This research is based on learning problems that cannot be carried out face-to-face because of the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic condition until now, so learning must be carried out by blended learning or face-to-face distance at private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya to reduce the spread of the virus. Covid-19 continues to increase. For this reason, the formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the effectiveness of PAI learning with blended learning models in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya? 2) What are the teacher's obstacles in the PAI learning process with the blended learning model in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya? This study aims to describe the effectiveness of PAI learning with the blended learning model and the teacher's obstacles in the learning process at private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya. This research was conducted using the descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya, SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya and SMA Nahdatul Ulama Palangka Raya. The subjects of this research are teachers who teach PAI subjects. For data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses persistence and constancy of observation and triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The effectiveness of PAI learning with the blended learning model in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya is still not maximized because students' interest and motivation to learn decreases and students feel bored with the distance learning model or blended learning so that the strategy used by the teacher in teaching can not run optimally. In addition, the small allocation of learning time also causes the explanation of the material to be less effective. 2) The teacher's obstacle in the learning process is the lack of student participation in learning. This is because the main obstacles that occur are the difficulty of the signal and the weak internet network that occurs to students. In addition, the limited quota is also an obstacle for students who have economic limitations.

Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. The issue of solid waste is increasingly urgent to be handled by the Gresik district government. Population growth and socio-economic activities in this area have a positive correlation with the increase in the amount and type of waste. This condition will certainly threaten the regional ecosystem, so collaboration between the government, the community and the private sector is needed in integrated waste management. The research objectives are to identify the existing condition of integrated waste management in Gresik Regency, to map the driving and inhibiting factors in integrated waste management and to formulate a model format for an integrated waste management paradigm change. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete description of the collaboration model in integrated waste management. Sources of data obtained from secondary data, literature studies, interviews and observations. Informants consist of the Head of the Department of Cleanliness and the Environment and his staff, the public and the private sector. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, focused group and discussion. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman consisting of four components, namely: data collection (data collection), data condensation (data condensation), data presentation (data display) and conclusion drawing or verification (conclusion and verifying drawing). The results of the study indicate that waste management in Gresik Regency which is carried out in an integrated manner with the collaborative involvement of stakeholders has not been able to be carried out optimally and completely until it reaches the Final Disposal Site. The potential of resources owned by the Gresik Regency Government structurally has not been able to optimally solve problems in waste management. There are encouraging and inhibiting factors originating from the systemic conditions of the Gresik Regency Government which do not run proportionally in overcoming the problem of waste management. The existence of an alternative model of changing the paradigm of integrated waste management is possible to overcome the problems of waste management in Gresik Regency.
