by principals in MTs Asy-Syafi’iyah Pinggir is democratic leadership. Democratic leadership style is the style of leader who gives broad authority to subordinates. Whenever there is a problem always include subordinates as a whole team. In a democratic leadership style the leader provides a lot of information about the tasks and responsibilities of his subordinates. Teacher performance in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir that the performance of a teacher can be improved if there is a match between work and his expertise, as well as the placement of teachers in their assignments.

<em>Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to set out five key issues related to safety in the hospital, the Patient Safety, worker safety, the safety of buildings and equipment in hospitals that could have an impact on Patient Safety and personnel, safety of the environment that have an impact on environmental pollution and safety businesses Hospital related to the survival Hospital. Management of patient safety plays an important role in improving the quality of health services. Patient safety is the efforts of service that prioritizes patient safety. The research was conducted at Ibn Sina Hospital, the type of research is cross sectional study is a draft that examines the dynamics of the correlation between the independent variables (patient safety) and the dependent variable (improving the quality of health services) at the same time. Respondents that all officers in the field of medical care and support services at Ibn Sina Hospital. The sampling technique used is random cluster sampling technique with a population of 402 respondents sampled 304 respondents. Based on interviews with the respondents stated that the higher the safety of the patient, the better the quality of a hospital, when a patient is exposed to the incident then it will switch to other hospitals, patient safety and quality are positively correlated Hospital. The results showed that no respondents (0%) the implementation of Patient Safety classified as very weak. The percentage of respondents to the implementation of Patient Safety is very strong, strong, moderate and weak amounted to 12.25% (30 respondents), 71.57% (224 respondents), 15.69% (39 respondents) and 0.49% (11 respondents ). Based on these results it is known that the majority of respondents ie 71.57% (224 respondents) is the implementation of the Patient Safety category are classified as strong, so it can be concluded that the implementation of Patient Safety at Ibn Sina Hospital relatively strong. Based on the dimensions of most of the dimensions Implementing Patient Safety at Ibn Sina Hospital is high with dimensions on the dimension of cooperation is highest in units amounted to 97.10%.</em>

Hospitals as healthcare providers are demanded more competitive in the era of national healthinsurance. Therefore the hospital faces the challenges of improving the quality of health services byusing available resources. The study aims to to identify waste in outpatient and inpatient rooms ofSurabaya Islamic Hospital. The descriptive study involved 90 patients from outpatient and inpatientrooms. The study found waste by defect category, waiting time, non utilize talent, transportation,inventory, motion, and extra processing based on business process analysis. Category of waste overproduction not found. The causes of the occurrence of waste most comes from the man, material, andmethod factors. Program recommendations include scheduling patient-based arrival of servicegroup, visite scheduling and polyclinic service and temporary payment method change, for inpatientprogram program consisting of 5R program implementation, rearranging standard operatingprocedure of patient's diet information, improvement of prescribing system for patient and standardoperating procedure rearrangement return of insurance patients.

Background: Achieving a good quality of a student’s learning outcomes is influenced by many factors including intelligence, talent, interest and attention, motivation, ways and habits of learning, family and school environment. That is why the level of Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is not the only factor that determines one's success, because there are other influencing factors. This study aimed to determine the factors that influenced the quality of students' learning outcomes at Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Method: This study was a correlational descriptive study which is explanatory in nature that explains the relation between study variables through hypothesis testing. The approach method used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted in Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta environment which consisted of 8 Departments with a total of 3,407 students. The sampling technique used to determine the number of samples in this study was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a sample size of 358 respondents. While the data analysis plan was done descriptively, bivariate with Kendall's Tau technique. Results : The results of the study show that the factors which are proven to be significantly related to the students’ learning outcomes quality in Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta are Spiritual Intelligence (p = 0.019); Motivation (p = 0.031), Learning Habits (p = 0.037). Conclusion. Factors that are significantly related to the quality of learning outcomes in Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta students include Spiritual Intelligence, Motivation, and Learning Habits. While the Spiritual Intelligence factor is not significantly related to the quality of students' learning outcomes at Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta.

This research discusses the quality of the website of the Library Science Study Program Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar as a medium of information using the WebQual 4.0 method. Three measurement variables are used, namely: Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality. This descriptive study uses a quantitative approach in presenting data. The data were obtained through online questionnaires and website observations. The population in this study was 448,440 the number of website visitors and a sample of 100 student respondents who were determined by incidental sampling technique. The validity and reliability tests used SPSS 23 software. The results showed that the quality of usability and information quality of the website of the Department of Library Science UIN Alauddin Makassar were in the good category with a percentage of 75.1% and 73.7%. Meanwhile, the interaction quality is in the very good category with a percentage of 81.5%. So it can be said that the quality of this website is in a good category.

The problem in this study is the decline in badminton sports achievement in the PB Starka Club in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The purpose of this study was to find out how to foster badminton sporting achievements in the PB Club Starka district Kerinci Jambi Province. This type of research is a descriptive study. This study aims to determine the Quality of Health Services for Inpatients in Classrooms given by the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanuskota Palangka Raya, to find outpatient satisfaction with the services provided by RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, Palangka Raya city, to find out how much the influence of the quality of health services for patients hospitalized in the classroom towards patient satisfaction at the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this study is the Associative Quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires). The number of samples in this study was 340 people. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling method, which is a random sampling technique regardless of the strata in the population. The results of the analysis using the Pearson product-moment Correlation can get the value of rxy by 0.9870. This shows that the quality of health care for inpatients in the classroom provides a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital. Judging from the tangible indicator has a significant positive effect on product quality indicators consisting of health facilities. Indicator of reliability has a significant positive effect on service quality indicators which consist of service guarantees. Indicators of responsiveness have a significant positive effect on emotional indicators, namely psychological reactions. The assurance indicator has a positive effect on the price indicator, which is a price match

Health care facilities are expected to provide satisfactory services in hospitals. Have not being able to provide the maximum service expected by service users is the problem often faced by hospitals. Where the main assessment of the quality of health services is patient satisfaction. Based on a preliminary study at the RS Hikmah Makassar, it was found that more people were dissatisfied with health services. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to BPJS service satisfaction in BPJS Health participants at Hospital Hikmah of Makassar. The research design used Cross-Sectional. The population is 426 people. The sample in this study were some participants who used BPJS cards in Hospital Hikmah Of Makassar as many as 81 people, taking samples by purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in May - June 2019. Data was collected with Questioner and analysed with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between BPJS administration services, doctors and nurses services, supporting examination services and drug services with the satisfaction of BPJS services for BPJS Health participants in Hospital Hikmah of Makassar. The study suggested to health workers provide patients with a more friendly attitude and attention to patients recipients of health services.
